I accompanied a young friend to buy a car. They had researched cars online and we were there to look at a particular used Corolla. We also looked at a couple other cars. My friend ended up buying the Corolla. I was there to ensure my friend wasnt taken advantage of. Brian Blount took such exceptional care, I didnt need to be there at all. Brian is amazingly knowledgeable, not only of cars, but all the vagaries of finance. I didnt even need to be there. He explained everything in detail and pointed out things to be aware of. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you, Brian, for your knowledge and compassion.
I recently bought a car from Alamo Toyota and it was such a smooth and pleasant experience. Richard Aguilar was so helpful and personable! This is the second car my family has purchased from him this year. He is responsive without being pushy and is very efficient.Caleb Lee was our finance manager and was very thorough in explaining prepaid maintenance, gap insurance, and extended warranties. I usually dread going into the finance manager’s office for the “hard sell,” but Caleb was very easygoing and not high pressure.I had a great experience at Alamo Toyota and would definitely recommend going through Richard and Caleb to purchase a vehicle.
I recently bought a 2022 Toyota Corolla LE from David Munoz. He was not only professional (returned calls/texts promptly, knowledgeable with inventory, etc)… he was compassionate about my needs (budget, size,, features)…AND he didn’t make me feel rushed or try and sell me something beyond my wants or needs. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. I will continue to do business with Alamo Toyota and will be a loyal and repeat customer of David’s.Most importantly, I LOVE MY CAR!!!
I originally made an appointment at Universal Toyota because its closer to my house but they didnt have appointments until next week so I called here to try my luck. They had plenty of appointments open. When I got here, they saw me right away and guaranteed service would be complete within an hour, which they met. They also sent me a video of the service and were super courteous. At the end, they didnt even make me go to the cashier. Since I have a service plan with them and everything they did was covered, there was no point to stand in line to wait for the cashier to give me my keys or anything. The same attendant that talked to me in the beginning simply explained what they had done, the recommendations, and then told me my car was already outside, ready for pick up. Sebastian was really great. I definitely appreciated not having to wait in line and then still wait for my car to be brought out. They got their service down. Im probably just going to come here for service from now on.
Great sales associates. I dont recall his name a Hispanic gentleman with terrific customer service skills.
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. The service rep, Michael, was very professional and helpful in setting up my general maintenance. He was also very communicative and kept me updated on the process. One really cool thing is they sent me a video of my car‘s inspection, and thankfully everything is looking good.
I called around 715 pm to have oil checked (maintenance light on). They said no problem. I asked about wait—was told one car ahead, but wasn’t taking cars after 7:30. I arrived before then. As expected, had car service and with easy text updates on service, video showing car, and suggested updates/service with costs, I was able to pick and choose what service to perform. VERY EASY!
I had to come here due to a flat tire. When I arrived I was in no rush. I let “Ronnie” know I would wait or go get something to eat. He made rude remarks about how I’d be waiting a long time. I immediately felt uncomfortable with him. He told me they didn’t have the tire I needed, and would have to order it. No problem. But once I began to ask questions he immediately got rude and angry. Something wasn’t right. Turns out they had LOST my vehicle. A wrong VIN number was written down! They could not find my car and I was the one getting attitude. I have never had such a bad experience. Toyota of Boerne is the only dealerships I trust. I took my car on the spare, and they immediately had things handled. Car tire was done, and they even did my maintenance while it was there to save me a trip.
I love Alamo Toyota! I’ve always had nothing but great service since purchasing my 4Runner over 3 years ago. Service Managers have been great from Ronnie to Miguel. I would 100% recommend a car detailed as I had one done to my car today. Looks like the first time I purchased it. The tire alignment and rotation totally fixed my cars issue. Thanks Toyota!!
