We have purchased 2 battery powered vehicles from this establishment for our daughter! She loves them! Battery is long lasting & they come with remote controls for whenever the parent wants to take over. Small monitor inside with cartoons and music for child’s entertainment & real LED headlights. Great gifts for Christmas and birthdays!

We were visiting the area and decided to look for a birthday gift for our nephew. He is in the dinosaur phase and this place had an EXCELLENT AND AFFORDABLE SELECTION. The workers were so amazing and helped us find the perfect gift. The workers were attentive and knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely love toys! FIVE STARS and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A bit confusing seeing as there are two locations in this mall on different levels. But after a nice stroll and a glimpse of some eye candy, I found it near JCPenneys on 1st floor. Employee was nice and cordial. I use this place for WISH deliveries. Never a problem.

Highly recommend this store, manager went above and beyond vey nice gentleman. I bought a race car for my boy, price is firm. Nice race car as well. Theres alot of different choice to pick for boys and girls, Christmas is around the corner, I recommend shopping now before everything is sold or things you might want is out of stock. The location in ingram park mall is horrible! I dont appreciate the fact that as soon as me and my family entered the store the lady came close to us starring like as if we were going to steal. My daughter just looked at a toy then she came right away to fix the toy when it wasnt even messed up or anything. I would give no stars. Horrible place !! Im upset .... I was going to buy some tpys for my kids but nope I left asap ! She made me feel uncomfortable!!Update: I understand theres safety protocols during covid but this was different! This is actually the first time I felt this way shopping in a store.That is the reason Im posting this review because Im upset! I myself used to be in sales so I know how it is to keep a eye on shoplifters.Thisis not the way its done, train your employees better! That lady was rude! I ended up going to the lady that had a booth of toys and bought from her. Could of been your sale! To bad..

Wish I could give only one star. I rushed over here to pick up something that had to be picked up by todays date. I finally had the chance, arrived with an hour to spare, the store lights were on and I could walk in, and there were two employees at the front. Yet, they said they were closed. I rushed over here from the other side of town to pick up something that had to be picked up today... The younger employee seemed a little hesitant, but the one who seemed more in charge insisted they were closed. I will not be able to pick up my items tomorrow, but at this rate I will never return here. When you live on the other side of town, you cant always make time for tomorrow.UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS ONLINE.Incredibly disappointed.

Got our daughter a red Mercedes and the owner is such a nice person to be around ! He walked us through the store and helped us pick out a toy car that would fit our daughter . Love this place and I can’t wait to come back for the pink jeep as soon as she’s big enough ! I recommend this place 10/10

We purchased a power wheeled vehicle from here today. The store had such a great selection of vehicles! I wish i could’ve bought more than one haha they are priced great as well! The store clerk was super friendly and helpful in getting our son the perfect car. So glad we discovered this store! We will definitely be returning!

Picked up a package for a friend. WISH allows for local pick up at this store. Gentleman working was awesome. I arrived just before closing but he helped me as if it wasnt closing time. I appreciated that. Plus he was efficient.

This is the worst toy store I have ever been to first I was greeted they stand by there product and want it safe an clean for all children. I bought a astronaut Melissa and Doug outfit which the bag was open and there was a nasty stain on the suit I didnt notice until I had already left I was gone all of 10 minutes when looked at it again and seen it was open and stained went back into the store and wanted to return it due to it being the only one they had and they dont even accept returns. I would never ever shop there again every person with children know that if you buy something and its not right you dont want to keep it and now Im stuck with this damn suit that I would not eben dare put on my child. Waste of money
