She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs I needed on my vehicle. I was very impressed of how detailed my multi point inspection was done by my technician Brandon. He was able to explain what he found and recommended to have addressed as a priority. So glad I came to get my vehicle serviced here and plan on making this my permanent service center. I made an appointment at World Car Kia North for routine maintenance and had a great experience! I was greeted by a service advisor upon arrival who got me checked in. I appreciated that she reviewed my notes from the online booking portal and made some recommendations. The waiting area was clean and plenty of seating was available. I was able to connect to WiFi and get some work done while I waited. The check out process was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
There was no one outside to greet me when I pulled up for service and I had to walk in and wait almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I explained that this was our first service for our new car and felt like I was stupid because I didnt refer to my manual on when to bring my car in for service. I was of the understanding that the car would let us know because it is a new car. The last couple of cars weve had did this so we assumed this one would also. With the new oils they are using these days I know you can go longer than 3000 miles.I used to work customer service in the service department at A Toyota dealership in Virginia and we always had a greeter outside to meet customers no matter if they were first timers or repeat customers we always made sure they were welcomed and didnt belittle them if they didnt know the procedures. Other than that I was satisfied with the amount of time it took.
This location is very efficient and courteous. This is my new place to go when my car needs to be serviced. Thank you everyone for taking care of me and my car.
Honestly, I rarely write reviews but I have to say I enjoy the customer service here. I bought my new car here 3.5 years ago and the guy who sold it to me calls me every 4 months or so making sure Im still happy or need anything. I really enjoy the check-up.I also came in today for a recall and the employee Veronica A. was absolutely kind, helpful, and informative. They noticed my inspection was past due and took the liberty to take care of that as well as replace two lights that I didnt know were dead. They even proceeded to wash my car for me free of charge! With service like this I will continue to be a customer of World Car Kia North!You can bet my next car will definitely be purchased from them!!!!!

There is room for improvement with the online scheduling so that it clear what the customer wants verses what all is offered / recommended.
Amazing experience all around. Super nice people, everyone that was apart of the process there never pushed me to make decisions. My engine had to be replaced because of a recall and Veronica took care of everything. She got my rental. A couple signatures and now my car is like new and cost me nothing.
I had a very disappointing experience with the salesman Darrell Loving. Not only was he very pushy, but he also clearly did not have our best interest as the customer in mind. He ran my credit after he had already given us an estimated price. When all was said and done he tried adding nearly $5,000 on to our talked about price not including the taxes, title and license fees. I left feeling like I was scammed and highly disappointed in the entire experience. Maybe there are other honest and customer driven salesman at this dealership. However, I have yet to be this unsatisfied with a car salesman again throughout our car search. I will not recommend purchasing a car from him.

The person who greets you when you enter the service department, cant be bothered to stop looking at her computer. I was there for 20 minutes and she never looked up. Why is she at the entrance. The people who help you seem bothered by you being there. I was asked twice if I would not rather come back in two and a half weeks. I just bought a used KIA and was considering buying a new one in the future, but if this is how they treat you at the service department, I think I am better off buying a different brand.To the employees who greet customers at the service department: Please try studying how the people in sales greet customers, try to be like that. Or go to a Beldens and study how they do it. They actually care, are happy to have a customer who is bringing business show up, treat you like a fellow human being. The way you would like to be treated if you were a customer.