Poor service I have used. they keep my car 5 hours just for oil change without a phone call to notify that the car is ready. You guys are too busy chatting with each other to give us a call. What a unprofessional dealership. I rather go to Toyota universal or red mccombs because their staff is better
Always fast and friendly. Very competitive prices with Toyota specific knowledge. Other mechanics are the jack of all trades and master of none, so why not go to the master…
I specifically asked for an oil change and scheduled a week in advance. I brought my 2021 Sienna in and was greeted and asked what I needed. I again stated that I came in for my scheduled oil change, he confirmed my visit took the key and mentioned that they were very busy and despite me scheduling an appointment for 10:30 am I would have to wait at least until the late afternoon to get my vehicle back. Reluctantly I agreed and was shuttled back to my house. Around 4:30 pm I finally received a phone call informing me my vehicle was ready. I went inside picked up my key and a report. When I arrived home and reviewed the report I was shocked to find out that an oil change was not performed. I called and was informed that an oil change would not be performed until my vehicle reached 10k miles. I can’t believe they didn’t inform me of this before I dropped the vehicle off, I was very clear when I stated I wanted an oil change, they held my vehicle for over six hours and did nothing.
Run down lot. Drive around get giant screws in tires. Same attention is given to customers interested in car. If you don’t hold there hand and waste allYour time with them they don’t service you. If your time is valuable go somewhere where they treat you well like Cavender. Plus there cars are over priced highest in town
The service dept personnel were extremely professional, helpful and no doubt customer satisfaction their goal. A goal reached far beyond my expectations. My vehicle will be maintained at Alamo Toyota only. Thank you Clint and crew.
Very awesome service. Took my Tacoma here for a pre-purchase inspection and they recognized the vehicle immediately and told me all about how the previous owner had serviced it. I was dealing with Ronnie and he gave me the run down better than any mechanic I’ve dealt with. Super friendly and super knowledgeable, told me what I really needed to focus on, what I should have the dealership fix before the sale, and what I could do myself at home easily. Overall my experience here was fantastic.
As an automotive tech of 38yrs, I never allow anyone else to service my vehicles and for good reason. I have an extended warranty on my vehicle which expires soon so I brought it here to get the repairs done. While Clint and Bruno did their best to accommodate me, the tech on the other hand left a lot to be desired with his work and work ethics. I naturally checked over his work and found my skid plate wasn’t tightened, my wife found grease on the rear door(actually had it on her hand after opening it), put holes in my front shock boots(the pry marks are very apparent), tore the inner front axle boot when working on the front end and neglected to tell anyone(driving it shot grease everywhere), and neglected to reinstall some mounting hardware. When I returned with the axle boot issue, it was taken care of at there expense, however the tech never cleaned the mess it made under my vehicle. At my shop, we take pride in our work and treat customers vehicles as our own, guess that’s why we still have some of the same customers after 32yrs. I expected the same type of treatment.
Excellent customer service in a timely manner. Great communication as well! Thank you!
These guys are getting better every time...this visit my Tacoma had a simple recall and they took care of it in less than an hour...awesome job!
Went to get a new remote for my tundra. Service was great, parts depth ck my old remote before issuing a new one than told service area (Ronnie) it was a go. Ronnie gave me the veteran discount and answered all my questions. I recommend them highly.
Attentive and fast service. They have nice waiting area for families and free popcorn.
Hey this was a wonderful experience. Should you happen to go by ask for Mr Bennett! Hes a really nice guy and he will get you the best deal. Enjoy!
One stop shopping, good for timeliness. Attaching exhaust tip was expensive, $150.00 for one bolt installation, should have done myself. Also drivers side front left fender scratched.
