I loved my experience at bridal galleria! As soon as I waked in I was welcomed by the employees there. I met my consultant and she was very kind and helpful. As a plus-size bride, its challenging to feel comfortable in a bridal shop. But here at Bridal Galleria of Texas, I felt so beautiful and confident.Not once was the size of the dresses I tried on an issue or were the sizes discussed.My bridal consultant, Leslie, blended in with my bridal party and became a part of the fun. She listened to what I liked and was able to bring in dresses that looked good on my body type and my style choice. Not once did I feel rushed or pushed into buying something I didnt need or didnt like.I highly suggest visiting Bridal Galleria off San Pedro, it was a great experience, and I said yes to the dress!

Absolutely the best experience. Third place of the day and we were blown away with how personable they were. Tiffany welcomed us with us peace. She never made us feel rushed. My experience at Bridal Galleria was absolutely wonderful, from start to finish. The ladies were so kind and welcoming, I did not feel rushed in the slightest and they really listened to my ideas. They have tons to choose from and in fact, they found a dress for me that I had not even considered and it was the perfect one! They were also so accommodating when my work schedule was tight and I had a hard time finding time to pick up my dress - not only did they squeeze me in at a time that worked for me but they were so kind and helped me take lots of pictures in my dress for my family that could not join me for the big reveal. They even helped me find a seamstress for my alterations which were minimal since they sized me perfectly. They are THE BEST! Brides, RUN here as fast as you can!

Had to update my review. Beautiful dresses without a doubt, but please dont buy your bridesmaid dresses here. Options are very limited and take forever to arrive. I was told that my maid of honors dress was going to be rushed, however still arrived 2 weeks before the wedding. I still had to do alterations, so it was a very rushed process. I was told they would provide their alteration ladies info, but never did at the time of pickup. Overall the experience was good, but couldve been better.

I cannot say it enough - I had an amazing experience at Bridal Galleria of Texas! Lesley and the rest of the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful during my appointment. I had an appointment with a different dress shop earlier that same morning, and it was such a difference coming here! Right when my party walked in the door, we were greeted with sweet smiles and questions about my wedding and what I wanted in a dress. Lesley was so amazing at listening to what I wanted and finding dresses that perfectly matched, as well as throwing in a few wild cards. She was patient with me as I tried to narrow down my top dresses from the gorgeous selection she had pulled - always checking in on how I was feeling and what I was thinking. The ladies working here made a possibly stressful day in a brides life feel so incredibly special and easy, and I cannot thank them enough! This bridal salon was absolutely amazing! I felt so comfortable everyone was super helpful and welcoming, all of my requests were met and they remained in budget with every selection. I 100% recommend visiting this store I found the dress Ive always dreamed of and felt amazing in it. This is a great bridal salon to look for a wedding dress. I came here looking for a dress that I felt comfortable in that was somewhat modest and I found that dress! Lesley was so much help in what I wanted and also what I didnt know I wanted. She was so kind and attentive and answered our questions plus some! She is very knowledgeable and great at what she does! Both ladies I encountered were so sweet. Im so glad this bridal store was recommended to me by my best friend who also bought her wedding dress here. I waited a bit to write this review. My first experience here in December 2020 was amazing, I was told that as long as I put in my order after the Christmas holiday that it would be plenty of time to get my order in for the dress I liked before my June wedding. So I scheduled an appointment in January to go back to place the order, there were different people there the 2nd time. They had me put on the dress walk out to my family just to tell me while I’m wearing it that they were actually not going to be able to order it in time. I was very confused since just a few weeks prior I was told the opposite. So long story short I pick another dress out and after finding something else I really loved, the girl comes over and says that she looked into it and was wrong and they could get the original dress I wanted in on time. I was very annoyed by this point. I bought the 2nd dress, but when I went back to pick it up (same crazy person working there) asked for my name, asked if I was picking up a bridal dress, I said yes, and she says “we don’t have anyone by that name” without even looking in the computer. Of course she was wrong & a second lady had to come help her and bring my dress!This is why “bridezilla” is a thing because normal people are just trying to get everything done and keep having to deal with people who are incompetent. This one lady (I wish I got her name) was absolutely no help and in fact made the experience much worse for no reason at all!

