Original post 5/26/2021, edited 5/27/2021, upgraded to 5 stars, as true efforts were made by Adam & Infinity.Infinity did the shower glass for our hall shower, & it is so incredible, I wanted them to do the shower glass of our master bath. July of 2019, I reached out to Adam, sent measurements, pictures, & requested ideas & quotes. JULY. 2019. I’d touch base periodically, he’d promise quotes, & I’d wait. Just before Covid hit, I’d tried again. Same thing, I’ll get those to you, thank you for your patience. July 2020, a year after my first contact, I asked again, with the same results. I’d try every few months, & in April I reached out to Adam again. This time, I was more hopeful because he actually gave me hinge options. With that, he said he would get back to me by that Friday. Yesterday, a month after the April text, I finally asked for quotes by this Friday. He has not responded, so I presume they do not need or want repeat business.I am updating yesterday’s review, as Infinity has indeed made contact. Adam reached out yesterday afternoon, and had a tech out by 3 to take measurements & pictures of my shower. I had a mock up by 11:40 this morning. It’s unfortunate that my shower area isn’t square (cast iron tub installed in 1972) & what I want isn’t possible due to gaps. The wonky tub is the only reason I’m not going with Infinity, as Adam did make amends & every effort to fix what what had been the problem. All above still stands, as it happened, however I truly believe it won’t happen again. Given the outstanding efforts made, I will without hesitation contact Adam again should a glass need arise.

Award winning contributor and specialty glass marvel!I normally dont do reviews when i receive good service because I believe it is something that should always exist. HOWEVER, When the service, the product and the people exceed expectations, deliver timely, execute beautifully then I feel compelled to help other users to experience what I just did.This company just installed two very complex cantilevers and store fronts for our buildings and WOW! We were able to win an award for the design and the glass placement was key for this. Not only that but the service, the service impeccable.We loved it so much that we finished out our buildings inside with glass partitions and again this guys excelled at it.Dont look further, this is it.

Easy, fast and friendly. They provided me with a number where I was able to text them a picture of my shower and windows so I could get a quote and when they came out to measure the price was pretty close to what they had quoted me! The ladies and Miguel are very helpful and educated me on glass. The price was a bit over my budget, but since they were professional and also looking at how amazing their past jobs have been completed, thats what really sold me. I am a person that likes to be treated like family, and I appreciated their help. Great Job!

Response was fast as far as the work was concerned. Overall experience would be ok as long as you avoid the ladies that handle the phone calls. Linda was short and rude during the initial call @ 4:50pm stating that they needed payment immediately before 5:00pm if not would send the guys home even though they state they offer 24/7 emergency service. We called to follow up on specific date to install new window and another lady stated sometime this week. They didnt clean up all the glass from the original break on inside and outside. Just think for a 2x3 piece of glass and board up that costs 750.00 we could get a full service job.

I chose this company in light of the number of positive reviews. I needed to match a missing sliding mirror door. After being transferred three times, I ended up with Linda helping me. She requested some pictures of the existing door. I took the pictures, sent them and waited for response. After two days with no answer, I called their office. The lady who answered the phone, who is better suited to screen calls on a radio show, said she would have her get back to me. After one more attempt and a week of waiting, I have given up on them. The door has already been replaced. All a person can do is offer someone their business. They must not need it. Good luck.

What an amazing experience! Everyone I dealt with at Infinity Glass was professional, helpful and friendly! I cannot say enough about what a great experience I had; I had a shower door that was literally falling apart which was purchased from another company. I called Infinity, Miguel came out and did my measurements, I was called back shortly thereafter with a quote and the glass for my door was ordered and less than two weeks later I have a new beautiful custom shower door. The people at Infinity Glass do what they say they are going do, without fail; they call when they say they are going to, they arrive when they say they will and they complete the job in the time frame they give! This was such a pleasant experience!!!

We had our house recently built and it was absolutely challenging as you will encounter many horrible experiences with different trades/subcontractors. But not with Infinity Glass, Adam is absolutely the BEST!! Infinity Glass understood my vision and it was really easy and effective to communicate with the girls in the office. Walked in to get a piece of glass for my table top that broke during a recent move and I was amazed at how fast they cut and got my glass ready. I didnt wait more than 15 minutes and it was done ! Price was VERY reasonable but the quickness & efficiency was what blew me away. 5 stars all the way!

This is my go to place for any glass and mirrors I am needing . They can get any type and can help me create the right glass and mirrors for my projects. The staff is great...Adam and Emily are my go to people they never disappoint me. I needed glass for a project, I broke 2 pieces called late in the day and was able to pick up the next morning. Fabulous, they have saved me from having to call around...I know I can call Infinity and they will have or can get in reasonable time frame. Good pricing helps. If I could give more stars I would.

Excellent service. I needed my window repaired on our mobile home we were pulling through Central Texas, and so I contacted Infinity Glass Company out of San Antonio. Let me tell you they were awesome. Thanks guys! You even let us park our semi in front of your place for a few hours while we waited for the glass to be cut. I would like to begin by saying this is the first vendor review and post that we have ever done. It is sad for me to do this; but I do think its warranted. We contracted Infinity glass to do some custom glass doors in our building. We were under the impression that we were to receive the doors in a timely manner. They took much longer than expected to deliver the doors. We were given the run around for awhile until we finally got the door. The door was missed cut and they had to destroy some of our bas board to get it to fit. We went ahead and purchased the first door with the idea that we would get a feel for the company. I mentioned to the person on site that we were going to get the other door; but didnt give a specific date, and that we would let him know. That afternoon we received a call that they ordered the next door. I was shocked because the doors were about $2,500+, a piece, and they took it upon themselves to make the order for us. I told them to hold off on the order; but they told me that the door had already been cut and was ready. Well, we ended up waiting for another 3 to 4 weeks for them to install again, after numerous calls. They installed the new door yesterday, again making a mess; but this time they didnt have to cut off some of the base board, which was told to me last time that was typical, after they finished, I told them to wait for me to give them a call later in the afternoon to pay the balance. They again went ahead and charged my company card with out my authorization. We were to use another card to cover the cost; but they again paid themselves first. I will agree that the door was installed; but we are a commercial buyer and have never had vendors ask for their money with in a few hours. I felt that we were an easy target, and they took full advantage of our generosity. I am highly disappointed; and would not recommend them for their ethics and business practices, and very poor quality. Be very cautious when using this company. I have asked the owner to call our legal department and have yet to hear from them. The receptionist was extremely rude and continued to yell while I was trying to get to the bottom of the situation.Disappointed Customer-