We drove in from West Texas on 1/9/2021 to buy an SUV. Our salesman Max was wonderful. Full of energy and friendly but the guy by the name of Thor who did our paperwork was rude. He was so disrespectful and when we were done filling out our paperwork, he didn’t even say thank you or good bye. He got up from his chair, walked out and slammed the door to his office after we got up behind him and left. We brought our own financing and the general manager said he could do better on the interest rate and if he couldn’t, we could still get the SUV for the agree price. Well supposedly he did better and we got the car and left. Then this same guy Thor calls us back on Monday to tell us our sell didn’t go through because of our credit but he couldn’t tell us what was wrong with our credit and we needed to resign paperwork with a higher interest rate. (Yo-yo Sale) Mind you my husband has an 815 credit score and has NEVER had a collection or made a late payment, EVER. We refused and I got upset and threaten to give them a bad review on google and call Toyota. Well he then calls me back and gives me a better interest rate of course because our credit was not bad. They were just shopping our loan around to get the best deal for them not for us. It is now 3/9/21 and we still have not received our plates. I don’t recommend them and the only reason why I’m giving them 2 stars is because of our sales guy. Avoid these people.
Garret G. was a tremendous help today! He got my car in and out for servicing, highly recommend him & Alamo Toyota! :)
If you want to spend 3 hours waiting for your car after making an oil change appointment here is your chance! Or even better, when we got our tires changed they had our car for 9 hours. After we waited at the dealership for 2 hours they finally gave us a rental car, and let us leave. They are constantly overwhelmed, always running behind and just all around terrible service. We will find a different Toyota dealership from here on out.
Great place to get your Toyota serviced. I used Ronnie J. in the past, and on this visit. He is very efficient and professional. This locations hours of operation should fit just about any of your needs.I hope your experience is a good as mine was.
I am so happy I stayed at Alamo Toyota since they consistently give great service and work with you to give you a great deal.
Got done the necessary repairs, but the mechanics took out the contents of my center console, spread it out over the passenger seat, and didnt put it back. Drove my car home only to realize one of my hubcaps was missing. After calling them, they said to wait until Monday (it was Saturday) so that I could speak to their manager so that I could *possibly* get a discount on a new hubcap. This place gets the job done but its clear that not much attention is paid to the details. I will go to another dealership from now on.
Went in and immediately and asked for the Toyota signature plug+patch. The service tech checked me in and 1 hour later they advised awwww we cant do anything for that. Buuuutttt we do have your same tire in stock. Tire, installation, fees and it will be $200. We also recommend about$300 worth of work just to keep her in tip top shape. And by the way this multi point inspection that you didnt ask for is going to be $30. So I drove out of my way to come there, they couldnt do what I needed, still charged me AND didnt even air the tire enough for the tire pressure light to go off (I paid for air on the way to keep it at recc inflation level). Went straight to Terrazas/CD tire shop (on 35) and the man showed, explained and patched the tire for under $20....really Toyota??
Super quick and simple!!! Love the professionalism provided everytime i go in for my checkup!
My wife and I purchased a car from Rolando a few weeks ago. He was very pleasant to work with, not pushy whatsoever. The vehicle we were looking at was an excellent deal but it had a big scratch on the rear pass door. (Which wasn’t shown in dealer pics. Obviously) BUT Rolando assured me that he would not lose our business over a scratch and would work the repair into the deal if we purchased the vehicle. So we went ahead and purchased the car and had the scratch repaired as he promised. He even went as far as to help clean the car prior to test drive and once purchased. Rolando gave such Good service I had no choice but to write this review so that others can experience the same as we did. Go see Rolando don’t waste time with anyone else.
Salesman and finance Officer were very Friendly and Professional the Sales process was very fast was out of there quick! You know I left this review because I thought they were honest about the sale but the passenger side driving light was out when the purchase was being completed I ask the salesman to have the light repaired so they took it in and came back and the light was working so a couple of weeks later the light went out again so I bought a new bulb and went in to replace it and to my disappointment the socket where to bulb is installed was burnt and broken the disappointment was that all they did at the dealership was place a sheet metal screw to hold the bulb in place instead of replacing the socket itself if they would stoop so low as to do this ehat else would they do to me or someone else just to make a sale beware theyll screw you for anything just to make a sale!
When I pulled up for a tire rotation and oil change I was greeted timely. My service technician was extremely explanatory in what I should expect and the estimated time given to me as to when my vehicle would be ready was spot on.