I had a great experience here! I made an appointment online and the girls here were very helpful! Liz was my stylist and she did such a great job picking out dresses for me try on. I felt beautiful in every dress and they made me feel very comfortable and excited during the whole process. I was nervous about not finding the perfect dress, but they were able to help me find an amazing dress within my budget!

I said yes to the dress! So Bridal Galleria of Texas was technically the 6th dress shop I went to and the last dress Leslie had me try on was the one. She was truly great, I gave her an idea of what I like but she still pulled other dresses to get a better understanding of what I want and she nailed it! I wanna say I tried on at least 30 dresses prior to the one I found and none of them made me emotional the way my dress did. The experience was great even though we are living in a world with Covid, I had the shop to MYSELF, I took my mom and best friend as well but overall I loved the experience here. 10/10 highly recommended!

The ladies were all so very helpful and happy to help you with your needs. Despite Covid regulations, they made the day shopping for my daughters dress such a fun one!! This was our first stop, and last. I highly recommend them to any bride. The dress arrived as we expected and they were quick to get her in for her fitting.

I absolutely adored this place! Ive been meaning to write this review for awhile & since my wedding was this past Saturday it reminded me. My bridal consultant was so nice & patient. Every time I called to check on the status of my dress they were so helpful I even had someone (I think it was one of the managers) call me several times with updates without me even asking her to do that. When my dress finally came it absolutely perfect & all the employees were so happy to see me try it on & just happy to see me happy. To top it off the garment bag they give you for your dress is adorable! They have such a wide range of designers & people absolutely loved my dress on my wedding day! Have received so many compliments saying it was to die for! Our wedding venue posted a picture of my dress & it was the most liked picture on their page, people couldnt get enough of it! All in all, my experience with the Bridal Galleria was amazing! Definitely reccomend!

READ ALL THE WAY TO THE END!!! Today I had an appointment at chain bridal store...yawn, I know...but I knew they had plus size wedding dresses there & as a size 22 the perfect dress is hard to find. As my appointment approached I met there with my future mother & sister in law. My sis in law had her sweet baby with her & we were not allowed to the appointment with him. I decided to leave. We were standing in their parking lot when we all pulled out google frantically searching for a new spot. The first on the list was this store. They didn’t have many spots open but asked if I could be there by 12. We happy cried & went straight there. Upon entering we were met with warm smiles & a heartfelt welcome. My stylist brought us to a back room to view some dresses that were pulled for me. Like I said I’m a bigger girl & I was very nervous about finding a dress off the rack. HOWEVER literally the first dress I had ever tried on as a bride was PERFECT. We tried on a few others to make sure...but that first one...absolutely gorgeous. Fit me like a glove. A size 22 glove! Haha. I can’t believe they got it right on the first try. I was in tears. I have never felt more beautiful in my entire life. Thank you for making me truly feel like a bride for the first time. I can’t wait to walk down the aisle in this dress. My fiancé is going to lose his mind! 😍

I didn’t actually go here, or buy anything from here, but I used their “contact us” form to inquire if they had a dress from a specific designer in a particular color. They got back to me the next day with the info I needed, and were very responsive to follow up questions as well. Even though I ultimately didn’t need the dress anymore, I really appreciate their professional communication.

Choosing to shop for my wedding dress at Bridal Galleria was the best decision of the wedding planning process. Gloria and her wonderful ladies were always so welcoming and always made me feel like a million bucks. It was truly an experience that I had dreamed of (I mean- all of us brides have watched Say Yes to the Dress) and Gloria and her team helped me find a dress that was timeless and beautiful. The Bridal Galleria of Texas was my first wedding dress appointment. The reception area was erratic and disorganized. My consultant and I didnt connect and she was being weird about telling me the dress numbers and brands that I was interested in. I get that she didnt want to lose the sale but it was very rude. I liked that the dresses were nicely spaced so I could view them easily on the rack. I ended up going to a different salon with higher quality dresses and more professional consultants.

I cant say enough about the owner and staff at Bridal Galleria. Truly down to earth, sweet, and kind ladies. Lissy was my consultant and she was so sweet to me and very helpful with all the questions I had and also very attentive. I felt like a queen when I was here! If I could, Id give this place 10 stars in all honesty.

