Sunn Carpets’ floor installation crew are phenomenal at installing floors. Oscar and his team are trustworthy, kind and take great pride at providing top notch workmanship. Oscar made sure to communicate with us what to expect and double checked how we wanted the flooring to be laid out. An unexpected flood required tearing out and replacing the flooring in a large room. Sunn managed the task quickly, efficiently and less expensively than many of the estimates we got from others. We’ve used Sunn Carpets for big flooring jobs for 2 of our homes. We bought both houses sight unseen (we are a military family) and with the help of technology and family working with the Sunn Carpet staff, we picked the flooring. Headed to sun carpets this morning with the intention of selecting Capet for my entire downstairs. We bought out carpets from them several years ago and since it was a great experience I went back. Times change I guess. Got there about 10:20 am. There was one salesman there assisting an older couple. Fine. No worries. After milling around for 15 minutes without being acknowledged I left. A quick, “I’ll be with you in a moment, maybe a good morning”, SOMETHING would have kept me there. Nope. I was invisible to them. O’krents, here I come.

Outstanding service and value. Having worked as an insurance adjuster for many years, I fully appreciate the effort and courtesy extended. Rodney is top-notch, Johnny-on-the-spot. He was also very patient with some last-minute changes and worked with our schedule. We had a small job, but we were treated first-class. I cant say enough nice things about this company.

We were looking for 2 area rugs, 8 x 10, and while Sunn Carpets does not have them in the show room, you can special order them. Numerous samples, and you can take them home to see if the colors are what you are looking for. We ordered the two, and also two 3 x 5 rugs for runners. They all came back in a timely manner, and they look marvelous! Excellent materials, great customer service. Highly recommend them.

I did a search online for high-rated carpet places, looking for a unique carpet color. Sunn Carpets popped up and when we dropped in the shop one weekend the owner happened to be there. So gracious and attentive. Treated us like old friends. Once we found the perfect carpet we were kept up to date with the production (8 weeks) without prompting. Personal service and always attentive to our needs and questions. Once the carpet was ready and shipped, scheduling was a breeze and the installation painless. They moved our furniture; took their time to install the stairs, loft and media room just right; cleaned up well and were so happy!!! In addition to the owner, the sales person and scheduler were extremely helpful. The carpet was just perfect; pricing was better than wed been quoted at other places. I highly recommend these folks and will definitely use them for our next project!!!!

This was our 2nd estimate. First estimate was more expensive. ‘Showroom’ fancy-felt overpriced. Had trouble getting help. Came to Sunn because of reviews. We met with Jim, owner. Very impressed with educating us on their carpets. Great in working within our budget. It was a ‘no brainer’. Took all day to put in but got new carpet in 3 rooms & stairs. Absolutely wonderful job & great quality! Feels awesome. I may lose weight going up & downstairs just to feel carpet under my feet. Thank you for an awesome job!

We previously had used Home Depot to install carpet in our old house. With our newer house we went with Sunn Carpet, the total price was very comparable with Home Depots free install, and the turnaround time from order to install was one week. Jim Coleman was very helpful, we greatly appreciated him. The installers came and did a great job installing the carpet over our old sheet vinyl.

Sunn Carpet provided a wonderful, cost-effective nylon carpet at an amazing price without sacrificing aesthetic. Katie has been wonderful to work with. Anyone needing items for their home like flooring needs to keep in mind that product usually takes a week or so before its available, and that goes for any company. Sunn Carpet does have some in-stock items, but I was adamant that I wanted nylon in the color I wanted so I have no issues with waiting while it ships from GA.Ill repost once the carpet is installed. I recently bought a houseful of carpet from Sunn, and I highly recommend them! I found a superior nylon carpet with premium pad for the same price I had been given for lesser quality polyester carpet with regular padding at five other carpet/flooring stores. Sales people and installers were professional and courteous. There was some minor damage to furniture and walls from moving furniture, but I guess thats to be expected. Dont buy without first shopping at Sunn!

I went in there Saturday around 2:00 pm. I did not get so much as a Hello. Horrible. Anyone stepping into an interior store is potentially going to drop thousands of dollars. I looked around by myself for at least 15 minutes then just left. Ill take my business and money somewhere else.