Service was on my 5k. Sean Gonzalez is most professional, kind, top of the line Service Advisor.I will recommend him to everyone I know who owns a Toyota.
Plain simple Bruno service contact was great and service was done in timely mannerJk
I have been using Alamo Toyota for maintenance on my vehicles for 11 years. Their waiting area is spacious and comfortable, offering coffee, fruit, and donuts in the morning. The service has always been nice, but today it was a step above. They now send you a video of the vehicle inspection, so that you can see exactly what was inspected and hear the technician describe the details of the inspection. Awesome tool.
Is our 2016 Avalon Avalon is always serviced there there. Service manager Clint and his staff are the best
They will change prices on trucks you are interested in. They will give you a lower value on your preowned (mine was a GM CPO with 21k left on powertrain warranty, transferrable) than KBB trade and instant buy, lower than NADA, Blackbook, AutoNation, CarMax, Carvana, Vroom and TrueCar. I would be weary to do business there.
2nd time getting my car serviced at the 1604/281 location. All the staff have been professional and their service is quick.
I’ve been calling for couple months now asking for a Supra they just say we are gonna check and call you back. But they never do and every time o check inventory they have plenty Supra’s online.
I had an appt at 4 for my 20,000 mile service. I was in & out quickly
Kept us in the loop, neat experience all the way around.
Great service! My sales guy Rolondo was very helpful. I was there looking to buy my son his first car. He helped us with the car we were interested in...that we saw online. We ended up getting the car. All was great...we were so excited to get his first car. Unfortunately less than two weeks later we starting having issues with the car not starting. We were told by my mechanic the battery was bad..so I needed to purchase a new battery. A few more days went by and the car required another repair to help with the car not starting. All and all I spent roughly $450. To their credit Alamo covered me on the battery, but did not do anything regarding the second repair. So I spent $258 on a repair less than a month after purchasing the car. Im not angry...just extremely disappointed. I felt this was not a good way to conduct business...therefore I feel Im being more than fair by awarding Alamo 3 stars.
JJ in the service department is always helpful! Been taking my car in here for a few years for regular maintenance. They are fast, friendly....even when I was having a horrible day the men were nice and understanding.
We bought a vehicle with the help of salesman Sam, he was always very patient with us, we didnt feel any pressure and we got the trade in value we wanted, even the manager was very friendly and ensure we had everything we needed. Excellent service.
We got our car maintenance done at this facility. Excellent customer service. They did a great job in taking care of our car. They clearly explained everything that we needed to know. This is a great facility. Thank you.
Always great and professional service. Even close to rush hour I was in and out in just over an hour. Mr.Diaz took care of my needs and made sure everything was okay before I left Thanks guys!
Attempted to buy a truck from them. They did not have what I was looking for on the lot, but stated they would find the truck and took a deposit. Fast forward 5 days, have received a constant run around from sales to finally get told that cannot get the requested truck. Ended up having to work directly with the sales manager to get things worked out and my deposit back. Overall a very time consuming, unpleasant experience.
Great experience and comfortable waiting area. What I appreciate is that I have a dedicated service advisor, Rod who is awesome. Hes very detailed. He also doesnt try to add services that I dont necessarily need at the time. Great customer service.
Great service and explanations of what was done and what to think about in the future.
I wasn’t able to pickup vehicle and they delivered it to our house w/o extra cost. Fantastic service
Super Bad experience, After my husband waited for almost 3 hours he had to take the car because they never did anything to the car. They are irresponsible and have no responsibility or charisma with the client. We hope not to go to that place again with so many irresponsible people who are not doing their job. I don’t recommend this dealer to anybody.
Service rep JJ processed my vehicle quickly. Work was completed in less than 1 hour.
Great staff! Highly recommend when you’re in a pinch!
My daughter bought her 1st car today and the sales manager, Justin, was so professional and worked with her until we all came to an agreement. The salesperson, Benjamin, was so patient with us and very helpful. We truly we so impressed with their professionalism. Thank you again Alamo Toyota!
