Outdoor Living is right off of Loop 1604 on the Northwest side. My wife and I have stopped there frequently over the years. We mainly go thereto browse the RV selection but I have also found them useful for parts. They have a pretty decent selection and can order anything you might need. They have always been super friendly and helpful.

This place has been a heaven sent and his hands down the very best RV SALES AND RV SERVICES location that we’ve found yet. The service manager Cory and all staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very down to earth. As a new businesses owner myself I’ve had a lot of learning curves, and I am ashamed to say, I have even been THAT client that comes in 30 minutes before closed because I did something dumb and couldn’t afford to loss a day of business... They treated me like they had just opened and didn’t even charge me for looking under my hood, amazing because some places would charge for that! These guys aren’t trying to take advantage of anyone and they’re on top of their stuff. We will be long time clients and I am already setting my next appointment today for service on my Van! We are transporters and we were treated badly. We were supposed to pick a customers trailer on Friday . They didnt put on the slide topper that was paid for by the customer. They blatantly lied and tried to say that we rushed them . They open at 8:00 and didnt have the trailer cleaned. They didnt like me taking pictures for the customer. They cursed at me . They used the f word at me . Im sixty years old and I dont appreciate that kind of language . The fact is they didnt care about their customer or the transporter. They didnt care about our timeline . They wouldnt accept responsibility for anything . We were literally stuck in the crossfire. Good luck if you have to deal with them .

We came into town for vacation and having issues with our generator. We found that they were close to where we were staying and called yo see if they were able to help us. They told us come in. They inspected and found the issue. They ordered the part and got us on the road again within 24 hrs. They are an amazing.

We received a recall notice from KZ that required additional tape around the propane connections on the trailer. Cory allowed me to send pictures first to confirm I needed the repair prior to bringing the trailer in. We had plans to take the trailer out that coming weekend. Once he confirmed we needed the repair, he was able to get us in and out the day we were leaving for a trip. He gave us multiple tips and even helped us get the truck set up to charge the battery while connected to the trailer. Some of the best service I have ever received. You can tell he has a wealth of knowledge on these trailers. I will be taking the trailer to Cory anytime we need maintenance and highly recommend him and the service department.

Outstanding service! My wife and I were looking for an RV and we decided to stop here since This dealership was close to the house . David gave us a quick rundown of the different features of various RVs. I explained to him we are shopping around and would go to a few more dealers. He did not pressure us at all and even gave us a location of some other local dealers . Well I know why he did after going to various dealers and looking for a couple of weeks we went back to him purchased an RV here. He gave my wife and I a 2 hour course on how to use and maintain our new to us RV. I would not hesitate going back or recommending family friend or strangers ! Cory was instrumental in taking care of any little issues that we had (very little) and even gave us a piece of equipment that we lossed on the road, free of charge! The staff went further in helping us newbies move our new rig in and out of the storage area when they could. Easy financing, detailed walk through and great service after the sale!

Brought RV in for quote to repair some damage. 7 days later and 5 phone calls and still no quote. Way too many RV dealerships around for bad service. You would think a small ma and pa dealer like this would know that. Wont be going back or recommend to others.

Went to Outdoor Living RV to just look at a used camper with no intentions of buying. We just wanted to see this style of camper in person as I had been researching it online for about a week. Casper came up to us to see if he could help and we told him exactly the one we came to see. It was in the back so he took us to take a look as well as a few other options. We told him we really werent interested in purchasing that day but decided to see what deal we could work out just in case. Long story short, he made us a deal we couldnt refuse. We put a small deposit down and had 3 days to think about it. After deciding that we still wanted it, we scheduled a time to go over it with the mechanic. I didnt go but my husband was very impressed with the mechanic and everything he told my husband. This was not our first camper but the first time someone educated us about it. We were suppose to pick it up but decided to wait until the weekend. No problem. The mechanic made a few adjustments to our trucks/camper braking system having to replace some blown fuses. The service along with Caspers help made everything go like clockwork. Go see Casper!

We bought our very first camper/RV/trailer at Outdoor Living from Bumpy! We started looking in April, then did serious research over the summer, and finally bought out a hold on one on Labor Day weekend. Bumpy was never pushy, instead, he was patient answering all of our questions. When we picked up our Sonic yesterday, he provided us with a 2 hour and 15 minute orientation, allowing me to take notes and ask even more questions. At the end of the day, he made us feel comfortable calling him in any situation.The service men (Cory and friends) were so helpful in installing and educating us on the new hitch! I have known Kent Kasperski (Casper) for at least seven years here in Utah. Kent is a rarity in this day and age--a truly honest salesman. Everywhere he goes Kent builds a solid reputation and a loyal client base, because he genuinely has the customers best interest at heart. To Kent, his customers are not just potential sales marks, theyre people. I wish all salesmen were like Kent. He is a man you can trust; and a good friend.