I cannot say enough great things about this boutique. I had two interactions here and they were both so positive. Yessica and Lissy are wonderful associates! They both were so attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I had a wonderful experience as a bride. They made sure I snapped some great photos, had great accessories to go with my dresses, helped me with getting the dresses off and on, and so much more. They treated my Mom and Mimi so well. They knew I valued their opinion and my Mom was able to pick dresses she thought I would love. Indeed we found THE one there.After that the associates went out of their way to help me with a veil that complimented the lace on my dress. They asked another employee (possibly the owner or manager) for additional help. She was able to find two great options for my dress! I went in on a Friday to try on wedding dresses. Alejandra was my consultant. She was awesome, patient, amazing, considerate, and overall caring!! I love her. I brought my 3 friends and she made us feel welcomed. Alejandra was so amazing as she was patient, easy to talk to, and very experienced!!Love this shop! If I could give 6 stars, I would. I hardly ever write reviews, but every bride should know how great the quality and customer service is at Bridal Galleria of Texas! I found myself without a dress just 2 months before my wedding, and I started to panic. I found 2 sample dresses that the store was selling online. I called to see if I could come into the store to try the dresses on, and Gloria went out of her way to pull the dresses from the warehouse just a few days before Christmas so that I could try them on before committing to final sale. I drove from Houston to San Antonio, but it was time and money well spent! Gloria helped me try on each of the dresses multiple times. She gave me plenty of time and great feed back to help me make my final decision. Both samples were in EXCELLENT condition, and I walked away with my dream dress at an incredible price! No matter where youre located in Texas, the trip is well worth it for this level of quality and customer service. Thanks Gloria!!!

They opened late this morning. The woman who unlocked the door offered no greeting to me or my maid of honor. However, when we started to look at bridesmaid dresses, she asked if we had an appointment. Yes, I replied. Im a little bit early. My appointment is at 11. Rather curtly, she said, Then someone will help you at eleven. Ana, however, came up to me shortly after that and had me fill out a form with the usual questions, including the question about budget (my budget was $3,500). I found the perfect dress, or at least, had narrowed it down to two (one was $1500 and the other $1900), and went home, all excited, to tell my mom about it. (I had originally planned to buy two dresses, one for the ceremony and one for the reception, but this, like my budget, wasnt something I was going to just volunteer.)Well...I tried to look up the dresses online on the designers websites, as the lady had us take pictures of the tags and couldnt find it. I was worried so I called the shop to see if they were being discontinued. All they would tell me is, no they arent being discontinued.They wont give me the design number so I can show it to her online. Long story short, my mom wont shell out the money without seeing the dress on the designers website because of the risk of counterfeit gowns. Bummer. Ana was very helpful, and the dresses I fell in love with I would have never picked up off of the rack were it not for her suggestion but for some reason they dont want to tell me what dresses they are so I can show my mom - who by the way was going to pay for my dress as soon as I found the one.Im thinking the reason for the refusal is because I didnt drop cash right then and there at my appointment? Maybe that is their store policy but it sucks and leads one to question whether or not the dresses were actually authentic. Sorry, Ana. I would have loved to help you earn a nice commission on a beautiful gown and veil.

Bridal Galleria is the #1 dress shop in San Antonio.Long story short, I made the mistake of buying a dress at a different boutique and due to alterations not being done well, I knew I needed a new dress. My mom and I immediately rushed to Bridal Galleria. BRIDAL GALLERIA CAME TO MY RESCUE! I saw a dress on the mannequin and immediately wanted to try it on. It fit the exact description of what I loved. Bridal Galleria staff were amazing. They calmed me during one of the most stressful times and I was able to walk out with my dream dress that very same day. My wedding was on 12/02/2017 and everyone loved my dress. Alma is AMAZING! We came to this location after having a bad experience at ‘I Do The Dress I Do’ with an alterations rep. We didn’t have an appointment, but Alma helped fit us in and carefully asked questions to help me find my dream dress. It took her no time to leave the dressing room and come back with THE PERFECT dress in hand. She asked questions that nobody else asked, she knew what she was doing. I went to David’s Bridal too, and nothing. She definitely didn’t have to let us stay after having no appointment, let alone take her time to make sure I was happy, comfortable and ended the day on an amazing note! It was discouraging to be at the two places before here and not find a dress or help like her. It is extremely hard to find customer service like this now days. I am so happy we came here!!!