Had a great and enjoyable experience! This was my 4th stop for my first car and Manny took great care of me. Super helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. The manager Joe Centeno that came over to help was also very helpful as well as Thor in Finance. They all made the experience super comfortable and smooth. Highly recommend
Caleb Lee, Sales Rep. was knowledgeable, engaging and had a wonderful positive outlook on the sales process. He explained the equipment and technical aspects of the vehicle and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Caleb is an asset to Alamo Toyota.Abel Perez, Finance Rep. was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He provided us with clear and transparent information throughout the purchasing process. Alamo Toyota is lucky to have Abel in such a confidential and complex job.
I work for a major courier company here in SA and its a darn shame how customer service workplaces has diminished including at Alamo. Ive bought 4 vehicles at Alamo for the past 5 years. I just got off work a while ago because my new truck had an exclamation point and needed to the services. Theres only one gentleman waiting and myself. I get here and they tell me two hours and Im really, what ever happen to taking care the customer. I told them are you all short on staff or all yall that busy and he stated both. I look around and see one man in the waiting area. This place has gone down hill and believe me it will be the last time I buy at alamo
Worst dealership ever. Bought a new tundra. Salespeople didn’t know the features. It had what I wanted they just didn’t know it. Truck had shaking steering wheel. Ronnie the service writer laughed at my concerns. Bailey the service manager couldn’t fix it and had a terrible attitude toward me for even wanting it fixed. Ordered new truck it had rattling noise in front end. Yes two brand new trucks with defects. So much for all the hype about Toyota quality. Management agreed to buy it back. Led me on for months and then surprised me by shorting me by thousands of dollars after telling me for months we will do what’s ethically and morally right. I ended up having to find my own vehicle because they wouldn’t buy the vehicle I wanted. Financing wouldn’t return my calls. This place was a joke at every step of the way. At the end I spoke to the general manager and now I understand why this place is like it is. He didn’t care either. It was all about the money in the end. Not at all about the customer. Of course they new I would never be back so why not just make all the money you can. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague!!!
Techs scratched drivers side fender in 3 places.Should compound out with any luck. Also installed a one bolt exhaust tip for $150.00, of course should have requested pricing in advance/done myself. Overall OK experience.
Great service, kind people, realistic expectations. I drive further just to keep using them.
Lance at the Parts Department is the best. Professional and honest. Alamo Toyota should feel lucky to have him around.
The place is great had our toyota serviced and was very timely
I always used Alamo Toyota for my vehicle needs when I lived in San Antonio. When I have needed them when I am visiting, they always make the visit a good experience.
The tech couldnt answer any of my questions. I came in needing a new ture and a oil change. When I asked what made my tire go flat he wouldnt answer me he just kept saying he would find out. I left my truckbovwr night because they didnt have that tire on stock. When I came in the next day to pick up my truck I asked if my oil change was done I was told the 5k maintenance was taken care of instead of saying yes or no. I do understand 5k maintenance needed to happen which isnt much but in addition to I wanted a oil change. I asked if they washed the vehicle again he said he would run it through the wash it came out dirty. Then I asked with this new tire us there insurance on it and he could not answer the question. I only ever go to Toyota of boerne but due to me getting a flat right outside the dealership I came back to alamo.
I visited another Toyota dealership about a fuel issue with my Rav4 Hybrid and was treated poorly. Then I went to Alamo Toyota and they were amazing. They actually listened to my problem, troubleshot it in less than one day, and had the parts in to fix it in a couple of days. I highly recommend Alamo Toyota for servicing your vehicle. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you so much!
Really unpleasant attitudes, rest assured that I won’t be referring anyone to come here.Brought a new vehicle from here, God knows why tire PSI was set for 50 on a Toyota Corolla.
I just leased my 4th RAV from Alamo Toyota. Their salespeople are professisonal and caring (love Ben Obermayr and Caleb Lee!) and the quality of the Toyota product is top rate.
Thank You for helping my Granddaughter in getting the car that she wanted avery one here have been a big help, I will let all my family and friends know about Alamo Toyota thank you all.
