The delivery was fast and rug was in excellent condition. The color match to the website was accurate. The rug is beautiful and the Loloi wool loops feel great under a bare foot. Couldnt be happier with the rug.

I have had a hard time finding a 20’ carpet runner. The carpet runner arrived promptly, sooner than expected. After unrolling, it laid flat right away. This rug met all my expections. The color was the same as the online view and the quality of a polypropylene carpet is very good. Very pleased with this purchase.

This little gem of a store is tucked away inside of a business park, but is well worth seeking out. They have a good selection at reasonable prices, and you might just find that perfect rug youve been searching everywhere for. In our case, we had been two the other large rug stores in town, and looked through countless rugs to find one that would work for use, but came up short. This was our final place to go before giving up, and we found that perfect rug (which was not carried by the other stores). I wish we had started at RugStudio, because as soon as I saw the rug I knew it would be perfect and would have stopped looking. John, our rug specialist, was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. We selected a 13x9 rug from the Karastan Spice Market collection (Koyna Cream). They only had our rug in a 3x5 in the store, but he said we should take it home and check it out in the living space before making a purchase of the larger rug.One thing I will say is that you really need to see the rugs in person - they have our rug on their web site, but I would have overlooked it because the colors are really not representative of what the actual rug looks like. The attached photo is closer, but you really need to see the rugs in person. This particular one can look cream colored under certain light, and more brownish tan under other light, which I find very appealing. We love our new rug - it completely transformed the living area, which had dark furniture on a dark floor.Many of the people who work at RugStudio have been there over a decade, so you know it is a good company to do business with. I highly recommend that make sure you visit them if you are making a rug purchase.

Please do not go to this company. I bought a rug that was supposed to be 1/4 pile. There was no pile at all and it was the worse rug I had ever seen. I paid 496 dollars for a 6 by 9-foot rug that had no pile. I bought a similar rug for 96 dollars on Wayfair which I was replacing with this rug. They lied about the quality. It was an overpriced piece of junk. I also paid for stain resistance and despite having falsely advertised the quality of the rug, they refused to give me my money back for the stain resistance. This company has terrible customer service. Do not buy anything from them. You can see this from the other reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a rug online and a few days afterwards it was deeply discounted. I asked for a price adjustment and they declined - even though they offer price matching with other websites. Shipping also took FOR-EV-ER. I encourage customers to shop around. There are many other rug sites that offer better customer service, including price adjustments for price drops within 30 days of your original purchase.

This is one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with, and I have never posted bad about anything before. I bought a rug that was too small for my living room. I wanted to exchange it for a bigger rug. Not a full return. I wanted to spend MORE money and buy a bigger rug with them. They dont do free returns which I ultimately had to pay an additional $110 for shipping. Fast forward two weeks later when they are reporting that I didnt ship the rug the right way and are trying to charge me an additional $269!!! They showed me 1 email in the fine print where it says ship it back the way that it was sent but I have FOUR other emails not stating that from them. Even the most current email which has the shipping labels they needed to email me! I am awaiting a manager to speak to but I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN and HIGHLY recommend you buying somewhere else

Rugstudio,com advertised a light brown rug with (as described) varied shades, so I bought two. They are both solid dark brown, not even close to what was pictured. They also have Facebook reviews stating the same problem, wish I had seen those before I was baited and switched. Last Friday they said they would send me a label to return the wrong products, even the wrong part number (see letters attached), but today, after waiting for their response to their questions to arranged pick up of the bad products, they abruptly tell me they have closed the claim! They are the worst and while I was emailing regarding the bad products, I received 3 emails saying my rugs just shipped. Their right hand has no clue what the left does. They want me to spend $24 in shipping to return $70 rugs.

We ordered two rugs from the Rug Studio and they are perfect. Their selection was great and the rugs came on the day they were promised. The quality is very nice and they look beautiful in our home.

I recently purchased a rug from this website after chatting yesterday online and getting an extra promo code. I got paid today and pulled the trigger on ordering it. After I received a confirmation email and the total amount was deducted from my account I received several other emails stating the price was advertised wrong on the website and somehow thats my fault and that I owe more money in order to get the rug I ordered. Ive spoken to several people in customer service and they told me they didnt know their bosses name?! Or who someone above them was in order for me to go up the chain in command. This is kind of scary and makes me think this website is a scam. Im considering contacting better business bureau to file a complaint on this situation. I did contact my bank and they assured me they would block any further transactions from this company. I did formally request them to cancel my order and get a refund and have yet to see it returned to my account. The website did say it could take 2-3 days for a refund. I will continue to watch this situation.

Victor and John went to great lenths to get additional photos of the rug I was interested in so that I could be more comfortable that it was the right one for the space I intended it for. And when some glitches occurred in the delivery they responded immediately to fix the problems, stain proofing the rug for a discounted price. With the rug in place I am a very satisfied customer.

Feathering my nest in recent weeks, I have ordered many rugs from RugStudio, examining them online but ordering by telephone from John in San Antonio. All have been hand tied, vegetable-dyed, of excellent quality, precise detail. Beginning with the glorious 6x12 M-1783 three narrow borders surrounding a field of royal blue in turn surrounding a narrow, long hexagon of reds and oranges. Three Solo brand Serapi runners--ranging in length from 19 to 5 --elevate my fireplace room from warm to breathtakingly embracing. Three green 3x5 Norisans surround and ground a large, older beige tiger rug; they enhance the jungle atmosphere of a guest rooms sitting area and entry. Two 2x3 Tibet Rug Co. (1 Soumak Kazak; 1 Soumak Souzani) rugs restore drama to an aged (antique) family Iranian predominantly orange heavily detailed carpet in one room and to another guest rooms large wool hand-loomed Indian carpets. I quickly learned to trust knowledgeable John, despite having never met him--and the variety of fine quality carpets at RugStudios online site (the rugs have come to me quickly from several RS U.S. warehouse locations)--will keep me returning to this extraordinary company!

They sent me an email after I placed an order for (2) small area rugs, announcing they were low in stock. I responded with cancel my order since I want (2) rugs not just the one. They sent one anyway, even though the screen print of the UPS pick up, was 5 hours AFTER my email, telling them I really need (2) rugs.I got into a back and forth email fight with KARLA, who kept blaming the customer. She admitted they had low inventory, but somehow, this is still all my fault.UPS just came and they scanned it as refused delivery, so it will arrive back to the RUG STUDIO, the way they shipped it to me.If they were honest from the beginning about the lack of inventory, I would have shopped elsewhere as I need TWO rugs not one! They have no idea whey the next shipment will come in. OVERSTOCKS has the same 2 x 4 area rugs for $21.00 instead of $35.00.Overstocks has free shipping as well and their 8 x 8 area rug was only $134.00 compared to $178.00 by this place.

Is there a way to give less than one star? I have never been treated so rudely and dealt with a company that has no concept of customer service as this one. A huge disappointment. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company, both at the real store and in internet purchases and I have never encountered such a terrible organization.

Found just what I needed. I would have rated as 5 stars, but the rugs ended up shipping separately and arrived several days apart.