I thought I knew what I wanted in a wedding dress and strapless was out of the question. I chose few dresses I liked and Sara chose a few dresses that she thought would flatter my figure (One being strapless). The option Sara chose for me was the 2nd dress I tried on and I fell in love with it and IS MY Dress and it is strapless. This location has a great variety of gowns in many price points and customer service is excellent. I have come to learn that Sara is serving our country overseas and I feel blessed that I had the opportunity to meet her and honor her in my very special dress on my very special day. Thank you.

We had the best experience ever! Im from D.C. and was just in Texas visiting family and decided to start my dress shopping early. Never thought Id buy my dress in Texas!We went to three other bridal shops in San Antonio and really liked Bridal Galleria the best and I bought my dress from them! One of the stores even had the same dress but Bridal Galleria had it for $200 less!!!Our consultant Ale was great and really understood what I really wanted! I was a bit anxious that we wouldnt find a dress because Ive been busy and havent been able to find a lot of pictures but the experience was wonderful! My consultant was super sweet, fun, and just AMAZING. She paid attention to what I had envisioned and she also suggested some gowns that she thought I might like. One of them in particular, she thought I would love (I didnt on the hanger) but then it just surprised me completely! It was MY dress!!! It was the second one I tried on and I tried on maybe 3 more, but my mom, sister and I knew it was my dress... if it werent for her, I would have never picked it myself to try on! Overall, just a great experience! I would definitely recommend coming to Bridal Galleria for your dress!!!!

I showed up to my appointment on Saturday full of excitement to shop. However, I was very disappointed (as were my two friends) with the service of our bridal consultant.Not only did she make me feel like shed rather be doing anything but help me with dress shopping, but was very rude if myself or my friends had picked out a dress that wasnt my size. I fully understand that some dresses wouldnt fit me (even though my dress size is ~8-10) but she made me very feel very self-conscious as I was trying on dresses with her constant oh no no, this one is not going to fit.I was less than impressed with the service and the selection. I was happy to leave and purchase the perfect dress elsewhere.

My experience at Bridal Galleria of Texas was nothing short of amazing! I shopped for my gown with my mother and the staff made sure to make my day something truly special. They were very attentive to my requests in terms of gown design, sizing, and ensuring that everything that was perfect leading up to the big day! I also selected a gown and had a change of heart the next morning and they let me select another dress! Brides you will be hard-pressed to find another shop/gallery with leadership and staff that would allow you to switch gowns. Honestly I went in to browse, just wanting to see which style I felt best in. I was helped by Yessica and she was wonderful! I already had an idea of what I liked so I described it and she nailed it on all of the options. It made it a little hard to pick the dress because there were so many beautiful choices, but I did find the one I felt best in. I paid $1200 for mine, but had 2 other beautiful options for $500 and $800, so they really range in prices and the $500 being a little more simple was still stunning. My favorite part of their service was how informative and non pushy they were. I didn’t feel rushed or influenced one way or another. They were nice and had some beautiful dresses. You had to pull your own and take them to the dressing room. There were only 2 room and 2 chairs for people to sit in. I could tell they were in a hurry even though i had a 2 hour time slot and had been there less than 1 hour. Didnt buy a dress there.

This place was amazing! I went to several other bridal shops in the area and was completely disappointed. I definitely recommend to make an appointment at Bridal Galleria. Their dresses are timeless, just gorgeous. The price is really quite reasonable for the quality and design of the dresses (found out the original dress I wanted from Pinterest was over $7000 -- my consultant just looked at the picture and found me something just like it and impeccable quality, at a small fraction of the cost). I accompanied my friend who was looking for her wedding dress. There were several options and we didnt know which one to choose. Thankfully the staff was so great and nice and Ile, our consultant helped my friend find the dress of her dreams. I also bought a beautiful dress since Im a bridesmaid.I definitely recommend this shop, the dresses are beautiful and the prices are pretty fair (which is a plus).

