My wife and I came into Spa Crafters and talked to Shawn a couple of times before buying. We ended purchasing a Sundance spa at a pretty good discount since it was a floor demo. I called to ask about hot tub pricing. Sean or Shawn told me he just bought a five hundred thousand dollar car for three hundred fifty thousand, and he thought that was a “good deal” .. wow !!?? What in the Sam hell ?! He had no clue who I am, or what my intentions were. Needless to say this comment turned me off as potential buyer. I would never buy from a pre Madonna anyway. Sorry sir . Delivered today! This hot tub meets more MORE than I expected. The delivery guys were on point! I highly recommend if you only need a plug in. I plan on moving in the future and my new Jacuzzi Mood Hot Tub will go with me. Thank you Shawn for the deal. I was looking for months so I knew what you offered was the best. Day 1 and Im on cloud 9! 9-9

On 10/6/21 I purchased a hot tub with delivery being scheduled for 10/7. I stayed at home all day waiting for delivery and called at 5:30 to inquire at it. I was told the delivery guy would call by 6:00. At 6:30 I received a call telling me he wouldnt make it but they would deliver on the 8th. I stayed at home all day waiting for delivery and finally called late in the afternoon only to find out he wasnt coming again and that they now wouldnt be able to deliver until 10/21, despite the flashing sign out front that promised immediate delivery.I am a stage 4 cancer patient and time is my most valuable commodity. I wasted two days of my life that I will never recover. Having been misled twice I drove to their office to cancel the order only to be told they had just deposited my check and I would have to wait until it cleared for them to mail a check to me. I fear now that the check will somehow never make it in the mail. I believe that the service you receive at the beginning of a business relationship will be representative of the business you receive down the road. I would caution anyone considering Spa Crafters to look elsewhere.

We visited several places that sell spas, and while not one was bad, Spa Crafters gave us the most amount of information and help. No sales pressure just patience, along with a great line of products, is what made us make our purchase here!

So, we literally saved the best for last on a hot tub shopping mission. We went to Spa Crafters on our fourth day of shopping and met Fred. He gave us an Insight of the store and hot tubs in general I was very impressed with his knowledge and customer service, 42 years in the industry is very impressive. He then introduced us to his son Shawn who is the General Manger. Shawn showed us around their HUGE and impressive facility. After my husband saw that they had Iike 3 different parts rooms and were actually working on spas in the back that had come in for service he handed the reigns to me because hes all about service after the sell. Shawn went over some details with us and answered my 4 million questions without getting frustrated and then made us a very fair deal. I told him It had to be delivered within a certain time frame not only did they meet but exceeded our expectations. We are very demanding as customers and sometimes people just cant handle us but Spa Crafters stood up to the test. We will be returning in 2 months to buy another spa for a vacation home and referring all of our friends and family to them. I told him I was more than comfortable with him giving my phone number to prospective customers to ask me questions about service before or after. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I cannot believe I am saying this about a place I once LOVED but here goes: 9 years ago I purchased a top-of-the-line Jacuzzi from Spa Crafters and had always been happy with the service I had received in the past.Recently I put a call into Spa Crafters about servicing my Jacuzzi hot tub regarding my Flow Pump that was giving me issues. These folks seemed to be more interested in selling me a new hot tub instead of servicing my spa over the phone and was told someone in service will call you back to schedule a time to come out. That call never came. No worries, had to buy a new filter and chemicals so while I was in the store I got the appointment scheduled the appointment in person. This is where it gets good..My service appointment occurred as planned and with a rep that I had previously had a great experience with in the past. I ask my trusted service representative how much it would cost to replace the Flow Pump my advisor told me that the pump itself would run $450 + labor- that is if nothing else is wrong with the Spa. I then asked what it could end up running and he told me that the problem with if the Flow Pump goes out then that would likely burn the Heater out and then that would fry the control panel. How much is this going to cost me if all that happens? My trusted advisors response, $4500+ labor. I gasped.. NO WAY that could be the case for my Jacuzzi Hot Tub that had been well taken care of over the years with.Well, the service rep opens up my spa and 5 minutes later (without performing any type of testing on ANY of my equipment) my previously highly trusted service advisor proceeds to tell me that Flow Pump had gone out. Again, without testing anything, since my Flow Pump had gone out then my Heater had been effected and had gone out as well. And again, without performing any testing, since my Heater had gone out then my Control Panel had gone out. Guess what? The cost was going to be $6,500 to fix my Jacuzzi Hot Tub. Now this is where it really gets good.Well, if you want we can haul your Hot Tub away for $800-$1000. My response was, You want me to PAY you $1000 so that you can take my Hot Tub, fix it, & then sell it for $10,00-$13,000? No thanks!I then call up to the store to see if there was something that could be done- certainly there this myst be some mistake? I ask to speak with the owner. The guy on the other end of the line tells me he is an owner. Well, that seemed good enough to me to continue my conversation. The guy tells me that he had spoken with the Service Tech that had been on site and that the cost to fix my hot tub at a minimum would be $6,500 and began trying to sell me a new hot tub and asking me how much I wanted for my hot tub in a trade. Told the guy I wasnt interested in buying a new hot tub, I wanted my Jacuzzi that I previously bought from Spa Crafters repaired. Just out of curiosity I asked how much the equivalent of my hot tub would cost brand new and he told me $23K and then asked how much I wanted for my trade. Told the guy not interested and hung upBottom line is I got my hot tub fixed for $1,500 by someone else and runs like it is brand new.

