They do not know how to count back change this is the secound time Ive been ripped off here will be the last. First time was for 20 dollars now 5 too.

Awful! Cashier was so rude, sounded like she smoked 10 packs a day. I wanted my transaction to be voided and she refused. Will never be back. Not to mention the place is a mess and looks like its never been cleaned.

Just a great convenient store

15 May 2016, 9:12 AM. I went to your Big Rapids store, but could not enter because a young boy was vigorously slamming a large ball off the entry wall. When I finally got through the gauntlet, I informed the female who was sitting at a computer that the entry was being blocked for customers by a boy hitting a ball off the building. She said, Im the manager and thats my son. Question for Family Dollar: Do you want customers in your store or are you simply serving as your employees baby-sitting service? Your store is just one of many junk stores, which I stopped at out of curiosity. I wont be back and will go on social media and spread the word. Does your organization know what customer service is? You have to make it easy and safe for people to enter! Family Dollar in Big Rapids is a NO GO!! Spread the word--I will.

Family dollar is okay. I enjoy using coupons, sales and clearance to save even more. The lines are usually always long at this location. Employees seem friendly though

The manager and one of the employees seem more interested in discussions amongst themselves rather than paying attention to customers. Otherwise the store is convenient for buying a few items.

Clothes all over the floor. Boxes all over the place. Shelves need to be stocked and the only person working there was on her phone at the desk

I live close by so this is an easy and quick place to go if I just need a little something without having to go to Walmart.

The clerks did not wear their masks and the store did not seem very clean. Things were out of place and the floor was dirty.I choose not to return there.

For getting staples, fill-in and sundries at a good price, I find Family Dollar to be the right place to shop.

Absolutely rude manager. Every time I go in there we always have a problem I wonder why she is still even there they must be desperate.

Very rude employees and mostly the woman named Jennifer such a rude person and looking me up and down and giving me dirty looks. Never going here again, very bad customer service. P.s fire her. Doesnt even deserve 1 star.

The manager she is so rude.i was unload the trailer for family dollars store and i drop the box by mistake so she get mad plus i try to send her box through roller and she don t make any offer to receive the box she waiting the box to come in her hand.the manger she is racist she ask me where i am from.
