This place is a scam. They lied to the loan place about what kind of car we traded in and told them that we put 3000 cash down which we didn’t, they wanted to say that me and my sister was a couple and that she was buying the car and I was co signing which was not it at all, I was late in the first payment due to issues with my account and they called me one day to verify my info ( address ) which they should have already had and then. Came later the next day to repo the car. I had been in contact with the loan place for the two weeks I was late and was working out a payment day. . They were very nice don’t get me wrong but lied to make a sell. Would not go to this place at all

This is the best place Ive ever bought a car. In my lifetime ive been to over 10 dealerships. But in recent years Ive bought my last 3 cars at 57 Auto Sales with Mr Bernie Lopez. Since then Ive sent in at least five of my friends and every single one of them is happy. Thank You Bernie Lopez and the friendly crew at 57 Auto for making it so Honest and EZ. I Just read a bad review and just cant believe WHOEVER wrote that is serious. I even think thats a review put on BY ANOTHER JEALOUS DEALER. These guys are great, They even give orphans presents at Christmas time. I bought my Lexus December 18th and witnessed this with my own eyes. So Shame on whichever dealer made the bad review I read. If I could rate them any lower I would. I purchased a 28000 dollar vehicle from this company. The lied and stated the vehicle had no issues. Within a week of owning the vehicle I was faced with 5000 in repairs. Instead of owning up to their responsibilities to repair the vehicle, they refused and will not pay for anything. I am thankful an employee is willing to help, but it’s out of his own pocket!! Not even the business! They won’t even give me the owners number to speak with. If this tells you anything, don’t buy a car from them. DO NOT BUYER BEWARE.

A very unprofessional dealer. Sales man was also unprofessional, He claimed he was going to mail my plates, a month later nothing. I called and called and no answer. I then texted him and he just said he’ll send them AFTER a whole month of me waiting, and the paper tags expiring. No apology or anything. Will not be coming back to this dealership. First time buying a car and it was bad, thanks 57 auto sales🙂👍🏼.

I purchased a 110cc quad for my son at 57 Auto and we love it. The price was right and it was a cool Spiderman theme. They made the purchase easy and explained how to use it. Since this was a kids quad it came with several fail safes including remote control shut off. Unfortunately my shut off was not working, which happens. After reaching out to Becka with the issue she promptly ordered the part and notified me when it was in. Its at 100% now and my son and I love it! Thanks again to the 57 auto crew! I will definitely be referring these guys!

I have never had a problem with either one..... the staff is great and I have always been treated as a priority..... but I did my work and took both cars to a mechanic to have them inspected prior to the purchase..... do the work people and be smart about what you do when buying a car..... Don’t buy a car from this dealership. They will scam you just like they did to me. The financial manager named Bernie, told me that if I bought a car from 57 Auto that he would clear my credit. During that time we were trying to get another vehicle. They told us we had to lie to the bank in order to get a car. We didn’t know until we had went through the whole dreadful process which was already a red flag. All the sales man at 57 auto sales continuously lie to you and give you the runarounds. They’ll make up lies for one another and when asked to speak to someone in particular they’ll lie and say that person is never around. This business smells like marijuana all the time, they are very unprofessional, & they use profanity to talk with you about a sale. They even lied on the first contract they made after telling me I would not have to make my first payment until 45 days. Then Bernie told me to make my first car payment to 57 auto sales so I called the bank to ask them about what he told me, the bank then said no the first car payment will be made directly to us. When I called 57 auto and talked with another lying salesman they didn’t know how to act or reply over the phone. Don’t fall for their lies because your credit will never get fixed & it’s only their way of tricking you into buying a car and if you do good luck. They will charge you for a down payment on a old vehicle that’s not worth the price, they even lied about the miles on the vehicle we bought. I wish I could turn back time instead of living with the regret of being scammed. This place is no good and I hope everyone takes in consideration of my review because this is what I’ve been put through. I do not recommend this place at all.