Shawn has been awesome to work with. My wife has a condition called Autonomic Neuropathy and other issues. Being in the water brings her so much relief. We got a fantastic deal on a used Swim Spa. Shawn has been super responsive and even kept it an extra week to put some replacement parts in at his cost. When our mover backed out, he offered to find someone on his end. If youre looking for a place with a wide selection and someone that will work with you through every detail, Spa Crafters is the place to go!

I was not happy with my experience with Spa crafters. We went there because they are the only Jacuzzi dealership in San Antonio. The first day I went in there, Frank was showing me some options but then just walked away to take a phone call in the middle of his presentation. Shawn came out and seemed knowledgeable but it was all for show. He was just talking bad about all of the different brands out there. To me, he didnt take me as a serious buyer. Eventually, when he spoke to my husband about options, he kept trying to sell us refurbished ones, or some other weird off brand. They were very pushy and super sketchy. When they found one that we wanted, they tried to get more money after they had already previously agreed on a price! I would hate to have to deal with them to purchase or maintain a spa. We went to a different company and different brand and we are very happy with our spa purchase!

I really love these guys and if youre a military in any way and you need a hot tub for health reasons to help with pain they actually told us that you can get a doctors note to help with not having to pay some of the taxes on a hot tub super friendly made every effort to get us a hot tub as quickly as possible since hots tubs are so hard to order right now due to a shortage in plastic. Mr Shun and his family if youre reading this you guys are awesome. See you in 3 weeks for filter cleaning.

Had Edward Sr Tech advisor to fix a outside bulb. He took time to explain the spa workings and highly recommend his expertise in every installation.

Great experience start to finish! Shawn the GM is very hands on with the entire process. We got a great deal on a jacuzzi with a deck and electrical hookup. Everybody with Spa Crafters we were in contact with were great, from the sales staff to the contractors to the install team. I’ve received several follow ups from Shawn to ensure everything is going well and that we are happy. You can tell that this is a family owned business by the atmosphere and service. During delivery, we were given a full rundown of the hot tub operation and maintenance. I’m confident that if any issues were to arise down the road, they would be dealt with quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t ask for more and I’m glad we made our purchase here.

A month or so ago we went into Spa Crafters to look at the selection they had to offer which was amazing. We walked into the door we were greeted with a smile and temp check ( safety first ) which was appreciated and the owner came over gave us the history of the store and began asking probing questions to see what we were looking for. We had an idea of what we wanted but then Shawn came over and gave us what we needed. The same day we walked out with a purchase of our Kingston 980 and a delivery date set up. The entire experience was pleasant and we would recommend and definitely do business again!!!!