We have been dealing with Outdoor Living RV for almost 2 years now. We purchased our Sonic trailer back in 2015. The staff was nothing but helpful and it was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately our trailer went through hell. It was damaged by hail, burglarized then stolen (none of this was the fault of Outdoor Living RV). Needless to say the trailer was in their service department a few times. Now we are ready to purchase another one and Bumpy is already helping is out. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the service department. They can be a bit slow for regular maintenance and repairs. Sometimes the trailer would sit on their lot for weeks waiting to have the bearings greased. Not a huge deal but can get a bit aggravating. Many thanks to Bumpy and Chris for being patient with us. Looking forward to purchasing our next trailer.

Cody helped me fix my thermostat over the phone. This shows that he has the customer in mind. He could have easily had me pull my rv to the shop and charged me to fix it. Instead he chose to be a great human and help a rv rookie out. Thank you.

We went to see Casper Kasperski because we were looking to purchase a RV at this time we decided to wait because my wife was going to need surgery. He knows what the customer needs and best of all he was not demanding on trying to sell. We would go back to see him when we are ready.

Awesome customer experience. From the start to the final step pulling out with the rig, no complaints at all. Great hospitality, not pushy, very laid back....every one we met was open and honest. Answered every question and provided experiences to help outline the dos and do nots of RVing. Highly recommended.10/8 update: called in due to some technical issues with the satellite ready feature....the same guy who gave me the 4 hour extremely detailed walk through just became the guy who doesnt know anything! He referred me to his tech guy who could call me back Tues. Turns out, thud rig isnt 100% satellite ready. Would have been good to know before getting out here. Not helpful whatsoever right now and a complete 180 customer service experience from my initial post.Funny thing, I was going to ask about purchasing a boat since we are at the lake and the family is pressing me for one....couldve turned this call into another sales opp. Not going to happen at this point. Ill go elsewhere.Overall, Id still give this place a chance but keep in mind why they are here (sales), what you hope to get out (a new rig), & expect what happens after deal is done (customer in past tense).

I looked at several dealerships in the area from New Braunfels to Boerne. I like the laid back atmosphere and they had a great travel trailer for me. I liked the Sonic and I got a great price. My husband and love to camp. We started looking into RVs again. Came across a 2003 Palomino that Kent Kasperski (Casper) was showing in detail on youtube (We were sold on it). After viewing it several more times I contacted Casper and spoke to him. Got the info needed for financing. Bought it a week later. Did not see it or walk through it until the day we signed papers. Casper and his fellow employees went out of their way to make sure it was all in working order and ready to go. Thank you again Casper

Mar 2016: We just got our Denali TT out of the shop for repairs (busted pin in the Bedroom slide transfer case). We took it to Outdoor Living RV, and not only did they fix our slide (1/2 hr fix under warranty), they also did a $7 state inspection, plus inspected/resealed our roof for a total of $106 out of pocket costs....all done in under 2 weeks! We paid the additional warranty deduction of $100, and then we were on our way...happy campers again.Heres why we like them:1) Labor rates are LOW, the best in this area ($99/hr), Camping World/NB charges $139/hr and more then keeps your rig for months,2) Shop is easy to access (off N. Loop 1604, between Braun and Bandera Rd), and3) Theyre very honest, friendly and knowledgeable folks.For example, Chris the service manager, found that our roof seals/seams were in good shape, so he didnt charge us the full price originally quoted. Whens the last time your bill was LESS than your estimated cost? Also, we sent copies of our insurance and ext service policy via email so that cut down our wait times as well. During our repairs, Chris kept me informed via email every step of the way, and actually gave me inexpensive options on how to add a bike rack.For those of you in San Antonio area, please call or email Corry White to see if they can service your rig the next time you need repairs.

They are crooked and sold me a me a trailer that leaks after he had assured me he would send someone on the roof to check it and make any repairs if necessary. With the heavy rain fall the night before the final inspection the leak should of been obvious. Instead his crew cleaned up all the water before the walk thru and told me the roof was great. I would never by another rv from bumpass again!