I have waited a month for World Car North to make my experience better. I have heard nothing. My buying experience and post buying experience at this dealership was beyond horrible. I have never bought a car and been treated this way. I feel like it was all about the sale and not about the customer. Sign the paperwork and get out. No follow up, no service department information, no warranty info, no do you need anything, just give me the money and be gone. I would recommend staying away from this dealership. The only reason I have them 2 stars is because I love my new car.
Very pleased with my experience. Had used them when purchased vehicle I was currently using.Went in to look for a new vehicle, because I needed a bigger one than I have. We were helped by Reed. Very friendly and helpful. We were definitely have fun with him throughout the whole experience. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Ended up getting a used vehicle and I love it. Will definitely use again next time.
So far my experience with world car Kia north has been great. I recently had my oil changed, the service was great. I was back on the road with-in 45 minutes. If your thinking about purchasing a Kia, give World Car Kia a visit
I’m still pretty young and I’ve owned a car for a little less than a year, so it’s fair to say that I know little to almost nothing about how to properly take care of a car. I missed my first appointment unfortunately, but I made sure that I was there for the second one that I rescheduled. I arrived at 10:08 am for a 10:30 am appointment and I was pleased when they took my car in right away. When I came in at the service entrance, I was immediately greeted by Veronica, who helped me throughout the entire process start to finish. After completing an initial inspection, she came to sit where I was waiting and thoroughly explained to me possible things that I may need to have done to keep up the maintenance on my Kia Forte. She wrote it down on a list with prices ( even the ones that were on sale!)and explained what each item meant and exactly how long each might take. She gave me her perspective about the most urgent ones and gave me some time to think on the ones I would be able to afford on the spot. She gave me an estimate of what I’d be paying plus taxes; I was even more surprised when my total was less than what I expected. I did have some wait time, but not nearly as long as I had initially thought. Even when I noticed that the mileage on the oil change sticker was wrong, she fixed the issue immediately. Car dealerships always seemed like an intimidating place to go, but I have no regrets about choosing this place.
If you bank with Navy Federal just a heads up, World Car won’t accept financing through them. Terrible experience and just a waste of time. Apparently Navy Federal isn’t on their vendor list with whatever new management they have. They didn’t want to run my credit unless I was comfortable paying the high estimated payments they were showing and I of course said I wasn’t comfortable with any of the payments they were showing me because my bank already approved me for what I was comfortable with. Ridiculous.
Communication was very good online but In real life, disappointing prior to purchasing.I am a white haired woman and let me confirm that car shopping is like being force fed liver and onions. I called about a specific Kia and when I arrived they discovered it was out in loan. My salesman was very charming and I never heard from him again. Now comes the good part - the online communication continued and I was sent info on another vehicle which checked all the boxes on my wish list. 2 days later I was driving my new Mazda ! Kamron was extremely thorough on the test drive and patient as he tutored me on the technology stuff. I would recommend this dealership - especially for women who are willing to do car searches online.
I asked online about a specific used car. The Internet Coordinator for World Car Kia North told me that the car was available and asked if I wanted to schedule a time to come experience this vehicle. I scheduled a time for later that day. I showed up on time and asked to see the car. The salesperson said that the car was actually still being worked on and wasnt ready to be shown to customers. I expressed my frustration at driving 30 minutes each way for an appointment to see a specific car that was not actually available. The salesperson said that its the Internet Coordinators job to get people in the door and that people often end up buying something different. That sounds like bait and switch to me.
I understand the demand for new cars and business is up especially for the Telluride but that does not mean communication and customer service should fall through the cracks. We went with our financing because of the better rate. Did the back and forth to get a purchase order from the dealership only to fix things like names and mileage. There was a $300 rebate on the purchase order that was never discussed with us. However, when it came time to actually signing the final paperwork, the finance manager claimed the $300 rebate had to be paid due to a clerical error. Upon admitting the erroneous mistake multiple times, the sales director would not honor the price on the purchase order and made no effort to compensate or make up for the error on their part that we had to pay for. If you bring in your own financing to this dealership beware. Totally ruined the experience of bringing home a new car.
First off, the only reason why Im rating it 3 stars is because TC and Darrell were great!However, I cant say the same for the sales manager, Leon Reid. He was completely unprofessional. There was a mixup with some information that we were given by 2 different employees about outside financing. Once I spoke to Leon directly over the phone, instead of just explaining things he decided to be very rude and try to make his employees look bad. Something that could have been avoided had he spoken to us in person like we had originally requested. That being said, this was my first time purchasing a vehicle at World Car Kia North and it was most definitely my last.
$2000 non-optional appearance package, that you cant even see or confirm the existence of and $3000 in straight up dealer markup. Dont even bother coming here.
I trust them to fix my car the right way. They’re always fast and great customer service. Joni-Dawn is great at communicating and keeping me updated and gives accurate info.

Simon was the nicest sales person. I exspecially appreciation that he was patient and not pushy as I requested. He took time and let me drive the cars. He tried his best to get price right on Saturday then Monday he let me know the deal was done if I still wanted it. Well lets just say Im an owner of a new car!!! Having to wait till October to finish the new car package, window tent and protective package is a real downer!!! Really!!!