Overall, it was a wonderful experience for me! Two essential factors that stood out to me were, 1) the fantastic customer service and 2) dress selection. The ladies helped me with dresses that fit my dress criteria and even were helpful in finding other dresses that I would be open in trying on. They were very patient and provided assistance accordingly. Each dress I tried on was of exquisite quality. They had quite a selection. I highly recommend all brides to shop at Bridal Galleria - you will not regret it!! They will ensure that this process is a memorable and beautiful experience for you!

LOVE THEM!! The lady I worked with was so nice and let me pick out gowns I wanted to try on. I was deadset on having a certain style, but the lady asked if I was willing to try on another style and I said sure, what could it hurt?! Well, the dress she pulled to surprise me was the first dress we put on.... I walked out and before I could look in the mirror, my maid of honor was in tears... I looked in the mirror and I was in tears as well!! It was PERFECT! I wanted to stay in the dress and never take it off! We put on a few more dresses and none of them had that affect on me. I asked to put the first dress back on, and I said YES to the dress!!! I wasnt expecting to find my dress that day, so I wasnt able to put the deposit down, so I came back another day. When I came back, the seamstress had to check which size to order because I was in between sizes, so they let me put the dress on again!This was the second shop I went to, and Im SO glad I came here!!

I traveled to San Antonio with my family looking for my wedding dress 6 months ago but I wasnt ready to buy yet, then I came back a few days ago and they still remembered me and my favorite gowns! I got my veil, head piece and jewelry there too, the staff was very nice and my consultant was very sweet. I cant wait for my dress to arrive to try it on again!

After having some really bad experiences looking for my wedding dress, I decided that I needed to try ONE MORE TIME to find the ONE. So I made an appointment here at the Bridal Galleria the day before! they were willing to get me in no matter what! I arrived the very next day for a trunk show that was going on, I was helped right away and went straight to the back to get started! I was already very impressed with how clean, organized, and sweet all of these wonderful ladies were so I knew I was in good hands! My consultant was Jessica who knew ALOT about wedding dresses and helped me with everything (Trying on dresses to adding belts to the dresses) I wanted to come back with my mother and she was more than happy to put me down on the calendar again, so I came back with my mom and had another great experience and..... I FOUND THE PERFECT DRESS! & the best part was that my dress was the perfect price!!! and we also found my girls bridesmaid dresses!! My engagment was very short. I had only 3 months to find a dress!! They were able to find me the perfect dress off the rack. So professional and helpful. I strongly recommend this shop to any bride.

I want to say first off that the staff was kind and I love my dress. They went above and beyond to help me. My girlfriends and mom walked in there and pulled almost every dress off the rack for me to try on and Alma was so patient with them all. After I had tried on so many dresses loving them but knowing them to not be the one, Alma said she had one more for me to try on that she had picked for me. It was The One. Bought it that night and it was in my budget. The store then helped me find a seamstress that also fit my budget and my dress is there now, being altered. They did not have to go the extra mile, but they did. And they were kind and patient which for a bride is a gift. Thank you Alma, Thank you, Gloria. Thank you!

I absolutely loved this place. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was already about to cry because I had tried on so many dresses that didnt work when the lady who was helping me that day (I feel so bad because I dont remember her name) told her to give her a minute to find something. she came back with the most beautiful dress for me. She stayed in my budget and I was able to place my order that day. Thank you bridal galleria I felt so beautiful on my wedding day with the dress you helped me choose.

I would not recommend this location. It says walk ins are welcome but that is not true. I arrived at 5 on a Saturday, which is one hour away from closing (keep in mind appointments online are for one hour). Although I had made an appointment for 4:30, I cancelled it on my phone because of traffic and it was recommended on their website to cancel if you think youre going to be late. When I entered, the store was empty and five employees were at the counter. I explained to them my appointment situation, but they all just stared at me until one woman explained that the last appointment was at 4:30. I didnt know what to say since I expected one of them to want to make a sale since Im a walk in (which again, are supposed to be welcome) but none of them got up or offered anything except to reschedule. I told them my mom was only in town today so it would be a few months before she came back, but they just kept staring at me and didnt bother explaining anything about walk ins. I called my mom over from looking and we left. I hope other people have a better experience here but I would not make an appointment or walk in here, very rude, unattending, and unhelpful. Go to Impressions Bridal a few buildings down and try there instead.

