Its always been on my bucket list to park in the truckers area with other truckers as a trucker myself and, wouldnt you know it, here I am in a flying J truck lot for the God only knows-teenth time. Is that cool what!?......seriously though, I mainly do my ten hour break because of Dennys restaurant when possible. A warm shower and almost clean shower rooms are a bonus. Almost clean cause no such thing as perfect in this world. Most of the Flying Js trucker lots are very spacious compared to most of the Loves Ive been too.

They dont have the different coffee flavors and strength offered. When i asked if they could prepare some coffee one employee told another to prepare it, then the other employee said there was a different kind of coffee which i dont drink and refused to prepare the one i drink which they was empty. If there are different coffee flavors they should provide and have the coffee ready. Theyre lazy and getting paid for it. What gives!!!?

Love it its comfortable for truckers it has showers and a patio for people to sit and eat it has microwave is big is always super clean and has great customer service!

Lots of parking during the day and the bathrooms were very nice as well as clean. There were lots of food options that looked good.

Rude cashiers! Never again am I buying a single thing from here. The ladies working give attitude and yell at a customers, this is not acceptable to me.

Lines were taking awhile with only one register open. My husband asked another employee to help and she did without any problems. She was very friendly. Good customer service.

Great stop to refill the RV with gas and our bodies with coffee! Love this store and usually stop when in this area. Clean bathrooms and great coffee. Cant ask for more!

At first i went to TA at 8am and they told me i will have to wait till 1pm for simple oil change and ac recharge, so i told them put me on the waiting list and then i went across the street to here and they took me in right away and finished the job at 1030am and charged way less then TA quoted me . Mechanics are really cool guys.

You all need some shopping baskets 🧺to carry items in at least 20 plus baskets per store and 10 per 100 parking places. And pay me 500pts. for the information that going to increase your store sales per store. The stuff I need to buy at pilot but cant buy all at once I cant I dont have but 2 arms. Its will be wise to listen please send me some feedback 🙏😊

Got there at 8am. There was one truck in shop only. They said they will call me at 10am. They didnt I called at 12 they said the guy left on a service call. . Its was a Sunday. Its Tuesday now and they havent called 😂 lazy people there..

I would not use their tire shop! Well as long as Andrew and Joshua work there. They will rip you off! I witnessed Andrew put another screw close to the screw I already had in the tire making it being unable to be patched, I approached him about it and he tried to lie to me. I talked to the manager on duty named Joshua(not really sure if he was the manager but that’s what Andrew said) and he sided with Andrew. Stay far away from this tire shop!

Denny was pleasant . The service pretty good . Considering 5 month ago . You could not sit in . So far so good . I just order my food let,s see how long it take to bring me my omelette. It,s 11:30 am food came at 11:40 not bad. . Good experience

This is one of my favorite truck stop, but today I didnt have idea what happened. Was a mess at restroom. Full of trash, no toilet paper and seat covers paper Inside store its ok. Coffee area and food, no complaint. Keep the effort to give the best service to the customer.👍

Nice Flying J they have a very large parking lot and good fuel prices. The staff is friendly and the restrooms are very clean. The showers are very clean and they have a Denny’s inside also. The coffee is always fresh too

Parking lot needs more maintenance, unfortunately construction around on hwy makes difficult for 4 wheeler customers, however dennys is very good, showers are always working and staff are great.

Worst place ever. The whole place is a mess. Trash all over the lot, i thought i might need a tetnaus shot before I left. Staff was rude except the young man in charge of cleaning the showers. He was top notch.

Very poor customer service very poor shower cleaning I ask for extra towel the guy was very rude and told me give only two towels to 2 people because all the drivers stealing the towels I went to make coffee no milk at the dispenser very dirty no Colombian coffee which is a standard coffee for pilot flying J I was very very upset or a nappy was the service this morning

If you are traveling, this is the best place. They have everything and the gas is reasonable priced.

Clean parking lot. Ample gas pumps for cars or small trucks. A separate fueling area for Semis. Good selection of fuel types. Inside you find friendly helpful staff, a clean well stocked store. Plenty of hot/cold drinks to choose from. Plenty of snacks to choose from, even if you want more than a snack they have a selection of warm items by the cashiers. Clean restrooms. Large restrooms. Plenty of cashiers and theres a separate area for the trucks and cars to pay.

Good people but terrible service (in my opinion), for my visit, I had a simple retorque I got done, that was fast and quick, but they had a guy that called in (as i was waiting for my paperwork so I could leave) and I had to wait 30 minutes so they could finish up with a guy that called in. When he got off the phone, he walked away from me to talk to the guy in the shop, so I followed him out and politely said can I get my paperwork and be on my way please? He said back Ill be right with you sir, one minute please......Excuse me? But I was here first, Im done and waiting for my paperwork, all you need to do is print it off and let me be on my way.In my opinion, good people, super convenient, but terrible service for my visit.

It was convenient right off highway they sale just about anything your looking for. Great customer service

The tire shop was very honest. We went in to get a new tire because it seemed to be wearing. The tech checked it out and said that it was wearing a little uneven but that there was still lots of miles on the tire. He saved us a few hundred bucks! Some places would have replaced it anyways just so they could charge us. We didnt actually get service here because the customer service prevented us from having to. Thats a 5 in my book!

Inside was clean services were good. Trash recepticals were all over flowing in parking lot. There was no window cleaning supplies in buckets at fuel islands. Shower store restraunt were all clean and well staffed.

Pilot is always great, but the old lady morning shift was very rude, she was not helpful and treated people like she own the store .Two stars for Pilot only not for her service.