Bought a used Tacoma at a Kia dealership in Waco. After getting stationed here in SA I needed information about my warranty I purchased. I started at Toyota because it’s a Tacoma. The manager took me back, sat me down, and looked for info in their data base. No luck, but he said Kia will be able to assist.I walked in Kia and immediately was looked at like I did something wrong. After the front desk lady was done browsing the internet she asked what I needed. After explaining the situation she told me to have a seat and she’ll get a finance person. She came back moments later and said there is absolutely nothing they can do since I didn’t buy my vehicle there.I recommend not buying anything from Kia if you are Military or plan to move away from dealership that you plan to buy from. This has been such a pain!
Took my 2021 Kia in for the appearance package. Stephanie was great and got me into a great loaner car quickly. The resulting appearnace package was wonderful.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place has given me problems since the moment I purchased my vehicle. Don’t get me wrong I love the car, but the service and communication in that place is messed up. If I would’ve known I had to wait 3 months after purchasing my car to get the appearance package (meaning tint) done, I would’ve never purchased the package. I kept getting the run around from my sales person saying they couldn’t get their loaners back, or he was gonna try and get me in. Then wouldn’t hear from them for weeks. I called every week and still the same thing. Now 3 months later my vehicle is there been over a week now, and have not heard anything about my vehicle. I call and no one answers or is ever available to let me know the status of my vehicle. Never again will I purchase from Kia.
First time at this location and I was very pleased with the service. Friendly staff, very clean lobby and service was done in the time quoted. I was late to my original appointment and I was still able to get worked in and taken care of!

I waited 2 weeks for an appointment, I left my vehicle there at 1230. Was called later that around 330 to say I’m being backed up because other customers added stuff to be done to their vehicles, if I could possibly leave over night. I said no I need my car. So they pushed me back. My vehicle ended up not ready until after 5pm. Like what’s the purpose of an appointment. I paid over $300 that day just to be treated and pushed back like I am not a Kia customer like everyone else, no one should be treated differently, and I felt I was treated bad cause someone had made an earlier appointment. I go to dealership because I trust they are the best. Bad experience.
I had great experience at the dealership.we really didnt know what we wanted, the salesman was patient with us. But when we figured out we wanted he was not pushy. He went above and beyond what he needed to doAnd I appreciate that. Also I love my car and I got a really really good deal on my used car.I would definitely be coming back for another car in two or three decades :)

Leaving real disappointed.. the business was a little dirty and dated inside..we had a apt with a guy Rene at 1030.. they tried sending a young guy with little experience.. by 11 I had to go ask for rene... making the story short.. they didnt inspect the vehicle which had paint sprayed on the light meaning it was in a accident.. the car facts dont show a accident..smh.. the car was $2000 over the blue book value WITH 2 messed up bumpers and about 8-9 deep dings... salesman were not willing to talk about price.. will never do business with them and not recommend them nor encourage anyone reading this to go to this dealership.. world car KIA

Came for a 30,000 mile maintenance schedule. Booked an appointment beforehand team was quick and efficient and did an excellent job communicating any issues they found with my car. I am extremely satisfied in the service they delivered and would highly recommend if you need your car serviced.

Very unsatisfactory they dentedthe car and didn’t tell me when I noticed the hit and came back to the dealership they told me they will project it to the general manger then they called me and said they are not going to fix the car (they messed up my car and they are not going to fix or take responsibility?!)Shouldn’t a good dealer ship like KIA protect their customers needs or right?? Isn’t that what dealerships do ? Or hit their cars and not even be honest with them ? Shouldn’t they review and check the car before turning the car to the owner shouldn’t the technician or manger or whom ever taking care of the car reverie it and be honest with the customer when there is a hit or dent in the car

I had my engine replaced due to an engine recall in 2016. Fast forward 4 years later the bracket holding my alternator snapped off. I got a mechanic to look at it and noticed metal to metal contact in the bottom of the bracket along with the bottom of the alternator. There was no screw in the bottom bolt hole of the alternator. Then when replacing the bracket, he had to remove the AC compressor and also noticed two screws missing in the bottom two bolt holes of the AC compressor. I called the dealership about his mechanics workmanship and told me I was only covered for 1 year after the replacement of the engine. Anything happening outside that window was my responsibility. Im writing this review to make others aware to double check the mechanics work. Its unfortunate that we have to deal with this but I have learned my lesson the hard way. Im just hoping I can save other owners from the headache and high cost of replacing and servicing this mistake that the dealership made.

