I went to Bella Bride Boutique back in March of this year. This was the first place I booked an appointment to look at wedding dresses with my mom and MOH. Caroline was so professional and helpful. She was very mindful of my budget that we had previously discussed prior to my appointment. Caroline allowed me to take my time trying on dress after dress and there was absolutely no pressure at all to hurry or to pick the first thing I thought I liked. I found my perfect dress that same day and Caroline walked me through the entire process to order my dress in a new color as well. Bella Bride Boutique will always hold a special place in my heart for making me feel so important at my appointment and so beautiful on my wedding day!

I recently picked up my wedding dress for my December wedding and couldn’t be more happier with the service at Bella Bride! I had the most amazing experience at Bella Bride. I went in not really knowing what I wanted and the ladies got me in my dream dress within two hours. They are amazing at their job and I would recommend them to anyone I know getting married.

I went to two other boutiques before coming to Bella and Caroline was by far the most helpful. She let me pick 5 dresses to try on based on what I thought I wanted, telling me the cost before I picked it so I could stay within budget. After a couple dresses she could tell what I did and didn’t like, and when I showed her some I thought I wanted she was totally right in knowing what I wouldn’t like about them. This was awesome because at other boutiques the consultants just put me in whatever and didn’t really listen or make suggestions based on the dresses, but she really did.I live in CA and was here in TX with family for vacation When I picked the dress. I Ordered the dress 7 months before the wedding and she guaranteed it would be ready 2 months before the wedding and even said she would call local tailors to see what places would hem my dress (it has a lot of beading so may be tricky to hem). She gave me some sparkling moscato when I said yes to celebrate!Only bummer is they didn’t let us FaceTime other relatives or take picture of the dresses until I was down to the final 2. Then she let me call them to help in the final decision. I know each place has their own policy, so I understand, but it was a bummer to not be able to show my family who couldn’t come (they’re strict to bride +4) the other dresses I tried.

Caroline at Bella Bride was absolutely fabulous! She was helpful, knew what she was doing and talking about, as well as very well mannered and kind. We started at Davids Bridal before we came to Bella Bride and everyone in my party noticed the difference in customer service/care, advice, knowledge, manners, cleanliness, even down to the quality of dresses and veils. Everything was perfect here. Caroline helped me find my dream dress! The dress I chose was one I never thought Id see myself in but she helped encourage me to try one on, and little did I know that one ended up being THE ONE. I initially visited a bridal boutique in Austin and not only did I not find anything I liked, but I felt extremely pressured to say “yes” to a dress. I left feeling very uncomfortable, defeated, and feeling like I wouldn’t find a dress I really loved. Then I visited Bella and the entire experience was SO much different in the best way possible. I was able to send photos of some dresses I was interested in before my appointment and they made sure to pull the ones they had available and other similar dresses. I tried on ~4-5 different dresses and each one I already felt so much better in than any of the ones I tried on at the previous dress shop. My wedding is in December so I knew I wanted sleeves, and I ended up trying on a dress that didn’t have sleeves, but could be ordered with them. It was comfortable, I could move around in it, and I knew it was the one! I took the risk of ordering it without knowing what the final dress would look like, but when it came in and I went to pick it up and try it on, it was everything I ever hoped for and more! I absolutely cannot wait to wear it, and I am SO thankful for Caroline and her help in finding my perfect dress! She made the entire experience feel so easy and fun, and I never felt any pressure from her like I did at the previous shop. She let me try on anything I wanted, try on ones I liked again, and answered any and all questions I had. Thank you so much Caroline!

