Broad selection of Kpop with some older albums that are hard to find, and prices are much more reasonable than other places. Generous hold duration, and they take requests and preordering is available for new albums/photobooks/seasons greetings, etc. Nice and helpful staff, and knowledgeable as well. If they dont know something, they try to find out about it for you. Overall, great shop, great service.

Glad this location opened everyone is friendly and helpful. They do holds, requests and preorders for recent albums. They are prompt in messaging when you album comes in that you put on hold/preorder which is really helpful since Im busy in my normal life to remember sometimes haha thanks kpopsa for being my go to kpop store, you guys are awesome!

I love this store. They have an amazing album selection, and will try their best to order albums that arent in stock that youre interested in. They have a lot of different merchandise and stationery. The workers are kind and helpful. Ive only had good experiences here!!!

The store is very organized and clean. The albums are in great condition. Though it didnt feel very welcoming as no greeting just was stared at while entering and no one asked if needed any help finding anything. Its fine though, their prices are good and have they a few things the other stores dont. Still would recommend it.

Great store! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly- they were as excited about the bands as my daughter was, which is really nice having affirmation for her love of all things K-pop. She found the hard to find music of disbanded bands she was looking for and the staff also put an alert to look for other hard to find items and she will be notified when they come in. Definitely our best experience ever at a K-pop store! We will be back!

First time here with my daughter. She loved it and got something for her self. She wished there were more girl bands there. Alot of it was boys

If I could I would put 0 stars. Walked in and I immediately felt uncomfortable because of the girl working there. The worker was really really rude and I just wanted to buy something for my daughter who is very sick and she had asked me to go to this store because it’s her favorite. I walked out without buying anything and I’m very disappointed in this store’s management for hiring someone so incredibly rude because I was very worried with my daughter in my mind and the worker made me feel like I shouldn’t even be there. 0 stars!!!!!

Has ALOT of albums, I would recommend to a kpop fan. It was a little hard to find specific album. They also have fan made stuff like lomo cards and posters! :)

I love this little Kpop store! The prices were great and they were fully stocked. They were giving away posters with an album purchase too. I highly recommend to visit!

I was only visiting in SA but i wanted to stop at a kpop store to see what i could find, i went to another store before coming here and this one was definitely my favorite, they were fully stocked and had more variety. the workers were pretty nice as well.

Such an amazing little store. I found many albums that Ive been looking for! I love that all their albums are sealed and straight from Korea! They have a variety of official lightsticks as well! Definetly will be coming back.

They do pre-orders, hold albums, and take requests if theres anything you cant find in the store. The store is always super stocked on albums--hundreds on the shelves--and official and unofficial merch. They have stationary items like cute pens and journals and random toys like Pokemon plushies. They have posters, t-shirts, and jewelry, too! The staff is helpful and always contacts you when something you have ordered comes in. This is a small business I love supporting! Theyve helped me get a lot of items for a great price that would be hard or impossible for me to get on my own.

Good k-pop store in San Antonio! Has a good amount of albums to choose from. Also has posters and other little Kpop stuff to buy. Would recommend to anyone wanting to buy albums! 10/10

There’s always variety with the albums and groups. My friends and I visit often (cause who doesnt love buying a new album) and the employees are always kind and helpful!

Went in with my sister and her friend because they are huge fans of anything kpop. I know little to nothing about the genre, so as I was looking around I came across the lightsticks that they have towards the back. Me and my sisters friend simply opened one of lightsticks boxes to see if it was official or not, when one of the employees snapped at the both of us saying “Do NOT open the boxes”. To be clear, there are no signs saying NOT to open the boxes to look, and also the lightstick we looked at seemed tacky and unofficial upon first glance. She could’ve easily come up to us and asked us politely not to open the boxes, but she just had to raise her voice and loose 2 loyal customers in process. There are better options in San Antonio for buying albums and other kpop merchandise, I would highly recommend those instead of this establishment.

