Purchased a beautiful matching Teacup and Saucer set along with the matching Teapot as an Anniversary gift for the spouse on Sept 18, 2021 received and email stating the items pickup date was Sept 19, 2021 which was great because the Anniversary date wasnt until Monday..I arrived at the La Cantera location right at opening and was ushered right in only to find out from the gentleman assisting me that my order was still at the warehouse. It proceeded to show me his computer monitor showing that the items were there..The fact that it took 10 mins or so to try to find me in the system was answer enough. He was very courteous but not super friendly but apologized and said he would call the Warehouse and have my items already late overnighted and they would be ready for pickup on Tuesday..I called Tuesday and spoke to a pleasant young lady ...Again informing me that my order is showing in transit and that they should have it on Wed..at this point the anniversary has come and gone and I am still waiting on my LAST SATURDAYS PURCHASE!!! I am doing something different this year regarding my New Years Resolution ...I will have 2, first one is to at some point and time get my order and the second resolution is to not shop at this location again in the future..Regards,The Unhappy Anniversary Debacle
Went to pick up my jewelry after they had it for a week for cleaning and they weren’t even clean. Some of the pieces had been put away for years and they were no longer tarnished when they were presented back to me. However, whatever chemical they used left a white residue and made the metal dull and the other pieces looked like they weren’t even touched. One piece was even damaged to the point it had to be sent out to be repaired. We’re a military family so I have purchased pieces from different stores around this country, and have had them cleaned in store and never had this experience.I know it’s a free service but it’s still disappointing because you expect a different level of service from a place like Tiffany’s.

Walked in today to buy a wedding band, my fiancé and I. We were looking around for 15-20 minutes, not a single associate looked at us or even offered to help/ say hi. The door greeter acted as if we didn’t even exist, the guy wearing a blue suit.
Where to begin with this review..... my boyfriend and I walked into this store trying to find myself a bracelet for my birthday. I tried on 2 bracelets, but sadly my wrist did not cooperate. The associate we had, by the name of Alejandro, was superb and extraordinary! So far this Tiffany and Co is taking the #1 place for customer service/experience in Texas. Tristan McDowell has been wonderful to work with, he ordered some rings to the store so I could have options with other sizes and kept in contact with me about me items and my appointment. He has great attention to details when it comes to tying those signature bows!!!! And I appreciate his feedback when I ask for his opinion, feels like I’m shopping with a friend. I didn’t feel rushed and I had fun, great experience, Look forward to the next time. And I really thank the store for the way they are handling covid, the wait in line is worth it.

Tried to make another purchase over the phone and was asked to leave my phone number for the particular salesperson I asked for (in order to get her a commission), never received a call back so I just made my purchase through a store in California.
Door Man leaves a lot to be desired, if you don’t like opening and closing the door for customers, find a new job. Sales Associate inside was very accommodating, but then we had to have “Mr Personality” open the door for us. The first and last person the customer deals with should be your best salesperson.
Horrible service. Took my bracelet in to add a charm girl at service desk was not friendly at all usually service here is on point! Today it was not! She didnt speak at all during our transaction nor did she lay out my bracelet to make sure it is exactly where I want it HORRIBLE SERVICE! I wanted to shop and buy more things but this ruined it for me.

If you go to any tiffany & co store you expect it will be costly because it is high quality jewelry store. But they have so much more. From the friendly sales associates to the handcrafted one of a kind watches, even bags tiffany puts the very best into there products. My only regret with the store was im only allowed to give it 5 stars when they go far beyond.
Alejandro is a great person to work with. Made sure I was completely satisfied. Lots of great pieces to choose from. If they dont have it, theyll get it for you.

The employees at this store are amazing. Your salesperson wont just be a retail drone. Theyre international with educations and passions and a knowledge of fine jewelry. Ive never been disappointed here. Tiffany is excellent for young girls first bracelets, necklaces, rings, and earrings. A perfect shopping place for aunts and uncles looking to bestow heirlooms from an early age. Honestly, Tiffany is quite reasonably priced. Two rings from precious metals or a new Nintendo? You decide which will last for generations.
Wow. Just wow. I purchased a beautiful charm with chain for my daughters 18th birthday. What a classic way to remember and celebrate a monumental age. But, no. Later the same day, upon receiving her gift, the chain broke. We took the chain back to the store of purchase. They charged me a fee to repair a faulty item. I did not know that the chain could possibly be less than perfect. Also, to have a fee incur for a imperfect piece of jewelry.
Its T&C; there isnt much you could complain about regarding quality. I wasnt impressed by the current selection, but its also not a busy gifting time of the year. More importantly, though, the reps were incredibly courteous and helpful. Just the right balance of offering assistance without being annoying and still being accessible. The wait time to get measured for resizing was short as well. Eva was our customer rep at this location; she was informative and really professional. Overall, it was a great experience.