This was our last stop on the list to check out bridal gown styles. Alexandra was incredibly welcoming and helped me try on a few bridal gownsShe was going at my pace and was very attentive. She had a client on the way when we arrived, but gave us what time she did have and was able to have me try on about 5 dresses, different styles.First one I was in was the one.We were there while another bride to be was shopping for her dress. Lets just say that the whole store was in happy tears and having beautiful moments together. The staff is a great part of what makes those happen, aware that this is a stressful and awesome process for new brides.I had been to 4 other dress shops around SA that day and these people take took the cake. My experience in looking for a dress here was phenomenal! Caroline was extremely knowledgeable and let me pick out dresses I liked. She also was extremely helpful and suggested dresses, based on my taste, that actually turned out to be some of my favorites. Looking for a pretty wedding dress but terrible service- then this place is for you! I went today and had a not so pleasant experience. The consultant Caroline or whatever her name was was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had called ahead of time to ask permission for an extra person than what the guidelines said and they said it would be fine. My grandmother wasn’t able to be there for the first appointment so this one was important for us. We had driven an hour away just to be there. When we arrived they weren’t ready for us and told us to wait in the car and they would come out when it was time to get us. They then called me and rudely said you are only allowed 2 guested- I then reminded I had called earlier and already got permission. When we were able to go inside Carol didn’t let me try on my wedding shoes. If I want to try on my dress with my wedding shoes I should be able to! She rudely cut me off mid sentence when asking. She said I can do that when I go get alterations. Like really?! She rushed us and had the worst attitude. I barely got in the dress to show my mom and grandma and she basically ripped the veil out of my hair when I had my back turned. She said she going to start packing it up and I needed to start undressing. We were in the shop for maybe 10 minutes and felt pushed out the door. The appointment allotted for 30 minutes. And for having driven an hour there and having to wait extra- just to be rushed out the door? Not right?! She didn’t even give us the card to the alterations lady. We had to turn back around to go inside and ask for it! Maybe if she wasn’t so rude and pushy with us leaving she would’ve remembered. Honestly not the treatment you would expect after spending $2000+ on a wedding dress. Sad to say but these people are tacky and are only nice to you to get you to buy the dress. Once you’ve paid you are treated poorly! Looking for a place that will make your dress buying experience all about you and special? We’ll look somewhere else!!! Spend your money elsewhere. Sad to say but they ruined my wedding dress experience- my moments with my grandmother that they rushed and ruined and overall satisfaction with this purchase.

The consultants at Bella bride boutique are absolutely wonderful! My consultant helped me find the perfect dress when I couldn’t decide. And the dresses are beautiful! The prices also aren’t bad for the dress you’re getting. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect wedding dress!

This location does not allow photos or information about dresses (such as designer) until after you sign the contract and no dresses shown online are actually in the store. Rest assured, potential bride, no other location is like this. Unfortunately despite my favorite dress being here, I found one I was equally happy with elsewhere with transparent and patient staff. Any bride deserves a quality experience and should have the right to be fully informed about the brand she decides to invest in before signing. Felt like going to buy a car and cant recommend.

This boutique is beautiful and the dresses were stunning. My first experience was on point. The bridal consultant gave me different options and let me try out different dresses without rushing me. I said YES to the dress on the same day! I was really happy with the service that day. However, once the purchase was made I felt their customer experience changed. They didn’t call to follow up with you on estimated dates on the arrival of the dress. When the dress arrives they only give you 10 days to pay the full balance if not they will charge you $10 per day after(stated on the contract). Some brides live out of town and making plans in a blink of eye is difficult. Paying the full balance wasn’t a problem, but what I didn’t like is that they don’t let you try on the dress before you pay the full balance(not stated on the contract or mentioned at all). Her explanation was because they had an incident with a previous bride. She mentioned that I will still be reliable for the dress even though it would fit small and that it wasn’t their fault if I gained weight or what not. I understand that I would still be reliable for the balance because I signed the contract, but I felt her response could’ve have been more courteous. I believe that providing a solution to a possible situation like this would’ve made the experience totally different. I also believe that brides should be given the opportunity to try on their dress before making the final payment so the store doesn’t look money hungry.For future reference I had no issues with my dress.

I would absolutely recommend Bella Bride! My goal for my wedding dress was a long lacy train and buttons going all the way down the back. No other store compared to the style I was going for. Associates were very helpful and I really appreciated their recommendations on places they suggested to being your dress to get altered. Thank you Bella Bride!