Always a pleasure to come by and get work done to my truck by Alamo Toyota
Kevin Cruz was extremely professional and true to his word. If he couldn’t answer my questions, he put me in contact with someone who could. Mr. Cruz is honest, professional and reliable. He will make sure you are a 100% satisfied with your purchase. Definitely not your ordinary car salesman!
I have bought in a vehicle here in the past and recently used our service department. They are professional and very nice.
The staff were so courteous and accommodating.
Every time I come here there is a problem. I’m not in the system(but I bought my car here)automated appointment is broken and not showing my appointment. Car dropped off day before -for recall —called twice next day supposed to be ready at noon. Not ready when I was dropped off. This place is horrible find somewhere else to go.
These guys are awesome! Very friendly & professional. I arrived an hour early & they still took my vehicle in & had it done in about 40 mins. I even received a video where the technician explained his recommendations. Will keep coming here! Thanks Roney & Matt
Prompt courteous staff & good shuttle services
Our technician was great. Called and kept us updated and never did anything prior to getting our approval. Explained everything in detail.
I bought a car from the Alamo Toyota dealership. My car payment is due soon and I have not received a bill so I called to get the information. No one was willing to help me, I just kept getting transferred. After the sixth time, someone picked up the phone and hung up instantly. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never work with them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed. They don’t even feeder roads one star in my book.
They make you feel unimportant and unwanted ! Totally Disappointed and their attitude keeps getting worst day by day.
Update:Sales manager called me back and was extremely professional. I explained to him that both of us have serious issues from brain injuries and he was responsive and understood our situation when I explained how we felt about finance. The car has issues and there’s less than 500 miles (lane assist won’t turn off, the app doesn’t remote start the car and it’s sputtering off and on). He offered to bring it in and fix it but I’m done with this car and don’t feel comfortable doing business at this dealership because I’m going to lose money for something out of my control. It’s brand new and already has electronic issues and possibly mechanical issues. They aren’t going to take the car back so I’ll have to pay it off and get a different brand of car. It’s extremely unfortunate because I’m probably going to lose at least $2k-$3k but I don’t want a car that has issues in the first 500 miles. Super disappointing. Good sales department but the finance department is a bit sketchy and not being able to return the car as a lemon isn’t good, in my opinion. The salesman was great and very responsive but finance wasn’t. We were asking questions about what wasn’t absolutely required in the contract and were told they removed everything that wasn’t mandatory to purchase the car. We asked multiple times and were told there wasn’t but there was. We caught something and were able to save a couple thousand dollars. We would’ve gotten something we didn’t want or need and it’s because he was basically not telling us the truth or he didn’t know. We asked multiple times and he had to print two contracts because we kept catching things. When we found the last one that saved us the most money he said, “I’m not printing anything else.” Totally unprofessional. We both had serious serious brain injuries and I’ve been fighting cancer for two years. Things like this make everything a lot worse. We invested our trust in them but it seemed like they were trying to sneak in extra things we didn’t need. I understand people need to make money but it was manipulative. Telling us he wasn’t going to print another contract wasn’t good. Not telling us the truth wasn’t good. We only wanted a good price. We should’ve left but bought the car because the price ended up within our range after catching all these things. Be careful if they try to sneak stuff in, especially when you ask if things can be removed and they push back. It just seemed like they were lying to us to make money. Super disappointing. I’m giving two stars instead of one because sales was very professional and helped us. I won’t be getting service there and won’t recommend Alamo Toyota to friends because of this. Maybe it was a misunderstanding but we would’ve spent about $31k instead of $29k. And maybe they’ll reach out to me after commenting on this.
Just purchased a 2019 Toyota Tundra SR5. My Salesperson, Caleb Lee was amazing, polite, helpful, courteous, and awesome. This was the third vehicle I have purchased from Alamo Toyota and I am more impressed, every single time.
