These guys did an amazing job an a large project in a short amount of time! I even went back and need a couple of things reworked and they got me in and out on the same day. Highly recommend them!

I called the store to ask about remnant carpets being bond into a rug. They quoted a price of $149.50 for a 10x13 rug bond. They said that someone was always in the store until 5:00PM, so I said that I would be there on Friday afternoon. Traveled over 45 minutes in San Antonio traffic to find that they were closed. Called and Rusty said that it would take him over 45 minutes to get back to the store and then he didnt have a key. He said that he would make it up to me, that he didnt like upset customers. He would send Daniel to me with samples. He would have him cut the corners of the remnants and bring them to me. Danial showed up with new carpet samples and quoted double the original price from the phone conversation. Today they called and said that they would not honor the original price quoted in the phone conversation and that if I wanted a remnant I would need to travel to their store to look at them. Very Disappointed.