I went to Bella Bride looking for my wedding dress. They had an Essence of Australia trunk show so I was very excited. This was my first time shopping and Alexandra made the experience so wonderful! I was unsure what I wanted and Alexandra listened to everything I was saying and found the perfect dresses to try on. Bella Bride was the second shop I visited when looking for my dress. The staff present were very friendly and professional. The dress I ended up saying yes to was one we pulled on a whim. It further helped that they had the competing dress so I could compare side by side. Never once did I feel pressured or persuaded by my stylist. I absolutely recommend this place! The day before I went to Bella Bride, I visited a different bridal boutique in the SA area. I had the most uncomfortable experience trying on dresses at that boutique so I was obviously very nervous to go to Bella Bride the following day. However as soon as I stepped into Bella Bride, I instantly felt better. They are extremely helpful and just helped calm my nerves. The boutique is small but they have a ton of amazing dresses that are organized in a way that doesn’t overwhelm you. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. The owner helped me gather that style of dress but also suggested I try an different style as well. The style she chose for me to try on was the complete opposite of what I imagined myself in. I am SO glad I listened to her and tried that dress on! As soon as it was on I knew it was the one. My mom, sister, and best friend agreed! After I purchased it, we got a celebratory glass of Champagne or Rosé (I can’t remember)! I’m so thankful I went to Bella Bride 💜

From the beginning to even after the wedding, the ladies at Bella Bride were supportive, professional, and helpful. We felt safe in the salon with their COVID-19 procedures. Caroline and Alexandra were knowledgeable about their supply and made recommendations based on what I liked—I went in looking at one style but as soon as they pulled a totally different style, I knew I had found the one! They also made a great recommendation for a local seamstress for alterations. After my wedding, they cheered from afar when they saw the pictures online!

I was blown away by my experience with Bella Bride Boutique. I worked with Jill to get a gorgeous Hayley Paige gown for an editorial in the Hill Country. Not only did they help us select the perfect one (Lorelei), they brought it to the shoot to ensure perfect fit on the model. They handled all the clipping and fashion taping our model in so she looked radiant. The level of care they took with that shoot proved to me that they go above and beyond for their brides to make sure they look and feel their best on their wedding day.

Such a wonderful YES TO THE DRESS experience, obviously Covid has hindered the known experience but the women there made it perfect! I highly recommend them for any woman looking for a wedding dress!!! I went several places and they were the absolute best I didn’t even consider the other bridal stores.

My daughter(the bride to be) & I, rushed over to this place for our scheduled appointment. We were told that if we missed our appointment, we’d be charged a 35.00 fee! We weren’t there more than 5 minutes when we were told that the dresses my daughter was interested in were on order & wouldn’t be in till next month. The sales girl also said they didn’t have anything with a sleeve. So basically we left the shop where my daughter was trying on beautiful dresses to save a 35.00 fee. The selection at this store is minimal & the communication is bad. They should have paid us 35.00 for making us drive over to Stone Oak for nothing. Don’t waste your time with this shop.

Caroline and her coworker were wonderful at helping us at Bella Bride!!! Bella Bride is LGBTQ+ friendly, which was a big concern for my fiancee and I when dress shopping. We wanted to have complimentary dresses but not see each others dress. Caroline arranged for us to separately try on different dresses with back to back appointments and then blindfolded us to stand together in our dresses for our friends to see! It was such a fun experience! We both said YES to the dress and theres still that mystery of what each other is wearing. Caroline made sure our dresses meshed well together. I cant wait to see our dresses on each other on our wedding day!

This a real cute boutique. Jill was very helpful in picking out a couple of dresses based on what I showed her, and then helping me get into them. I was also very impressed by her knowledge of various dresses and designers. She knew the model numbers off of the top of her head which really wowed me! The only reason I didn’t purchase anything is because the prices were higher than expected and they weren’t able to offer any discounts. If you’re looking to spend more than 1,500.00 on a dress, I recommend this place. I just couldn’t do it.

Worst customer service I have experienced!!! I wanted to shop around for the perfect wedding dress and the lady was so rude to me on the phone I didnt even get a chance to step inside. If your wanting to bring anyone close with you to share in this experience, I WOULDNT recommend this establishment!

