Nice salesmen, very enthusiastic and polite. Went there to look at a used Alfa that the north store moved. Wasnt quite to the level of maintained that Id hoped. North side had similar issues with an Audi throwing error codes. Should really send cars through better inspection (both lots).

Just left this dealership after we made an appointment with Jennifer to see a car hereArrived just to be told the car was not at the location. Jennifer walked outside as if though she was going to bring us more information and instead started to sell to other customers. A gruff older man came into the office and told us the car was at their north location and if we wanted to see the car we had to go there. As he was leaving the store he cursed at us and told us to leave. Do not buy a car from this place. I have never experienced less professionalism from a business.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle at the Southside auto sales on Military Dr. When we purchased the car we were told we were getting a 2 key, we were happy because we weren’t going to have to make another set. Well, they lied about us getting a 2nd key it’s been almost 2 months and Now They said there’s No 2nd key. With in those 2 months it was lie after lie about us getting a second key. First, the sales person then another person . Lie after lie!!

Do not recommend car lot owner is very rude and nasty they approve people for cars before the bank does I would not recommend alot of hassle for nothing STAY AWAY OF POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!

They dont work with you if you have a temp job. We are in a pandemic. Lots of people lost their jobs. Many have to start over. That was a very fcked up thing to say to someone.

Stay away from this car dealership. I got hounded every day until I actually made an appointment with Mark Castillo who took my application and said he would return my call. Well never got a call back and when I spoke with Matthew he went asked and I was told I needed a co-signer (which is not a problem) however I have an issue with not having a follow through and Im told Mark was dealing with a new customer. One thing I do not do is put all my eggs in one basket and when I was asked how much down- I said well discuss that when we get there. But thank you Mark, Ill take my 2000 else where!! Horrible way to do business!!!!

Horrible experience bought a vehicle they refuse to replace the tires 4 days later called and let them know that the tires needed to be replaced they refused 6 days later tire blows out on the highway someone couldve been seriously hurt and they still refuse to replace the tires. Its a used vehicle for $23k you figure they would at least give you some tires that would last longer than 6 days. So frustrated