They did an amazing job with good quality work! 15 double pane windows were replaced throughout my house and they were able to save me money my by replacing just my the glass windows while not having to replace the entire frame! Thank you Infinity Glass!! My custom glass shower door looks great as well!! :) I would highly recommend them for any glass work you need!

Very satisfied with my experience, from the friendly service to the response time. I called several big company names looking to find what I needed. Instead I found rude customer service and a ridiculous price. Due to my glass being custom made I did have to pay upfront but when the installers arrived they where very professional. The lady (Linda) at the front desk was very friendly and took the time to explain the difference in glass. Overall all I would use them again.

The impossible couldn’t be done until I spoke to Adam. I called four different glass shops to do a custom glass job with notches and cutouts in mirrors along with custom frameless showers that the other glass companies said couldn’t be done showed what I wanted to Adam and within 2 weeks the impossible was done. Infinity Glass Company in my opinion are the Best you can find if you need glass work done period.

Went with this company because it was fairly close to my house and had really good reviews on Google. Its taken 20 days for them to install the glass I paid for when I was quoted 5-10 business days max. I had to call to find out where my glass was after 10 days. They didnt even have the courtesy to give me an update.They were 2 hours late to installation today and didnt have the courtesy to let me know before I left work early to meet them at my house. I had to call and remind them about the appointment just to be told it was going to be late.I understand they are busy with the hail damage that came through, but they could learn to step up the customer service.

Someone broke into my store front and shattered window in the middle of the night and they came out immediately and boarded it up then a couple hours later came out replaced the glass. So fast and all with in my budget. Highly recommended!

Be careful with the employees at this company. I know one has a history of burglarizing homes and businesses. I wouldnt hire Alfred Adams to work on your home or business. Its kinda pathetic when an employer hires people that steal and then sends then to a home or business knowing that they are capable of stealing items. Why put your customers in that kind of situation. Why risk it.? And the quality of his work is below par. Just be careful of who you hire. I would go with someone else.

The project was top shelf! The appointment was met on time and well met. Allowing for dialogue to estimate cost and time. I learned there are pieces to a window and how the layers affect not only appearance but energy conservation. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Make sure to get a solid paper bid.Quoted me 5k for glass and came back weeks later within 2 days of the glass being installed and asked for 2500 more for glass. Blamed me for low quote. I did on various times have to call the office to get any response ro anything.

Broke window on a Sunday. Called Infinity glass, and they responded quickly. Came out Monday to get specs and estimate. Adam said at this time he would be able to repair that Wednesday or Thursday. Monday the office called and asked for payment (before job done) which I had never done. She said it was because it was a special order. While waiting around these two days we had called for updates after 3pm. The person told us that it would be the next day on Wednesday and the same on Thursday. On Friday, we called Adam, and he said he would be by between 5:30p-6:30p. Then, at 7pm, the woman from company said that the crew was at a job that would take longer and asked if they could come Monday. I stated that would not work out considering we were available the last three days expecting them to come. She said the (other) delay was weather in Austin that delayed the delivery of the glass. She said Adam will call me to discuss reimbursement. At this point I had no choice. Some cold weather, and rain expected for the weekend. Adam called and said he would arrive between 815-830pm. He called at 845pm saying he would arrive in 25min. I had texted him to please knock and not use doorbell related to kids being asleep. At 920pm the doorbell rang. They were here! Thanks for the doorbell. Adam and the other man went right to work. I must say they were very polite. After removing the broken glass they had accidentally discarded a necessary piece in my trash can. The other man dumped out the trash and glass on my back porch. I had to later vacuum the shards of glass left after at night. I have small children that play in the yard/porch. It seems the window was placed correctly. No instruction given if I can open immediately. It smells like a glue substance in the living room so we will refrain from testing for a day or two. Truly, the disappointment was communication (us having to call them). The rude person (woman) on the phone. Most importantly the guaranty that it would be done 1-2 days before (mentioned numerous times). Also the quote was increased by $38.00 within thirty minutes of the quote given initially. I had mentioned this company to a friend at work who needed windows replaced. I will quickly update them, and recommend looking elsewhere.

I would like to take a moment to thank the team at Infinity Glass Repair. On a Sunday a few weeks ago had a baseball go threw a window. Call them to get my Glass Repaired. In a few hours a Technician Showed up am promptly replaces the broken glass.

Paid for a 50 X 39 mirror for my bathroom. First attempt to install mirror was with a mirror that had a huge scratch on back of glass so it could not be installed that day. Scheduled second attempt for following week at 9am Monday morning with the understanding that this was top priority. Didnt show up until after 1pm...let the glue dry for 30 min. and cleaned mirror to find a 1/2 scratch in glass. I am just going to live with it since it is now stuck to the wall and will cause more damage to tear it out. If you call to complain youll get nothing but lip service about how sorry they are this happened. Ive learned my lesson...I hope you dont have to as well. Go with someone else!!!