I went to a few places before Bella bride but no one compares to them. They helped me find my dream dress and my husband loved it too!! I keep telling my girlfriends if they’re getting married or renewing vows to at least give them a chance. I’m super picky so they know I won’t say that about just anyone. They’re super knowledgeable and LISTEN to what you do and don’t like

I was very excited after making my appointment! The girl on the phone was super sweet and accommodating. Definitely a different experience when I actually got there. I was told I was expecting too much multiple times and I needed to sacrifice what I wanted. IE - I could not have a low back with something more flowy at the bottom- the look I wanted was too couture and I would not find that in my price range. This was a little disheartening and my friends could tell I was getting discouraged. The appointment was short and I am honestly glad, I could not wait to leave. It was not the experience I was hoping for. Thankfully, I had two more appointments that day at I do the dress I do and at Olivia Grace Bridal. Both places were able to find me something I liked and made the appointment fun and exciting. Plot twist - I was able to find EXACTLY what I was picturing without sacrificing anything, stayed in my budget. and had my Say yes to the dress moment.

When I got to Bella it was my third shop of the day and I was the last appointment. It was a great experience to where I was picking the dresses I wanted to try on, however I did feel a little rush throughout the appointment, which is my only complaint. I happened to find my dress there and overall the experience wasn’t what I was hoping for due to a covid but they made it seamless and easy!! So happy to say I am a Bella Bride!!

I was really nervous about buying a wedding dress is a pandemic, but Bella Bride Boutique made it such an easy process! I had spoken to Caroline and told her the dresses I was interested in, and we were able to discuss prices and styles. I was in and out in 45 minutes, and was able to leave with my dream dress! I got the full bridal experience without any stress!

Bella bride had beautiful dresses to try on with so many options to change with every dress. A year ago, after having the most horrible experience at David’s bridal, my bridesmaids and I left feeling defeated. When my maid of honor looked up and found Bella bride, they accepted us in 30 mins for a last minute hour appt. that’s when I found my dress. A month later, I came back and purchased my dress and I’m so in love with it. I was able to make the custom changes I wanted on the dress and now I have a hard time taking it off. I want to wear it non stop. They gave me tips on choosing my dress, gave honest opinions when I was having difficulty deciding, and were upfront from the get go. Because all of my family is out of state, they even let me book another appt for a month later for my family to fly in just to reveal my dress to them in person. Greatly appreciated that.

I visited 4 other bridal shops before finding THE dress here! All of the staff were so kind and helpful, they took special consideration for my dress since I fell in between two sizes with the designer. I got my dress and it’s even more beautiful than I remembered. They also had a veil that matched the lace on my dress perfectly!

The girls at Bella Bride, especially the owner, Alexandra, are absolutely fantastic. I had purchased a dress from another salon, but decided it just wasnt right for me. I called Bella Bride in crisis mode (as it was only 3 months before my wedding) to see if I could come try on some of the gorgeous Hayley Paige dresses they had in the store. I received the warmest welcome and my consultant, Jill, pulled every single dress I had asked for and made me feel so incredibly confident and special! I found the PERFECT dress and Alexandra put a rush order on it and began calling the Hayley Paige rep every week to check on the status of my dress--without me even having to ask her to do it! And even better, my dress came in two weeks earlier than expected!! Alexandra called me with updates every week and had my dress overnighted to the store as soon as it was ready so I could get any necessary alterations. I cannot explain how much it meant to me that the girls at Bella Bride were so committed to getting me my dress in time and were so concerned with my happiness! Bella Bride is the BEST place to go dress shopping in San Antonio--hands down!!

I had a wonderful experience at Bella Bride Boutique. The shop is immaculate and there is a great selection of beautiful dresses, conveniently organized by color hanger based on the price range. I called just two days before to make an appointment and they gave me my preferred time on a Saturday. Caroline and the owner, Alex were knowledgable, professional, and very welcoming. I tried on several dresses and did not feel pressured to purchase and ended up calling back a day later to purchase my favorite dress. This was the first salon I visited and I highly recommend them! Absolutely loved my wedding dress! The consultant was extremely helpful in helping me find my dream dress and gave me time to make my decision when going back and forth between two dresses. Loved my experience their and my dress! Would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married!