I was prepared to purchase a large hot tub from another company because it was priced very low and was a beautiful tub with about 90 jets. I decided to contact Spa Crafters and asked them to explain to me the difference between a Jacuzzi brand and all others. The general manager was very polite and walked me through all the different details which ended up with me setting an appointment to come in and have him show me in person. I am so grateful that we had this appointment as Shawn was able to show me the other brand tubs and I saw first hand the tremendous lack of quality in the non Jacuzzi brand tubs. Shawn was outstanding in helping me decide what size tub to purchase. The crew who delivered the hot tub were very professional and gave me great instructions on how to take care of the hot tub. Shawn and the delivery team stayed in constant contact with me before, during and after my J 385 was delivered. I have had it now for 4 days and it is incredible!! I will be recommending the Jacuzzi brand and Shawn to all my friends!

They have a beautiful showroom and all the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find the right spa for me and gave me a great deal too. They also tested the tub before delivery to ensure everything was working properly. Delivery was great, they showed me how to do do all the chemicals and were very quick and professional with their delivery.Overall Im quite happy and with the whole experience.

Not only great service, but a great hot tub.They had a Dreammaker x400 (100v plug n play, 4 person, rotomold) in the back that was brand new.I paid cash for it for 1/2 the price of their cheapest floor model Jacuzzi brand.Lets just say its 10°F right now, covered in snow, and the dreammaker is at 104° without a hitch despite rolling blackouts.Plenty of jet power, reliable, takes 2 people and a pickup truck to move, fits through a standard door, standard outlet.The owner is very hands on with all customers in the store and wants to make sure you have a great experience, even in a free filter clean.My opinion, have more rotomolded plug n play spas on the sales floor because clearly, they are top notch.Great hot tub, great deal, great service.

My spa is a Jacuzzi purchased from Spa Crafters and is showing its age (50th Anniversary Jacuzzi). It sprung a leak so I called them for a repair. Edward, the repair technician, came to my home, promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. The cost was reasonable, even less than I expected. Good job, Edward and Spa Crafters!

Bought our Jacuzzi from Spa Crafters in Feb 2016. Today is the FIRST time we’ve had an issue. Apr 2020 it showed F1 Error. I called SC in San Antonio and within 20 min Fred walked me through the fix. No service call and the Jacuzzi is back up and running. I highly recommended these guys. They know what they’re doing... And the do it right!!

If only I could give them 6 stars! This being my 3rd spa, I have some knowledge of how others have performed. My first spa, a Jacuzzi J-345, was awesome! I dont think I could have broke it, even if the mission was to do so. It was very therapeutic, I would visit it daily. I made a horrible mistake trusting a Master Spa tub. It looked very nice, but that was the extent of it. It was imperative, I find my way back to a Jacuzzi tub! I decided to look around on Craigslist and a number of other sites. I came across this add from Spa Crafters. Enticed, I talked to Shawn. Decided to think about it a couple weeks, then visited the shop. I asked to see what they had available, regarding reconditioned Jacuzzi Brand spas. The lady on the floor, walked me to the back, where I met Shawn. He was extremely helpful! Literally dropped what he was doing to attend to our needs. Listened to what I was looking for and pointed me in the direction of 2 spas, breaking down in great detail, what I was looking at. After looking at the 2nd spa(Jacuzzi J-470) and hearing the deal he offered, we were sold! He made the whole process of looking, finding, buying with contract complete, easy as it possibly can get. I can honestly say, Ive never witnessed an experience more efficient.This awesome experience didnt end there. They told me I would get my spa on a Tuesday morning, keeping me informed along the way. When they arrived, they were very efficient as well. Very professional, and most definitely knew what they were doing. I had a lot of structures they had to overcome. Didnt complain about a thing and took extra care not to damage any of those structures. Most importantly, the hot tub. The guy in charge of the team was also the one whom set up the electrical requirement. He did so testing all wires prior to hooking it up. Completed the task cosmetically. Another man on the team, had the task to educate me on the care of this spa. Very informative, with step by step instruction sheet, as it relates to chemical requirement and frequency. This also included how to care for the filters. The fact they wanted me to bring in the filters once a month to have a thorough cleaning, in order to maximize the life of the filter, kind of blew me away. I really cant say enough, about the way I was treated from start to finish. Wow! If only all businesses conducted themselves this way. A class act! I recommend you try these guys first! Do Not Settle! It doesnt get better than what I experienced.