My husband and I searched for a vehicle at Kia New Braunfels and Kia South SA and felt the sales team was lacking at both.. Simon at North Kia was amazing he was so friendly and honest and was the best sales man we have ever had the pleasure of working with while buying a vehicle. The selection of vehicles was also better at North Kia and they got us out of there in a reasonable amount of time with an amazing new vehicle! I made an online appointment to service my Sorento. My husband had a few questions regarding the serve quotes given online. Joni asked us to take a seat and as she’d review the history of my vehicle. She was super nice (always) as she thoroughly explained what needed to get done and why. It turned out it would be about 3 hours. Which we did not want to wait there fir that king but she got us a ride back home and told us she’d contact us when it was ready. Long story short she (Joni) is the main reason I get my car serviced at Kia North. She is the best!!! Always friendly, patient and above all very knowledgeable. She answers all my questions and concerns with sincerity.If you visit Kia Northside ask for Joni at the service department. She’s the best!!
Zero Stars. Worst Kia customer service advisor Ive ever had and Ive been with Kia for 12 years. The young lady was rude flippant arrogant and disdainful and did not resolve my issue or even use good communication skills to explain the issue. It took the customer service manager to offer an apology and deal with me in a professional manner resolving the issue and creating a plan of action. Im sad that KIA would allow someone like Joni to serve their customers. Ill be in the market for a new Kia in October 2021 and will certainly think twice about that purchase if I cannot expect top of the line service.
Took my car in for service. The lady who checked me in at the desk was super nice and didnt seem like she hated her job. The cashier on the other hand was so rude and upset for some reason. This was my first time at this location and most definitely my last. I have zero time for attitude like that.
I called for an appointment at 8 in the morning and spoke with Veronica. She was a able to accommodate my need to get the issue diagnosed and part ordered before a cross country drive. She was courteous and professional. Highly recommend World Car North service department!
The staff lacks communication, professionalism, and competence. An external credit union offered a better loan rate and less expensive gap insurance and therefore World Car Kia - North (WCK-N) was asked to provide a purchase order. A trade in was also taken to Carmax because WCK-N offered $6,000 less.Once the purchase order arrived at the credit union, multiple phone calls took place to fix things like names and mileage. There was a $300 rebate on the purchase order. However, when it came time to actually signing the final paperwork, WCK-N claimed the $300 rebate had to be paid due to a clerical error. Upon admitting the mistake, the sales director would not honor the price on the purchase order.To add insult to injury, the final purchase order had to be corrected after the finance department put it together last minute.The red flags were obvious when names were misspelled on the original price negotiations. The sales representative laughed it off and said, Dont worry, the final paperwork will be right.~ 7 hours were wasted doing this car deal:~ 1.5 hours negotiating Saturday Aug. 28~ 1 hour purchase order retrieval Wednesday Sep. 1~ 3 hours back and forth between the credit union and dealer due to clerical errors Thursday Sep. 1~ 1.5 hours closing the deal and discussing said errors Thursday Sep. 1This time does not include the ~2 hours spent at Carmax doing a trade in because WCK-N offered $6,000 less.I cannot in good faith recommend doing business with WCK-N. An additional $300 and about 4.5 hours of time were wasted for mistakes made by World Car Kia - North.
Joni is great at keeping me up dated with my auto maintenance services. She gives me plenty of details and doesn’t press me on “having to do” although I do keep in mind that minor problems can lead to bigger ones. Thank you Joni for always making me feel comfortable.

