Didn’t have the intention to buy at that day even my down payment was not enough but after a chat with George and after trying some vehicles I felt it’s the right place to buy my first vehicle from. George got me approved and gave me a warranty on the car, trust me those guys are serious they give you a 2 years maintenance plan for free and a warranty with every vehicle they sell. The sales rep that I worked with was very unprofessional. He didn’t explain that I needed full coverage insurance so I wasted my money on a policy for a vehicle I am not in and for the sales rep Jorge to say it’s common sense and it’s not his fault I didn’t get full coverage. How am I supposed to know what insurance I would need when I wasn’t informed. Please train your reps better to be more informed with the information that will be needed from the start of the sale. I work in sales and would not ever blame the customer and especially not say it’s common sense. Grow up and take the blame for your mistake in not being informative

BUYERS BEWARE!! If you want a nice, RELIABLE vehicle, DO NOT BUY IT HERE!!!! They buy junk cars and temporarily “fix” them only to con consumers into buying what looks like a good car. When things do go wrong (and they will) a day later then another issue a week after that don’t expect to get ahold of anyone and when you do don’t expect them to fix it because a month later and the same issues are happening after they “fixed” it again. TIMOTHY WILLIAMS IS SCAMMING PEOPLE! Research and get familiar with the Lemon Law before going to this place because you will definitely need it!
