Great and very convenient location at La Cantera.Went in looking for gift ideas, Valeria and Maria were very helpful! Great variety of stock available and good prices. Would totally come back to this store just because of the outstanding customer service.

Customer service is terrible. I was never greeted even though there were four women working and no one else in the store but me and my 2 girlfriends. They told us they dont clean pandora jewelry bought at other pandora stores. Which was fine, but I had never heard that policy in all my years of shopping at Pandora. So I was interested in purchasing a particular charm and I asked for assistance from the three women sitting down talking. They made eye contact and never came over to help. The fourth salesperson who was by now putting some things away finally came over to help me complete my purchase. Told me the price but did not take it out to show me. I had to tell her I want to buy it can I see it. After the experience I regret not walking out and taking my money elsewhere. I would not recommend this location.

Worst jewelers in San Antonio. Horrible experience and very bad customer service! The silver is not authentic at all and rusts within 5 days. Very low quality jewels. Do not come here! These people are scammers!

I think I can agree with other reviews saying the staff seems rude and unwelcoming. I walked up to an employee and she asked me, in a rather rude way, if I needed anything. I showed her a Harry Potter charm that I wanted to purchase for my cousin for Christmas, and she told me that it wasnt included in the Black Friday sale. I knew for a fact it was because the sale explicitly states all charms are included except the Star Wars collection. I told her that didnt make sense and asked her why it isnt included in store, but online it is, and she started mumbling an excuse I didnt end up hearing, so I left. I was able to order the same charm for 35% off to be picked up at another store, but I dont think that this one shows professionalism and respect for their customers.

I bought my mom a chain for mothers day but the chain was too dainty for her liking so she never wore it. So we took it in to exchange for another one, willing to pay the price difference and all but the manager practically shut us down saying I needed the email to prove I bought it. I deleted the email awhile back but I showed her my Pandora account with it showing my purchase and when it was bought. She said she needed the email to see what it said specifically. We told her that we wanted to exchange it no matter the price, not return it. She said she could not do anything without the email. We went to another Pandora store and they gladly exchanged it with no problem. Will not be doing business with this location anymore.

Went in on a semi-slow Wednesday and was able to get my super tarnished bracelet cleaned within an hour. Both the girls during pickup and drop off were pleasant and helpful.

I went in to exchange a charm I got as a birthday gift yesterday. Originally the girl wouldnt exchange it without receipt. I tried calling the people who bought it but they ate both at work. I was getting frustrated considering I have 14 other pandora charms and have never returned or exchanged one. She decided to let me do the exchange and was nice about it. True customer service. I will go back to this location.

I went over the weekend to buy a gift for my friend. There was multiple ladies there helping customers. One saw me and looked hesitant to help. I waved her down because i didnt want to wait. I had to tell the lady what she needed to take out that i was buying because she was not going to take anything out just to show. Maybe if i was a guy they would have treated me differently. Ill be going to the location at North Star and am going to get something else so ill just take what I bought and exchange and return since the lady did not cooperate. She was young and had curly hair it says in my receipt that her name is Alyssa😒

Called 3 times around 10:30am new years eve to ask what their hours are and if they can put a pandora charm on a james avery bracelet. No one answered at all. So I ended up driving 20 minutes there to see 4 employees all looking at the merchandise and not a single one helping a customer because the store was empty. They simply said no we cant, you have to buy a pandora bracelet. So I left and as I left I looked up their phone number againon the pandora website, called and again no one answered. Unless the protocol is to not answer phone calls this was a terrible experience.

Poor customer service. No wonder why the store is empty. The person in charge was unfriendly and lethargic. I spent $100+ and she didnt even bother putting my orders in a gift bag. She just handed me those tiny pouches. Hello?! Good thing I asked for a gift bag.

I usually dont write reviews,but quality customer service is extremely important. I love Pandora jewelry and i received an offer in the mail about free ring,earring pair or leather bracelet with a $100.00 purchase.Anyways i went to buy an Anniversary gift for my mom and end up buying something for my self and take advantage of the offer. Amanda didnt greet us and seemed hesitant about the offer,actually she made perfectly clear that we need it to spend a $100.00 before taxes and then she suggested to order the leather bracelet shorter because she didnt have it at the store... the bracelet was not big at all. Is not the first time i buy from this store and i had a situation in January with the same sales person, after my husband spent over $300.00 for my bday she had to order the rings and when the rings got to the store the offer was expired... I will not shop with this salesperson ever. The other girl that was at the store was a lot more helpful. Shame on me for not telling Amanda that i was going to wait for the other sales person to make my purchase.

A couple of months ago I purchased a my princess tiara ring, the sales associate I spoke with said if it has any manufacture problems such as the stone falling out or color fading I would have a year to bring it back and exchange it. About 2 months after the purchase the rose gold color started fading really bad and so i give them a call and all of a sudden the rose gold is not covered under the warranty due to the fact that they are aware of the problem of color fading and should not be worn everyday. Well if I had known about this problem prior to purchasing the ring I would of perhaps choose a different color or maybe just purchased a ring at james Avery instead.