I had a great experience with the employee at World Care Kia North. He kept me up to date with what was going on with my car throughout the process. My car ran smooth when I left and is still running smooth days later.
I was very impressed with TCs performance and salesmanship. We tried out four vehicles before making our decision and he patiently answered all our questions on the specs, trims, warranties, etc. But by far what was the most amazing thing is that my Partner is experiencing a chronic muscle pain issue, she started having some trouble as we were filling out the paperwork with TC. He gave us some cold fresh water and was very understanding when I had to take her home early and make sure her pain medicine was working before I could come back and finish the paperwork. And when I got back TC asked if she was feeling okay. This impressed me greatly as he knew I had to take care of her when she was having trouble and wanted to make sure she was okay and he didnt mind this took a couple of hours. Heck as a fun plus while the Finance Manager was finishing up the paperwork TC even showed me the 2021 Kia Stinger and we were talking about the engine and turbocharger even though he knew that unless my Partner and I won the Lottery we werent going to be getting a Stinger lol. TC shows great knowledge, energy, understanding, and compassion. He comes off more like an old family friend than a pushy stereotypical Salesman.
My experiences with World Car Kia have been amazing. I purchased my car in May of 2019. I have used Joni as a service advisor since the purchase of my car. She has been wonderful! She even has my car washed every single visit. 10 out of 10 would recommend and the ONLY place in San Antonio I will buy from.
I love my 2021 Kia Sorento, I am a first time car buyer. Everyone was great until I realized I signed for an appearance package when I didn’t have to. I was not explained that is was optional. They just put the paper in front of me and told me to sign. They said it was for tint, etc. my car has a tint so I thought it was already done. Turns out it is something I have to come back for, had anyone explained it to me I would have declined. Now they are telling me I cannot get a refund. $2k is what they charged me. Shame on me. But if you are a new car buyer go elsewhere.
I really like Kia and the service I usually get but this time i was very disappointed!!! I had a 9am appointment for an oil change and didnt leave there til almost noon!! Very unacceptable. I really hope they get there stuff together or the next time will be my last.

Second time getting my oil changed. Took over 2 weeks just to get the appointment. Came in at 2:30 to a line of cars being checked in. The lady said I could go inside. 30 minutes later they tell me Im wrong and my appointment was at 2. Its now 3pm and they tell me they just checked in my car and its an extended wait.. about 3 hours. The lady at the desk is rude and told me I wasnt the only customer. She just basically told me I was late, never apologized for them telling me the wrong time and said do you want to wait or not? Watching these girls, they are rude and loud when talking bad about the customers who ask questions or have complaints .
I note the other good ratings that were previously given, but that was not the experience we had. Sure, the salesman was nice, but they all are when they are trying to sell you something. And yes, the dealership was a bit on the old and worn side, but I can forgive that. My issue was once we drove off the lot, we were forgotten. It literally took weeks to get someone from Finance to call us back. And it took over a month for them to pay off the remaining balance on our trade-in (hence our calls to Finance). I would personally rate this the worst car shopping experience Ive ever had. Perhaps I was just unlucky.
Replaced door window. Great price for both parts and labor. More importantly, got an appointment within one week and the work was completed quickly. Great service, will return!
I had my regular scheduled maintenance done and an outlet that wasn’t working fixed. The diagnostic fee was 125. They found that it was a fuse that was out so they changed it and only charged for the fuse. Very happy with the service.
Better than the one at Balcones Heights.

Had a pleasant initial experience with a salesman and test driving a car. Went back the next day to negotiate and buy it cash. The salesman literally said just cough up the cash after playing the fake back and forth seeing what he can do game.Walked out and later received a text from the salesman that roughly saidsorry you didnt get the car because you didnt want to pay full price.Hire better salespeople and maybe try to keep the building from looking like a condemned Circuit City.Best of luck.
Reed was pleasant to work with and had good knowledge of the vehicles. He allowed me time to make a decision and did not rush me. He also worked with my schedule and stayed late multiple times for me. Reed also filled my tires with air in the pouring rain. He deserves a thousand gold stars for that.
Went in had a 3:30 appointment was greeted by the receptionist she said person who made the appointment is not the salesperson and to have a seat and then I became a superhero! The invisible Man because I waited and waited and got frustrated! And then use my new found superhero power and really disappeared, this is the second time I went to the dealership and the experience was awful

Even with national pandemic going on, they were still clean, fast, friendly and organized. Unfortunately to things out of their control, there was not any type of a selection on cars to buy.