Though his knowledge, professionalism and eye for style and beauty; our wedding day will have the timeless Tiffany elegance. Utilizing Tristan allowed for the best purchase experience I’ve had! He is a Tiffany & Co. rockstar! Mr. McDowell helped us find our perfect wedding bands as he guided us through the many iconic Tiffany settings/designs; we even purchased our wedding bands through Tristan - he had our rings ordered in 10min! Such a fast, easy and enjoyable process!Update: we received our rings 5 days after Tristan placed our order.(We typically “window-shop” in store then purchase online as their sales customer service through their online store is superb & easy - now we purchase through Tristan instead)

Tassia helped my husband and I select the most beautiful wedding bands, get them sized, engraved, etc. She checked in on us to make sure we always had what we needed and that we were satisfied with everything. I may be crazy but I rather have silver jewelry than gold and Tiffany & Co. While expensive it is one of the very few places you can buy quality silver jewelry. To me it is well worth it.

All my jewelry that gets cleaned here is returned to me looking brand new, even when Ive needed to send them to New York for repairs the staff has followed up with me to keep me abreast of the situation and the timescale on all work theyve completed, exactly the quality you would expect and more from a world-renowned jewler.
Logan was absolutely phenomenal and so informative with diamonds and rings! I did not walk out with a purchase but the information he gave and how helpful he was was absolutely great and something people look for when trying to find that right ring!
Horrible customer service!! My husband ordered a necklace by phone and we went to pick it up in person. We waited over 20 min and we were presented with the wrong item. The first woman acted as if we were inconveniencing her, the second woman acted so pompous I almost walked out. This was our first visit to the store at La Cantera and will not return. The store manager should be embarrassed!

I was given a $100 Tiffany voucher from a former employer - so how far does $100 get you at Tiffany? A green box with pin-head sized earrings or a key-ring. Somehow the whole store seems out of sync with the economy. The service is somewhat less wonderful when you are buying such cheap products. Overall though it seems extremely overpriced.

So this was my second visit for T&Co. both times I went was for a birthday gift given to me. First time my bf was with me, and second time I was alone.The first time I went was a great experience, great sales gal. However, second time I had to ask for help. I guess because I was dressed down this time, and not like the last we were both dressed business casual. The sales guy was really nosey. Some odd reason I had this feeling like he was thinking that I mustve been making up a pretend companion, lol.So I ended up getting myself with the $$$ my bf gave me a Return to Tiffany Bracelet, which yeah Im actually now thinking about taking it back, because after having it for a week. Im not overwhelmed with the looks of it. Looked great inside the case, not on my wrist.I have to admit, the store is very clean,Id rather buy something else besides a bracelet thats annoying the hell out of me when I type, or do anything. Of course I can take it off, buy why waste money to see the item in the box. So this weekend Ill be RETURNING TIFFANY to the Store... Lets hope they dont give me any B.S about not taking it back... because says Please Return to Tiffany&Co NYC .925 So it shall be returned just not really that happy with this purchase. Maybe Ill find something better this weekend at their store. Fingers crossed..

I went in today and was help with a blond lady . First she was not helpful at all . I was trying to get a good idea on a type of ring I wanted and also I had a set eye on one ring . I had to keep asking questions cuz all she says is i don’t know it depends and also questions me saying isn’t he paying for it ? I left and a man that didt even help me said have a good day and she didt . I left the store with no idea of what ring I wanted from Tiffany . I went to a other store and they help me soo much . Gave me information I didt even know about . And I left with a ring in mind . I have bought jewelry from Tiffany before last time it was a good experience but it was in a other state . This one in San Antonio had horrible customer service. I won’t be telling my soon to be fierce to go to this store from the way I was treated.

Purchased from Tiffany & Co. in the past in New York and Vegas, never from the San Antonio but had a necklaced sized and sent to the San Antonio store for pick up and was shocked at the lack of customer service from Tiffany & Co. at that location. I was never notified when my necklace was delivered and when I called to confirm it was there to pick up, all the woman cared about was taking my payment over the phone for the sizing. Obviously if I have to pick it up, I will pay for the service. Not at all in line with what you would expect from Tiffany & Co.
