Maybe Im old but I remember Big Lots actually used to be a discount store now it seems like everything in-store is more than comparable prices at Target or HEB. Which is probably why it was damn near empty on a Sunday afternoon.

Big Lots isnt everyones cup of tea but I enjoy shopping there now that they have remodelled their stores. Its one of my favorite places to buy holiday related outdoor decorations. No matter what you are celebrating, they have a great assortment of colorful yard art, lights, cushions, window gels, and door decorations --- all reasonably priced. Its just a fun place to shop.

Deep discounts here. Good for my business. I come here to buy good quantity towels made from India for my Embroidery business. Love it.

We went in to purchase a couch set and we were having a bit of trouble trying to find a specific couch in stock and the sales lady and Im guessing floor guy helped us out immensely! Although a piece of the couch was at another store they gladly placed an order for us so that they could both be together at the store and delivered to us as a whole! Very helpful indeed, thank you!

Rachel was very nice but the manager is incompetent and lazy. She never double checked my order and the wrong couch was delivered. Unacceptable thats just pure laziness. I took all 2500 dollars of my business to Living Spaces. Much better there and 100 percent trustworthy

Went there for an order I bought online. They were pretty unorganized and I was there for a long time.

Bought a new sofa, loveseat and matching chair. The Mesa collection. You cant find the chair online, have to go to the store.This set is very comfortable. It looks like leather but is not. Its made with microfiber made by Simmons. It isnt cold like leather at all. Once you sit on it and recline, youll feel like sleeping in it. Beautiful furniture set and well made!

Prices are incredibly high. Big Lots is becoming a Bigoneer from its outrageous prices. Shop around elsewhere, youll see.

Place was nice, had lots of furniture and Christmas items. Bought a entertainment center with fireplace and the man that helped me was really nice. Checkout lady had great customer service and they have military discount with military ID.

You have an obligation to make sure that the customers in your store are following the rules of wearing a mask. There were at least three people walking around without a mask and I didnt see any workers stepping in to correct the behavior. This is disgusting and disappointing. You can make up your own mind about Covid 19, however IF THERE IS A SIGN ON YOUR ESTABLISHMENT ABOUT FOLLOWING THE MANDATE, THEN UPHOLD IT! 😡😡😡😡

This is a great well kept secret especially the one on San Pedro - they usually have the best lights for different occasions and they have great decorations for all the different holidays at some of the best prices! I always start my shopping here! And they have some pretty great furniture also!

After experiencing the worst service and delay on the delivery of our couches from Rooms 2 Go, I am very satisfied with Big Lots availability and selection in living room sets. We went this past Sunday and we’re delivered our reclining sets today. Thank you Big Lots for your professionalism.

Bought the light brown with dark brown bottom Mesa Collection living room set. Got the sofa, loveseat and chair. Every piece reclines except for the middle seat of the sofa. The chair and the love seat not only recline, they are also glider rockers. Made from microfiber cloth by Simmons is wonderful. Looks like leather but is a very soft cloth that feels great. Love this living room set. Best set I have ever owned. Feels, acts and works great at a price you would expect to cost 3 times the price. I paid just under $1300 for the whole set. The people at this location are very friendly and helpful. Great shopping experience!

Unusual items at great prices. Love the linens, even the toys my grandkids love. During Spring they have lawn furniture that is beautiful.

It’s a big lots, cleaner than most and everyone is kind.

Very neat and organized. Though at 1st glance, store front looked so plain and bare, it almost looked like it was going out of business and all I saw was light fixtures, until I saw 1 person go in. Then I decided to go check it out. I remember visiting maybe a year or so ago and was quite different. It had more items/products in store and store front was def NOT bare. No sign of Christmas or Thanksgiving😞

I had such a great experience here!! Aaron was. SO attentive, multi tasked and enjoyed what he did. He always smiled and saved me a ton of cash due to his knowledge of the stores programs, value rewards, etc. He even called another store so I could pick up some other items and walked me to the front of the store due to having 2 buggies of items. The display of maturity and enthusiasm seen today was refreshing: I will definitely be coming back to this location although I live quite a distance away.

Why do people shop at Big Lots? Their claim to fame used to be closeout prices on household goods.Recently, it seems that the emphasis is on selling furniture, as the store has been remodeled to emphasize this. Frankly, their more dollar general prices than value. However, before you think that makes this a pass, they do have one thing that keeps me coming back, is their items that cant be found in HEB or Walmart. They have a selection of spices and other food items that are unique. It may warrant a trip around once a month.

Nice, Friendly little discount store that has some real bargains. Staff is really knowledgeable and friendly.John remembered the Kitchen cart that we bought last time we were there,and inquired as to how much of a construction project that monster was. Since I had taken about two-hundred photos of the assembly of that cart - - - I showed him a few. Best kitchen cart I have ever had!Today, we were looking for a sectional sofa that would be nap and dog-approved. Lauren was immensely helpful. So, we bought one (great price) that will suit our needs, and made arrangements to have it delivered this coming Wednesday the 6th.Lauren was also kind enough to recommend that we try Freddys located right across the lot for a steakburger. Short version: Freddys was a winner!Looking to seeing the Big Lots folks again soon!

I found a couple of furniture pieces on discount, I spent a good amount of money because they had a variety of items to choose from compared to other Big Lot stores. Aaron I believe, helped me with my questions and made sure I was okay with my shopping experience the entire time.