The first Craigslist ad brought me to some used reseller in Round Rock, this retail store gave me an unsettling feeling of getting burned. I bought a 9’ x 5’ above ground pool online, but the day before July 4 weekend, our family found ourselves without a pool pump, and with other stores out of stock.They not only offered me a good deal on a used pump and filter, but they built a custom connecting rig to fit it to our small pool.They saved the day and went above and beyond in their customer service. Weve been here before & have had positive conversations about purchasing a hot tub. This very short & uncomfortable visit left us feeling outraged at the level of disrespect. The silver haired man talked down to us when we werent willing to spend $14,000 on a new hot tub right then. He acted like he wasnt interested in helping us. He said that was retail price but didnt mention any prices. When we were walking out, he smugly asked us if the other companies that offered less expensive models had them in stock & kind of chuckled. After getting back into our car, my husband felt so slighted the he almost went back in just to give him a piece of his mind. 🤬

I am a Splash Pool owner (15 years) and have had a difficult time finding Splash dealers near where I live. San Antonio is closest I have found. Spa Crafters owner (Fred) and his team has been awesome allowing us to Send him pictures to show him parts needed and he has been able to solve our problem and mailed parts to us so we didn’t have to drive all the way to San Antonio. Extremely rude people hung up on me while Im trying to get a price quote telling me that I need to give them a part number Im telling them that they should be able to look it up in the computer. I gave them the model and model number of the part and they should be able to get the part number from there. I politely explained to them that I was able to find it online real easy I just needed a price quote from them on ordering the part and installing it. I will never do business with these people you dont hang up on a customer because your communication skills are subpar.

He did make me an offer and I did not feel pressured as if I was talking to a car salesman. I was also introduced to Fred who was the founder of the company, the guy had grease all over his hands and for someone who started a company 40 years ago to still be working in the trenches says a lot about why they are still around. You get kind of the family Vibe when there, you dont really feel like your a customer shopping. As far as the product goes Im writing this review 37 days after I purchased, I wanted to make sure that it was everything that Shawn said it would be. Im pleased to say its even more. After doing several weeks of research jacuzzi brands seems to have the least amount of maintenance as far as far as spas go. So if youre in the market for a good spa and want to buy from a great company thats going to be serving San Antonio for years to come you definitely want to go by this place.

This place is the real deal! Shawn took great care of me and personally followed up multiple times to make sure I was happy with my spa. I recently had a need for service and they knocked it out of the park again. Very refreshing in today’s world to get world class service and follow through on promises. I am a customer for life.

Terrific product - even better customer service.After nearly a year of research and shopping for a quality hot tub and a retailer we’d trust for maintenance, we finally found Spa Crafters.While other companies TALKED about their hot tubs, Spa Crafters manager Sean had us (all 4 of us) get into the tub we were considering. This is really an important point that we realized only after we all got in and were so cramped with no where to put our feet or legs. A 4-person tub will hold 4 people - but you really need to all get in to see if you feel as cramped as we did. So, for a few more inches, we finally started shopping in the correct size range.Now, let’s talk number of jets. Most spas boast the number of jets - not too subtly indicating that more is better. Sometimes more is just more. In the case of jets, if there are 72 jets but they are all underpowered and prone to breakage (if the customer can easily remove the jet, it’s made to be broken), that’s not a quality product. At this point, the most important factor for us was getting the physical therapy necessary. From neck issues, to back problems, to rheumatoid arthritis, to gym recovery, quality jets are a must.The price was not cheap but the warranty was more than twice of other products and Spa Crafters has a long history of servicing hot tubs throughout the area.Installation was tricky - we were very limited on site selection. But Sean made it happen! The crew was professional, friendly and took it all very seriously. They made sure we were happy with the placement; comfortable with the cover lift; and we even got a one-on-one chemical / spa care lesson. I so appreciated the time taken to make sure we understood what we needed to do and how the Jacuzzi works.If we are ever in the market for a hot tub again (not likely with a Jacuzzi!), Spa Crafters is where we’ll go.