After hearing what a great company this was we drove 2 10hr round trips to make sure we had the “best”. My wife had a great experience while she was there. The bad part was they took her measurements and told her to sign off on the measurements THEY took, which she did. The dress came in and it was way too small.... so small that assuming they took the right measurements she would’ve had to gain 30 lbs in the time since she ordered the dress. We reached out to Bella to see what our options were and we were basically too bad. Unacceptable customer service.

Thank you to the Bella Bridal team for not only helping me find my dream dress (that no other store carried), they were able to put a rush into my veil as well for an emergency bedside wedding so my Mom could be present before her passing the next day. They go above and beyond for their brides!

Bella bride is the place to go! I am blown away by the care, quality, expertise and over all experience with Bella. My sister, mother and I came in from out of town for wedding dress shopping as it was New Year’s Eve Bella personally opened the shop for us to allow us to look at dresses. She was personal and freindly through out the entire appointment. We never felt rushed or pressured. You could tell she truly cares! I loved the entire experience she started by offering us mimosas and water, Discussing the vision of the wedding and the goals of the brides wedding dress.She offered beautiful very high quality dresses at an affordable price. Once we had gone to her no other wedding shops even compared.

I absolutely LOVED this place! My planner set me up an appointment and I arrived on time to my appointment. The staff was waiting for me and greeted me right away. They were so accommodating and made the experience all about me. I was so excited the night before and this experience was everything I dreamed about and more! The girl I was paired with was so knowledgeable and picked out the PERFECT dress for me. This was the only place I tried and would never go anywhere else in San Antonio. After I said yes to the dress they popped a bottle of complimentary champagne for myself and guest I brought. Just to mention a little about their customer service, my friends baby was crying and the staff could tell I wanted a group picture. One of the staff members asked to hold and rock my friends baby just so she could enjoy the time with me and take a picture. TOP NOTCH service there. Over the last couple of days Bella Bride Boutique and I have been talking about my recent experiences with them. They offered their side of the story and my opinion of the salon has changed. They sincerely apologized, and we are both happy to put this behind us.

Where do I even begin. After I got engaged i was having the hardest time finding my wedding dress! I came to Bella Bride and found the most beautiful dress!!! I had already scheduled a bridal appointment in Houston the following weekend and was afraid to commit to the beautiful dress I had found just in case there was something else out there. After finding a dress in Houston, I knew something felt unsettling. Fast forward 7 months and many many tears later I no longer felt that the dress I had bought was the dress I had dreamed of. I emailed Bella Bride and asked if I could make an appointment to come in and try on some dresses. At this point I am only two months away from my wedding so time is ticking. I sent the wonderful ladies a picture of what I was looking for and they immediately emailed me back with something they had in store that was exactly what I wanted. I cant tell you what a relief it was to feel like I was finally being taken care of and someone had a genuine interest in making me happy. I showed up to my appointment they took me back right on time and they put me in the most beautiful dress of my dreams. Not only did they help me find MY dress but they made me feel like the most special Bride in the world. I will recommend this place FOREVER for anybody looking to find their forever wedding dress. Thank you ladies for helping my dreams come true!!Lesson learned!! When you try a dress on and you love it, BUY IT!! Dont wait! This place is the best!!!

I am not normally one to post things but this was one of those. I scheduled an appointment almost a month in advance. I was informed that I had to put a credit card on file which would only be charged if I didn’t show. I understand this policy. However, with a policy like this, I expect excellent service. I arrived on time and was greeted with “Who’s the bride?” (They had my name from the reservation.) I was then asked what kind of style I was looking for. I let her know that I was open to all styles cause you never know until you try it on. She seemed put off. Another stylist asked me if I had been to other places and when I said yes, she asked what I like from there. I felt rushed and like they didn’t want to put in effort. She told me to start with 6 dresses. I found some and started the trying on process. The stylist didn’t engage with me at all. Just got me into the dress and walked me out to show people. While this was going on the other employees were packing up dresses and I could tell they were trying to prepare for something. Being in the wedding industry for 5 years I realized they were packing up for the wedding show the next day. I tried to make small talk about that but got nothing. About 45 minutes into my appointment I was informed I only had 10 minutes left. I was confused... not another customer in sight and I was being rushed.. I went in to try on the last dress and it was gone. They took it out of the dressing room to pack. Really.??? They brought it back and I tried it on and then when I came back I wanted to see the one I actually like and... it too was gone... packed up!! Upon leaving I was offered no information on the dress I liked or a follow up appointment.. as we walked out, they locked the door behind us. (It was 4pm) Rude and horrible customer service!! Brides come in to spend thousands of dollars on a dress and the experience of finding the dress. No experience here. Move along and find the stores that care..

