The staff is polite, the place is small. Doesnt have much merchandise to choose from, but if youre interested in buying something special they dont carry, the staff will look into it and try to order something for you. They do device repairs well and try to make it reasonable. They also receive the Wishmerchandise you might order from the app and will give a discount for your shipping and handling. Saves alot on your order shipping.

I took the bus to this location and was glad to see i did not have to walk far. Just cross the street to get there and cross again to take a bus home.If there is a handicap ramp into the building i did not see one or was not offered a different exit than the entrance i used. No assistance to exit by the clerk was offered as i dealt with the front door, the 3 steps down, or manoeuvring my rolator on the small landing prior to 3 high steps.Because my physical handicap does not include paralysis, I have adjusted to the total lack of handicap access encountered here in my hometown. Too many public and private places in this city are like this store.I did not use the services they advertise. My presence was only to pick up a Wish gift. This place is one of many locations that Wish purchases are delivered faster. Some products on the Wish app can be purchased at the location no need for shipping.The young man working the counter was not very courteous. I think this was because he was more involved with a cell phone perhaps he was repairing.So! I can only say if handicapped and stairs are a problem this is not a location for you.If your interested in cell phone carrier, a purchase or repair of a cell phone then this may be the shop for you.Based only on the lack of courteous service for my need and an observation of the sales clerks intense attention to a cell phone.

Don’t recommend at all my phone still doesn’t work properly after leaving for 2 days also very rude. Has his cell number on business card And doesn’t answer but will reply “please text” after texting multiple times and calling and getting told “he doesn’t need to answer me every 2 minutes” considering he has my property and has been giving me the run around for about a day. Also screen wasn’t put on properly paid over 100 just to go somewhere else and spend more money

The guy is pretty cool except I think I get on his nerves sometimes bc I only go in there to pick up wish orders 😬 sorry guy your just conveniently close.

He is very manipulative they told me that they would have it done in one hour and gave my phone back in 30 min with parts missing and some things left inside of it that sure don’t belong in there. When I went back to talk and confront they played the blame game with me about which one of them forgot what or took out what from my device. All in all they suck there.