Good stock of parts. Prices much higher than most competitors. Great staff with exception of the owner who is rude, obnoxious and has a terrible temper.

We have been using Spa Crafters for our spa needs for many years. We recently bought a new spa and the experience was, as usual, very positive. Not only did we get a great deal on a new hot tub, but we also got fast delivery and setup. Its what you should expect, but all to often fail to get. If you dont give them a shot when its time to renew or repair your equipment, youre missing a great opportunity. BTW, weve also used them for smokers, and indoor/outdoor accessories and their service department has been great to work with as well.

I consider myself an intellectual and do not make non educated purchases. Shawn (GM) reached out to me by text and asked me to come in and look at a tub, because my current tub is a POS and I had filled out an online contact form. I was very skeptical about price and did a lot of my own market research and the price I was given for everything including delivery was below market. Highly recommended if youre looking for a hot tub and want to avoid the BS.

My wife and I did some extensive research on hot tubs in the San Antonio area including brands, companies, specifications, service, etc. We honestly thought we had seen most everything until we visited Spa Crafters showroom in San Antonio. From the minute we walked in we were impressed with the store, the products and the outstanding support we were provided. While we are glad this was our last store to visit so we could clearly see, and experience, the advantages over the competition, we now would make this our first, and only, stop!In terms of spas, we went with the Jacuzzi brand, as in the comparisons we made to others, there simply did not seem to be a better choice. The in-store wet demo really nipped it in the bud for us in terms of performance. On a personal note, I have Parkinsons Disease, and I ride a bicycle about a 100 miles a week so we were very focused on the therapeutic aspects and capabilities. The Jacuzzi with its adjustable jets, water flow and airflow along with variety of jets, in our assessment was far superior to other models and brands we reviewed. Since we have now owned the spa for several weeks, we are amazed with its performance and it exceeds our expectations !This experience was greatly enhanced by the outstanding professionals that took care of us from the minute we walked in the door. Ydette was our Spa Consultant ( Sales )and she was very thorough and knowledgeable. She even graciously introduced to Shawn, the General Manager and he was amazing and went above and beyond to show us all our options, including spas in the warehouse and detailing out the ones on order. When it came time to discuss pricing, options, etc. he was very thorough and made certain that we understood the value of each item. With the outstanding professionalism, thoroughness, knowledge and support there was no question that we needed to go no further than Spa Crafters !We also were very impressed with the delivery and set-up team and also the assistance provided by Leslie in Customer Service taking the time to educate us on care and maintenance of the Spa.While we have not had a need for Service, we are confident that the Spa Crafters team with make sure things are taken care of.Our thanks and appreciation goes out to Spa Crafters for an outstanding experience and for playing an important part of my ongoing life-long therapy !

My earlier review was not as complementary as it should have been. However, because the owner reached out to me on Google and asked what they could have done to improve my experience. We decided to go back and give them another chance. Every thing pleasant about the original visit was there; excellent attention to customers and a beautiful clean showroom. They made us an offer on an exceptional value spa that we decided to purchase. This is the brand that is the standard that all other spas are measured by. We are very happy with our decision to purchase our new spa from Spa Crafters.

I wanted to share my fantastic experience I had with Shawn McKinney, Spa Crafters and his amazing staff.Recently I purchased a refurbished Jacuzzi brand hot tub from Shawn at Spa Crafters and I am so glad I did. My initial plan was to save a few dollars and buy an off brand on Craig’s list. Shawn showed me around their impressive show room and helped me find the perfect refurbished spa to meet my needs and budged. The delivery was scheduled for Monday, but he went the extra mile to deliver the spa 2 days early. Not only did his delivery team show up early, but he arranged to have his electrician run the 220 service on Saturday and he stayed late that night to finish the job, so I could start enjoying my spa. I would like to say if you need a spa Sean is the person. As a veteran, and having back issues Shawn understood my needs and offered an alternative to my initial spa inquiry. He recommended the J-335 lounger as an alternative. He said it is a great spa for those with lower back issues. This is my second spa that I have purchased from Spa Crafters. Great people, and staff!