I didnt like the service at all. This lady Jill didnt treat me well. I understand I was not dressed up nice. Shorts and a t-shirt and you could immediately see that she was not treating me fairly. I liked a dress that Emily showed me (shes really nice) but I wont be buying anything even though I dont have a budget and can buy anything. Dont judge a book by its cover.

What started as a mediocre experience quickly turned sour when a staff member accused one of the bridesmaids of sneaking in alcohol when, in truth, it was just a Diet Coke for the Mother of the Groom. The same staff member kept referring to the bride as being ‘confused’ which only added more pressure on making a decision rather than creating a patient and supportive atmosphere. The final straw was when the bride (who was about to make a decision) asked to put another dress on one last time. The staff member told her ‘unfortunately, no’ and let all of us know that our appointment had ended 3 minutes ago. We left empty-handed and in shock about the poor customer service and apparent negative energy of the entire boutique.

Bella Bride Boutique was the first and last bridal salon that I walked in to! My vision of my wedding dress was somewhat fluid, though there were several characteristics which I did or did not like from the beginning. The girls at Bella listened to my ideas and then helped me choose several options to try based on this as well as my figure. Despite being completely against a strapless dress at the beginning of the appointment, by the end I had fallen in love with an elegant yet simple Mikaella gown that Caroline suggested. When I wanted to keep a few other appointments prior to locking the dress down she was a little pushy, but I appreciated this in the end and absolutely made the right decision by going with this dress. I returned to order a custom veil and though the wrong one was delivered initially, Bella made it right and ensured that I had the correct veil in time for my wedding. Overall a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them!

Their service and expertise is on top. The owner and staff are the best in SA and go above and beyond for each client. Dont even waste time looking elsewhere because no one will ever match their service.

I did not have an appointment with Bella Bride, but walked in just to glance at the dresses and hopefully book an appointment. The boutique was beautiful, and the staff was amazing!!!! They actually put me in 2 dresses in the little time that they had before their next appointment came in! They have beautiful pieces and were so helpful!!! Highly recommend this boutique!!!!!!

Thank you for always taking such good care of my brides. Ali and Jill are always way ahead of the game and with one recent bride, they stepped up and came to her rescue after another store was closed all of a sudden. You all are the best.

I would not recommend anyone to shop here. I work with brides as well and will tell them to steer clear ! Stalking down someone for money is not ok !! ! Especially when it was Bella Brides own mistake. I’m Honestly shocked a business would conduct themselves that way.

Had a wonderful experience. My mom and I stopped by on a whim, the staff was very knowledgeable/helpful definitely buying my gown and will have a custom veil ordered from them.

Overall I was glad we went there. At first we were told we didnt have an appointment scheduled. My soon to be daughter in law had confirmation email,we all did. They honored the time and made the time to get her fitted and she found a beautiful dress thanks to their help. #happybride

