Places my order online on April 4, 2021 due to the sale they were having. I chose to pick up my order in store the next day instead of the free shipping. Went to North Star the next day to go pick up my order and the lady in the front of the store asked me if I had received an email that my order was ready. I told her not yet I was just checking. She said she could not help me and they had a four hour window to fulfill orders. I waited all day and no email. I contacted customer service and advised them of what I was told. They need more education and training on there online services. I didn’t receive an email till today (4-6-21) that my order was ready. Very poor customer service and very rude. Learn your company policies and procedures before misinforming the customer.

Staff was super friendly and the line to pay was processed so efficiently!

If I can give zero stars I would. These employees do not know how to do there job. We have a new store account and online it says you can use it at the store just tell them at the register they can look it up. You can do up to $400 or 4 transactions in the first 24 hours. They acted so dumb that they dont know how to do it.

I called and told them I was on my way Im a handicapped woman and I spoke to a Manager I wont say any names. I informed her I would be there but it would be just moments before they closed she assured me it would be okay so I got on the bus which is very hard and difficult for me to do and I got there to the mall I was rush rush rushing as fast as a crippled person can and I called her on my way down to courier of the mall to let her know that I had arrived and she informed me oh Im sorry were closed. That I could come back the next day.I have never been so upset in my life after I took the time to call the Manager and told her that I was handicapped and she assured me it would be okay. Then for her to close the door on me 5 minutes before they closed mind you. However thank goodness the Quarry Bath and Body Works it stays open later and I was able to make my transaction and spend a lot of money almost $400 its a shame but after this I dont think Ill be shopping with them any longer. I love the way their bath products smell but when they make you feel the way they made me feel at Northstar Bath & body it becomes irrelevant. So HANDS down should I say anymore. She should know who she is for being rude. Capital letters for hand in Spanish for those who dont understand. But I didnt say no name but she wad very rude and unprofessional for management. I will be reporting her. People like that should be ashamed of themselves she aint running nothing but her mouth. And makes bath and body Works look very bad. Im sure if corporate knew how she treated me they would be appalled. I stock my closets full of their products I have well over 50 three wick candles and probably 25 to 30 single week candles about 250 body sprays men and women lotions creams deodorizers everything I spend a lot of money there. But I will no longer take my business to Northstar Bath & body Works. And Im not sure Ill go to any Bath & body Works after the treatment I received from her. Its not easy to get around when youre handicapped. You always have to depend on others and when you cant count on them what do you do. What is the world coming to?????? 🤔

Smells like a dozen past relationships in here, but that doesnt stop me from getting 2 for 1 candles.

Staff just stood around at the front of the store instead of being placed throughout to assist customers. Only 1 noted me and came over to assist. She was very helpful and I really wish I had gotten her name.

Employees were friendly and well informed on the products and showed good eye contact when helping you.That is most appreciated i went in with a friend she was buying but the sales were affordable for a person on social security that meant a lot so o did make a purchaseThank You

I have been several Bath & Body work s stores, this is the best bath & Body works at Northstar Mall, all of associates work here are friendly and helpful and miss Jeannie is a sweet person and kind beside this store have more varieties and better sale products than other stores

I have visited this location many times. I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Nobody is too pushy and I feel like I can shop the store in peace and quiet. When I have a question, everyone goes out of their way to help me. Level of service is consistent and I will be returning. This location is also centrally located which makes it convenient for me.

I love the candles & perfume at Bath&BodyWorks. 9 times out of 10 this location has what I am looking for. Staff is always friendly and ready to help.

Of course the products are amazing but having to work with the girls isnt. Most of them are sweet but the store manager and a handful of employees here are very rude to other employees and will yell in front of customers. Drama. It happens everywhere but i was not expecting that type of drama where most ars unprofessional.

Great sale awesome products but very slow lines at the registers. They need to have a separate line for gift wrapped purchases. I was entertained when our cashier used a calculator to figure out my change from $100 bill with an even $25 purchase. Lol

I love this store but some of the staff need to know when to back off, I get they wanna help you but If I say Im good and Im just looking then you should respect that and leave me alone, not follow me all over and everything I pick up to look at you start telling me about it. Other then that I love Bath and Body works!!!

Nice service. Didnt have my fave perfume at this location. The one I did buy was a bit expensive but didnt want to leave empty handed. They opened at 10:10, when youre on a time crunch before work every min counts. Overall ok visit.

Lady with the weird hideous pink eyebrows is RUUUUDE !!!!!!!!!!! What happened to all the nice friendly people that used to work here ??? Seriously. Felt like I was being talked AT. Customers are spending money in that store, they’re the employees that are suppose to cater to customers and help them. and they acted like I’m was imposing, bothering and it was there house or something.