I am so extremely pleased with the excellent customer service we received from Shawn McKinney at Spa Crafters! He will go out of his way to make sure everything happens perfectly! If you want a sales person who will make you feel like family, he is your guy! We had a question about our tub after it was delivered and he drove out to ours house to answer our questions with in the hour! I also have to give Leslie Cavell an excellent rating in customer service! She recognized my husband needs for the hot tub and help us get into the right hot tub for our family needs! She definitely made us feel like family also! The delivery guys were very professional and extremely helpful! I would definitely buy from this company again! When we first started looking at hot tubs at different locations throughout San Antonio it was very overwhelming. In our journey to spacrafters we got an entirely different outlook on spas and had a great experience. Shawn and his team were able to explain to my boyfriend and I exactly why jacuzzi are different than other brands out there. To be honest I went in with a little bit of an attitude because I had seen many hot tubs with several more Jets than the jacuzzi brand offers. But Shawn explain to me how the jacuzzi Jets that were handcrafted or different and showed me what they actually did differently. After seeing this Im a big believer in you get what you pay for. Most manufacturers and other brands we saw in town had a facade of jets in their spas and make you as a consumer think more is better, when that isnt actually true. What the Jets are doing is one of the biggest reasons for buying a spa so if they arent doing much there isnt really a good reason to buy that one. The fact that Spa Crafters has been in business for almost 40 years and the size of their service and parts department made me feel very comfortable. They even had a playroom for our children to play in while we were with the salespeople discussing the different Spa options. All in all this was a fantastic experience I cant say enough about Shawn and his team at spa Crafters. I would suggest anyone before making any Spa purchase at least visit them and see the difference that I saw.

Fred and his staff are amazing. I had lived nearby but never stepped foot into this store until I needed a very obscure part for an ancient hot tub that I owned. I had always assumed they only sold new hot tub units--I was very wrong. They have an INCREDIBLE stock of parts to repair pretty much anything you might need to fix. And on top of that, they are possibly the friendliest group of people I have met in recent memory. After just a couple of trips, they knew me by name and I knew theirs. I will happily return here for any thing spa (or even pool) related. Highly recommended!

DELIVERY ISSUES WERE RESOLVED AND SWIM SPA WAS INSTALLED.

It was a Saturday morning and we called to see if they were open. That day, they made an appointment to meet us there. My husband and I visited the showroom with a budget in mind that we limited ourselves to before we left the house. We were met by Shawn, who showed us products within our budget and we quickly realized, we needed to increase it, significantly in order to get a nice, quality jacuzzi. Shawn took the time to demonstrate the various units, answer our many many questions and we never felt rushed or pressured. Then, on the following Monday, Shawn met me at my bank to accept payment for the item. The entire process was amazing! We received the item when and how we were promised. It’s been a couple months now and he is always there to answer our (continued) questions and his staff are professionals as well. We definitely recommend Spa Crafters to anyone in the market for a jacuzzi and other outdoor/spa needs.

Just had spa crafters move our spa. They had to deal with a crazy situation involving dogs and pushed through and got the job done! Went above and beyond! They did a great job explaining the chemicals too! Then we ended up having a part break and the GM Shawn had the repair man (who was amazing) show up the next day to repair it in 20 degree weather! So happy with them and would recommend to everyone!

One of the best experiences I have had making a major purchase. The people are inviting and listen to what you want instead of just pushing you towards the purchase they want you to make. I met both owners, Fred & Shawn, and also worked with Robert. I never felt pushed or redirected by anyone and they worked to understand our needs before showing us what fits our criteria. I highly recommend Spa Crafters and any future needs I will certainly drive to San Antonio (about an hour away) to work with them. Lastly, but also very important, their prices are very competitive and the quality is great!

I called Shawn last night to get help with an error message on my spa; even though Spa Crafters has been closed because of Covid 19 restrictions, Shawn told me how to fix the problem! Therefore, I didn’t need for a technician to fix my hot tub. I’ve been very happy with my spa and Spa Crafters!

Service person came and was very knowledgeable and gave me preventative measures on how to do the maintenance.