The service and attitude during the try on/ordering process was day and night compared to when we picked up the dress six months later. I expected to receive the same great service at the end that I received at the beginning, but this is NOT what you will get from Bella Bridal Boutique!In Nov 2017, our daughter was shopping for her wedding dress. She tried a few different shops and they all were excellent. However, our daughter like the sales rep (Emily) at Bella Bridal Boutique. Emily was very attentive, patient and very pleasant during the try on/ordering process. After trying on more than a dozen dresses, she found the one she loved and paid 60% down to secure the order. Emily informed her at this time that it would take up to six months for the dress to arrive, that any alterations would be done by a second party and that they would provide a list of recommended alteration shops. Our daughter informed Emily that she lived overseas and her parents didn’t live in San Antonio so it may take longer to pick up the dress and they said that will not be an issue.On 19 Apr 2018, I received a phone message from Bella Bridal informing me that our daughter’s dress had arrived. I called them back to remind them that our daughter was overseas and we didn’t live in San Antonio. The lady on the phone only said that they could only hold the dress for 30 days. I received another phone message from Bella Bridal on 27 Apr informing me that if I didn’t pick the dress within 10 days of its arrival, there will be a late charge which they did not inform us about during the call telling us the dress had arrived. I called them to confirm their message and was told if the balance is not paid within 10 day of the dress arriving, there will be a late fee and that we must pick up the dress within 30 days.My husband and I went to Bella Bridal on 28 Apr @1045. I could see the employees inside but the door was locked and no one came to the door. The door was unlocked 15 min later Emily was not working so we told the sales rep that we were there to pick up our daughter’s dress. When she returned with the dress, she handed me the bag while another rep stated that there was a balance due. While my husband was paying the balance, I asked to look at the dress and the first rep opened it for me. Since it had been six months from when we ordered the dress, we forgot about the alteration arrangements so I asked and all they said was they put business cards in the dress bag. My husband asked them what if there are defect with the dress and they stated that the seamstress will take care of any issues.There was only one other customer in the store and several employees but our questions and wanting to see the dress before we left the shop seemed to be an inconvenience to the people who are there to help the customer. After waiting six months, the bag should be opened to ensure the customer is getting correct dress, all alteration information should be verbally repeated and the shop should ensure the customer doesn’t have any questions.Since Bella Bridal Boutique is a small shop, you expect to get small shop like service. But, if you expect this from Bella Bridal, you will be very disappointed in the end.I DEFINITELY WOULD/COULD NOT RECOMMEND BELLA BRIDAL BOUTIQUE TO ANYONE.

Well I have been debating on whether or not I should do a review because my experience wasnt horrible, but to be honest when I think of this place I feel irritated. I bought my dress from here and the day I put my deposit down I was told the remaining balance would have to be paid at the end of July. May comes around and I keep getting a phone call that my dress is in and ready to be picked up. I finally called back and explained to them that I am not ready to pick it up because I didnt have the rest of the money to pay my dress off. I was then told I had to pick it up or else Id be charged a $100 late fee each day or something like that. (I may be wrong on that part) I started panicking and had to come up with the balance and go in and pick it up. Point is if I knew I had to pay it off when it came in I would have been more prepared to do so. When I told them I was suppose to have until July they didnt care. Also when I took my dress home I was going to try it on and realized it was dirty! It looked like it had been tried on! I have a picture that I will post. Anyways I didnt have the best experience here. I do regret buying my dress from Bella Bridal. I felt rushed, pressured. I hope all you other women have a better experience then I did.

I had very high hopes of this place because my client had recently gotten married and raved about how great this place was. I unfortunately was not happy I came in early for my appointment and waited to be helped. My consultant said she did not take the time to read my online profile they send in the confirmation emails, and I could tell she was irritated with the day and brought it all to my appointment. This was my first time and I was not used to not getting undergarments to put on underneath the dress. I felt so rushed to switch dresses and make a decision they all started looking the same. I was in and out in about 35-40 minutes and I will most likely not come back.

The woman who first spoke to me was so rude. I let her know I had tried on dresses before, and was disappointed in everything i had tried on. She wasnt very friendly kinda seemed annoyed with the questions i had asked. The reviews for Bella Brides is one of the main reasons I came there, was very very disappointed. They dont have many sections, and arent very helpful.

They treat every bride special when they go there! Not a fan of the pressure sale and one of my friends had a bad experience here so I had to take off a star.

Caroline was very helpful and patient!! She definitely knows bridal!!! The first place we visited and she said Yes!!!

I am not impressed by how my friend was treated. She was told by Caroline that she shot herself in the foot because she didnt have a specific or favorite style. This is already a stressful and emotional time and thats just not appropriate to say to a bride. We went somewhere else and found the dress of her dreams.