We went to the dealership slightly afterhours on a Saturday night to look at this vehicle I saw online. Mr. Vicente Valadez (a new sales representative) approached us and briefly attended to our needs answering some questions before providing us with the necessary information to schedule a test drive the following Monday when the dealership was again open. He was professional in every aspect and made the purchase process as seamless as possible. We are very happy with our certified pre-owned 2020 Toyota RAV4 XLE AWD.
Want to thank Tom Naughton & Pierre for the awesome customer service! Both were very helpful in purchasing my vehicle. I suggest all deal directly with them for excellent Alamo Toyota Service!
They really try to help you finance a car. Nice people here, but realize thier main job is to sell vehicles.
Ordered a oil & filter change/routine maintenance plus I agreed to a fuel optimizer induction flush but they only gave me the oil change… Not sure why…
If your looking for a good sales person and want to purchase a vehicle with no hassel or being forceful you know what I mean making you feel uncomfortable look up Jeff honest straight forward knowledgeable and will work hard so you can get a good reasonable price weve purchased close to 7 vehicles over the years with that should speak for itself 😊
Go to Caleb Lee! Call the man to get a great deal. Financing did amazing and I left with a 5.65%. The only thing I hated was the wait. Loans seem to be really busy, but it was worth the wait. Love my new 86!
Salesman are nice and want to help, its finance, managers, everyone higher who are the scammers. I went in for internet sale price on vehicle when I am in person the sale is off and vehicle is full price. I had a trade in that was apraised online very fair. In person they low balled me. I worked the numbers for 6 hours and I got a deal closed with finance . I am happy got the vehicle I wanted and a long tiredsome deal. Then all the reviews say they call you few days later asking for more money that the rebates are not valid with TOYOTA. EXACTLY three days later finance called me asking for more money down because TOYOTA FINANCIAL wont approve it. Alot of nickel and dimeing you for small money but its annoying. ALAMO TOYOTA AND TOYOTA BOERNE ARE THE WORST IN Sa, GO TO NORTH PARK TOYOTA OR UNIVERSAL TOYOTA FOR FRIENDLY UP FRONT BUYING.
Alamo Toyota did a great job on servicing my RAV. My advisor, Ronnie Johnson, kept me informed through the use of an inspection video on the RAV and through personal communication. I was given the exact recommendations and prices on repairs, through a text message, prior to agreeing on the work to be done. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of all the employees at Alamo Toyota.
Bought a new 2021 Avalon Limited and couldnt be happier. Sam Cuesta was my sales represenative and he did an excellent job of demonstrating the vehicle and all of its features. Very polite and professional. Most importantly he did not make us feel pressured during the entire process. I would definetlay recommend him and Alamo Toyota to anyone I know.
Adrian in service was outstanding. Great experience overall and I highly recommend Alamo Toyota. Service includes a video from the tech to show and explain any suggested repairs. Loved the visit and will be back!
Purchased a hard to find 2018 F-350 Gas 4x4 last week. Internet Salesman Oscar Salas was great to deal with, very professional. They even fixed bad valve stem on one of the tires while I waited. Very fair and pricing and we were able to both again on purchase price. We also own 2 Tundras and will be using their dealership for service as well. Great buying experience especially during these times. Thanks again! John Emerson
Received an email regarding a possible early lease termination, so I contacted my Sales Consultant, David Munoz. David took care of me when I started my old lease in 2018. I set up a time with him on Saturday, and he had started getting things in line by the time I got there. I was able to end my current lease, and begin my new lease in just a couple of hours...arrived, looked over the inventory, took a test drive, and went through financing. They even switched my bed cover over to my new truck on Monday. Now Im enjoying my new Tundra...great truck!
Great service and great communication!
I contacted Alamo Toyota about a used car purchase and the one star says it all Im not going to say anymore because I used to work for this place
Try to upsell you on things but thats to be expected. Other than that they were fast and efficient.
Bought a Used Vehicle from Alamo Toyota. Very direct, honest, professional, and no pressure in their attitude. Great vehicle!