We bought a hot tub from Spa Crafters 23 years ago and it just went to Spa heaven. We had such success with our first jacuzzi, we just bought our second one from Shawn and his Spa Crafters team. They provided excellent service removing our old one and bringing us our new one. They did a great job. Now if I can just get Shawn to promise we’ll get 23 years on the new one!

This place was great, I have an old Coleman spa that needed a new blower and a touch pad, they had both in stock used at a good price. They were very helpful and very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My old hot tub of many years stopped working for the last time. I went in to see Shawn McKinney. He listened to my needs and fit me into a beautiful Jacuzzi hot tub. I had less than stellar credit and he worked his magic and now Im enjoying a very nice hot tub. I couldnt have gotten one without his help. He was there every step of the way to make sure I got the hot tub. I have low back pain and neck and shoulder pain. I really needed a good hot tub with strong jets. Shawn is very professional, listened to my needs and made it happen. The guys that installed the hot tub were also awesome. If you want an excellent hot tub, go see Shawn!

We stopped by just on the off chance they would have something in our price range. We figured we would be look at refurbished/used. As soon as we hit the door they were straight forward and friendly. Directed us straight to a refurbished hot tub that was marked a bit above what we wanted to pay. They ended up working with us on price and I couldnt believe they also gave us chemicals, stairs, topper, vacuum cleaner, warranties and delivery at an amazing price!! We even spoke to the owner of the place and that is what sealed the deal. Very comforting to know he has been doing this for a long time and guarantees his the work. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Just waiting on delivery next week If our opinion changes Ill be sure to let you know 😁 but as of right now I wouldnt have taken my business anywhere else.

This is an amazing place. Not just spas and hot tubs. They have wind chimes, fountains, succulants, fire & ice tables, salt lamps, outside grills, and an array of many other items. You have to go see for yourself as have unique items and staff is always awesome.

This spa company has got it right! My husband and I bought a house that has a jacuzzi hot tub 2 months ago. Spa Crafters is the best! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Most importantly, this is a trustworthy business. Our spa stopped running and we took the circuit board in to have it checked out. They found it was only a $10 fuse that had blown. We were so appreciative of their honesty! We are back in bubble business thanks to Spa Crafters. Highly recommend them. They have a HUGE selection of new and used hot tubs and so many other cool items. When we are ready for a new spa, you can bet well be heading directly to Spa Crafters.

Fantastic spa support! I recently bought a factory direct Master Swim-Spa, but there was absolutely no guidance on spa chemistry. Following the owners manual caused my filters to clog with calcium. Fred at Spa Crafters, cleaned my filters and trained me on San Antonio water chemistry. I highly recommend Spa Crafters.

Fred repaired my parents 25 year old pump/motor in about an hour combining his impressive inventory of parts with his invaluable knowledge and skills. Fred is about quality not quantity when it comes to his craft. While Fred worked on the pump, we walked around their large, lovely store containing innumerable displays of spas and accessories. (We were kindly offered bottled water while we waited and roamed around the store.) In addition to the pump/motor repair, my parents purchased new spa chemicals. My parents prior chemicals were very harsh which eventually damaged the pump/motor. Leslie was very informative as to how to properly use the improved, milder chemicals in the spa. If you have ANY spa needs, questions, etc., go to Spa Crafters!! Not only will they assist you, they will make you feel like family.

Great selection and most importantly great prices. If you are looking for a budget friendly way to relax or need the top of the line they have it all. Very happy with my dreammaker spa and very impressed with the quickness I was able to purchase and get in my spa within 24hrs from purchase.

Very knowledgeable and very helpful staff, both in-store and on the phone. Showroom has a lot of different spas on display which is helpful for comparing sizes and makes. We were completing a backyard remodel and requested that spacrafters hold our tub until the work was done, which they did. We had a couple of challenges with our install, and the scheduling was messed up twice, but all got resolved and the install went without issue. We had a minor pump issue on day 1, called the store and they sent out a tech, same day. The tech was very nice, professional and got the pump part replaced. Overall, a great experience with this vendor. I highly recommend Spa Crafters!