I asked for a black high-low dress and she instantly said they didnt have any. So I walked out. I could have found another style but she didnt give me the time of day. NEVER going back. I ordered a beautiful dress somewhere way better.

They were open, honest and everything was on time! Alejandra was my sales associate and she was so sweet and expressed her honest opinion in a positive way. I had a a decent amount of people with me the first time I went shopping here, including two small children, and they were so accommodating. Alejandra even helped me when I went back for measurements/fitting, after the dress was already sold. I was very impressed with not only her but everyone there. The seamstress did a perfect job, I was a little nervous because there was very pretty delicate lace & nude mesh involved, but it was flawless! I could not be happier with this experience.

I was really disappointed in the service I received from the staff. I was with a group of girls looking for a bridesmaid dress and asked one of the ladies working there if they had my size. She told me no and that all they had were sample sizes ( I am a curvy girl). I ended up looking on my own and found my size without the help of the sales associate. Just overall crummy service and I wished they had more sample sizes that better fit all women not just certain sizes.

The best customer service a bride-to-be could ever ask for! I needed a wedding dress within a 5-month time frame. My only option was to buy off-the-rack. It was difficult to find a place that could offer beautiful, quality wedding dresses at a reasonable price. Coming from Austin, most places wouldnt take me in for an appointment until weeks later, and sometimes they were rude about my budget and time-frame. I called Bridal Galleria in San Antonio, and they set me up for an appointment the very next day. The ladies here are so sweet and helpful, especially Ana who ultimately found the perfect dress for me. After picking up my dress from final alterations, I was a little sad that I wouldnt see these friendly super sweet ladies anymore. Bride-to-bes, if you are in a 200 mile radius, put this on your list of places to shop for wedding dresses.

Ive gone here twice and both times the staff was rude. I tried to be polite and ask questions but I was confronted with short ride answers. If you want to be helped make an appointment, otherwise youre not worth their time and make sure you stay on track and dont inconvenience them. Its all about them, this is what I came to learn.

First off I find it very disrespectful when people speak in Spanish about customers under the assumption that we werent bilingual. They were very disorganized and acted as if my fiance and her daughter were an inconvenience to their day. Seriously a poor way to run a buisness but that was obvious by the lack of people in the shop oh thats right no one else was there.

Was told that from the size of my hips Im a plus size and that I couldnt afford to shop there. Pretty woman flash back. Big mistake, BIG. #bodyshaming shame on you.

Went in with my daughter today to look for some dresses. they where rude but they also body shamed her and then go on to Insinuate we couldn’t afford the dresses in their shop. little do they know I own my own business.

The staff was rude and pretentious. Our consultant, Ana, was really good though. You cannot look at the dressss on your own. You have to wait in the room and they will bring the dresses to you. You cant browse their selection. Staff kept staring and it was the worst experience of all the bridal dress stores we went to in San Antonio.

I didnt really feel like a bride in this store... I didnt feel like they knew what my taste were because the dresses were very outdated looking and made of poor quality. I went to another salon in stone oak and found a dress under my budget that was every thing I wanted.

We had the best experience we could ever ask for. We had been shopping for my daughters Quinceñera dress, but we were unhappy with the choices... the bright colors that are a trend was not what we had in mind..We called Bridal Galleria and asked it they sold any pink quincenera dresses, they told me they had several wedding dresses that come in the color blush and possibly could be used as a Quincenera dress. As soon as we walked into the boutique, the staff was very welcoming and professional. They took their time with us and we never felt rush. We found the perfect blush wedding turned quincenera dress that was youthful, elegant and fun. The shipping time was exactly as they estimated, the alterations were stress free, they even added a modesty piece to the cleavage area... that we could not tell anything was added.. it was as it it was part of the dress all along. My daughter looked absolutely beautiful on her special day, but most importantly...she felt beautiful. Thank You Bridal Galleria.
