The best store for candles

By far the best Yankee Candle store Ive ever shopped at. Im a Navy veteran and an avid traveler ( yes, wanderlust is one of my vices). Yankee Candles Soft Blanket (unfortunately no longer sold in stores, but they can order it for you), Lux Cashmere, and Sage & Citrus are my favorites in that order. The staff at this location is OUTSTANDING! They look forward to assisting you with your fragrance needs and do it with a smile. They always make certain that you get every discount Yankee Candle has made available...even if you dont know about. Thank you for always exuding positivity.Update: They have a new manager that is equally as helpful as Mrs. Brown ( former manager). Stop in in and see Christian he is a really cool guy and very personable.

Randi is the best! She always knows whats on sale even when its not obvious, tagged or other employees are not aware of a certain promo. Randi makes the best suggestions and really knows the entire product line! Randi is enthusiastic, happy, has a sincere heart for customer service and builds a relationship with the customer. Yankee Candle has the classiest scents, beautiful designs and frequent sales, which are always very good sales. Always a great experience at Yankee Candle Huebner Oaks!

Went into store this date for the first time. Randi and the other lady on duty helped me locate some candles I thought had been discontinued. As pleasant a shopping experience as one could hope for. Highly recommended.

Staff is so nice here! They are very helpful and the place smells so great! Unlike other places that sell Yankee Candles like Bed Bath & Beyond and Cracker Barrel, this store has an AMAZING selection of products. Even though some people say these candles are overpriced, I think that these are actually worth $30. Such great quality! :)

One of the best places in San Antonio to buy candles. I love their Woodwick candles. They have so many different scents. They always have great sales.

Every time I come into this Yankee candle they make me feel like I am home. They have some of the most honest staff and always give me honest opinions and point me to the right direction in the fragrance that I am looking for. Customers get information on hours from your Heubner Oaks store website. When hours are not accurate on website, you lose business. I was not the only customer that showed up at 9:00 to find out that store not open til 10:00. Both of us went to nearby store that was open to get Yankee Candles. Your website should be corrected so not to inconvenience customers. Customers can get Yankee Candles at several other stores.

I love the scents, I wish they had more promos. It’s kinda expensive. So I usually hold off for months on restocking my goods.

Love the variety of candles. My wife and myself enjoy shopping there.