I went in on 4/9 and the employee that was there did not greet us or anyone who came in after us. The employee didnt ask if we needed help or if we were finding everything okay. I havent been there in a while but the employees use to be so nice and welcoming which always made me go back to purchase more items. After yesterday idk if I will. Just felt unwelcomed.

This place is nice and all but they’ve lost my family and i as customers because our recent visits have given us negative experience and their employees went to far as to make my little sister cry because they didn’t want to help her.

Its a bit small however they have a decent selection considering it is in San Antonio. I got a very cute RJ pillow that I am very happily enjoying. The staff was super nice and so were the customers. Overall I had a very good experience

Every album I have bought here has been damaged and staff was hesitant to replace it with one with less damages. Feels like a chain store with management issues. There’s better options for purchasing kpop albums in San Antonio.

They have a good amount of albums here with a decent mix of old and new. Store just opened so they need to work on their organization and pricing. There isnt much in the way of furniture yet. They do have some cute stationary stuff and smaller goods. Im giving them the full 5 stars for potential.

The store is good quality, but one thing I will say the merch, albums, and posters Can get a bit pricey. Sometimes it’s better getting merch from the original websites, to save some money. But the store is great if you don’t want to wait for shipping

I stopped in on my way home from work. The owner was very nice! The store has older and newer albums, posters, light sticks, blankets, lots of stationary, and cell phone accessories. I feel everything is reasonably priced. My 6 year old is a BTS fan, I can’t wait to take her and see the excitement in her face. 💜

Excellent range of CDs and gifts. I visited to purchase gifts for my daughter in the UK. I found some great things for her. Three assistant was friendly, helpful and informative.

Pretty good! She has a variety of KPOP items not just BTS. She has MONSTA X, ASTRO, ATEEZ, etc, equal amounts for boy and girl groups. The only thing I was disappointed with is.... if you found EXO items it was OT8 instead of OT9.

Awh the store was so cute. The owner was super nice and was very helpful with questions. They have a lot of albums from each groups and very cute stationeries. There were also light sticks which was cool because not many other places that I’ve been to sold light sticks. The prices were a bit pricey but other than that everything was great. I also got a free poster on the first few days which was awesome!

Glad to have a K-Pop store near my job. Bought a MAMAMOO from them, because why wait for shipping, right? Anyway, everyones been nice and I feel like they keep adding more and more stuff. So thats a plus. Definitely gonna be my place to go to when I want to buy an album but I dont want to wait for shipping.

Always has new things every week and the staff is very friendly and professional. I like the fact that unlike other kpop stores here (in San Antonio) they stick to providing us kpop lovers with products and no dramarama. Ive been here multiple times and not once have had anyone be rude or belittle me in any kind of circumstance...also have yet to see them duplicate anything from any other store except from their own out of town locations..🤷‍♀️💃

Came here after I found out there was another Kpop store in town and while I was impressed with the variety I was disappointed with everything else. The girl working at the time was so rude. I’ve worked in the service industry for about 4 years now and I never treat a guest as poorly as I was treated. While it wasn’t directly said she very clearly implied that I wasn’t a true fan of BTS because i didn’t spend $500 on soundcheck tickets even though I had the opportunity to. Not everyone is lucky enough to afford them. And then after that exchange she had the audacity to say that Amaris is rude to their customers. I’ve been there multiple times and I have never had a bad experience. On top of that, there’s a decent amount of knock off merch. What upset me the most was that they were selling bts Valentine’s Day cards that were almost copy and pasted exactly the way the ones that were being sold at Amaris. It’s so frustrating when chain stores copy from local businesses!!! My father owns a local business so I understand the need to get some clientele in but to copy from another small business is so disappointing. Never coming back here again.

This store is so cute. It has a great variety of albums, old and new, from a wide range of artists. You also can preorder new albums through their instagram, as well as make requests! The stationary is so cute and they have all kinds of merch. Some items are pricey, but I also understand that everything is imported straight from Korea. This Kpop store was a great addition to San Antonio.