I am giving 57 Auto 5 stars! This was our 3rd dealership to visit, the first a large dealership who made huge promises and could not fulfill. The 2nd place offered a vehicle I was not interested in at an interest rate higher than my vehicle I had recently paid off. We met with Jerry at 57, drove a few while he worked on our approval. The vehicle we ended up buying far exceeded what we thought we would purchase at a much lower interest rate than previously offered. The longest part of the purchase was test driving and deciding. We will purchase from 57 again!

The salesman was rude. He asked for my private information over messenger. He actually tried to make the entire sale over facebook messenger. They managed to get me approved unlike other dealerships but they claimed to not have any cars under $20,000. He gave up very quickly and stopped communicating with me. So I asked to keep me up dated on any new inventory. He didnt understand what I was asking and started getting frustrated. Then he was also asking 15% down for the purchase and insulted me by saying I will not have enough for the down payment after stating that I can get the down payment. Bottom line he was cranky, cocky, arrogant, lazy and didnt seem to want to sell me car. Its was asking too much for him to go the extra mile to get the sale. Unprofessional people and over priced inventory. Ill never set foot in the dealership. Its a waste of credit and time because they also falsely advertise that they can approve you for any of their cars. Just another used car lot with more gimmicks.

Bought my 2011 Audi a3 TDi recently from them great car i love it. I have ok credit and they were able to get me a great rate of 4% through Security Service very thrilled about the service they gave me and it was quick and painless. I do hear though if you have bad credit they can still help you but the interest rates are a little high but usually thats what happens if you have bad credit overall would definitely recommend

Dont ever buy from this place... Apr interest rate is ridiculous... they sold me a car that broke down within 3 weeks, and the sales representatives are very misleading... I was lied to and got stuck with transmission repairs ( cost $3500 to replace transmission) was out of a vehicle for 4 weeks, and still had to rmake my monthly payment after putting down $3000 ... Nice rides but not worth it... Im just trying to prevent anybody else from going through what I went through... I gave 57 auto plenty of times to reach out to me and all I got was an answering machine... Once they sell you a car, they dont care what happens... They will say anything to screw you over... Im not one to complain but this has got to be brought to light what they did... Save your time and go with a Dealership that will value your business, time and money; 57 auto sales is not that dealership!

BIG MISTAKE! 20 years Ive served this country, and when In show up, Jerry(sorriest sales guy ever) doesnt even want to get keys to open the doors to a Lexus UNTIL HE GETS A FULL CREDIT APP! Where does your business disclose that as policy? After I began to make a fuss, he grudgingly agrees and goes in to the back office to get the keys. I hear someone ask, whats going on, to which he replied, showing the lex to some GOON that cant buy. Well, this goon is approved already at USAA up to $52k, so I dont need your lousy terms. Well Jerry, like your suspect tattoo on your legs say, YOU SANG LOUD! Folks, ANYONE who fills out a credit app here, JERRY leaves multiple apps with SS#,DOB,ADDY,NAME all visible in plain sight to see. ILLEGAL IN US! I also noticed your no cooling off sign has been ALTERED! The part pertaining to fraud is erased! CONTRACTS WITH SS# of clients OUT IN PUBLIC VIEW! I photographed half the cars MISSING AS IS FORMS! ILLEGAL! So Jerry, since you didnt want to refer me to the owner, Jerry claims he is the GM at 57 Autos....highly unlikely...he smelled like dirty laundry and whiskey. DRINKING WHILE HANDLING CARS ALSO HIGHLY ILLEGAL! So, I am now taking my complaints and evidence to the Texas Highway Department, OCCC, and my personal attorney as well. Since I told you I would do this, and you didin;t seem bothered Mr. Jerry, I will fulfill my promise. This place reeks of identity theft, liqour, and unbathed general managers. Also, wash your hair, youre spilling dandruff everywhere.

Do not buy anything from 57 auto sales they are thieves .They kep my deposit lied to the bank about how much I put down when the amount that I put down was lower I contacted Texas department of motor vehicles filing against their license and also am starting a law suit.
