Diagnostics and repairs were performed as stated. Cost of parts and labor was way over priced (OEM parts available on line for less than half of what they charged) for a no more than a 40 minute job (YouTube). This being said, service rep was professional, and was able to have the work completed 4 days earlier than promised.

Excellent customer service and response time. I sent a question through email, was contacted within an hour. Suggested a different course of action than I had first thought about. I called to speak to someone and Reid took my call and questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different option and why it is the best way to proceed. Blessed to have employees that care about their job and customer in this day and age. Will be taking my classic 67 bug in for repairs this month.

If you want to pay dealer prices it’s a great place. They sold me an alternator with a 12 month warranty for $425. You can buy one for $170 with a lifetime warranty at Auto Zone. $22 for ‘service supplies’? What’s that? Almost a thousand dollars to replace my alternator. It should have cost half that. Very disappointed.

This was my first time to take my Audi to Autobahn, and I was very impressed by the service they provided. Very good communication from their staff, before, during and after the service. I am very happy to have made the connection, and will definitely continue to use their services.

Recently took my Audi Q5 here for a single Fuel Injector replacement. The service was impeccable as well as the the work done. I was given a quote and even made aware of possible additional costs that could potentially occur. In the end I paid exactly what I was quoted and the job was finished the same day. I am currently out of the country and my family was experiencing a issue with a vehicle i just purchased and Emma and the technicians were amazing not only did she coordinate the Tow for pick up, though i am the new owner they did a warranty replacement on the battery she kept me up to date on the repair daily and she coordinated to have the vehicle towed back to the house after the repair was finished I also had them so a post purchase inspection on the vehicle as well and will be sending the vehicle back to address the one issue they found its hard to find good honest automotive repair shops these days this is definitely one of them stick there card in the glove box because there a keeper

This was a difficult process to go through, but they quickly found me a replacement engine at a screaming deal, and had it installed and back on the road within 3 business days. I am blown away! My engine light came on over the weekend in my 2013 Mini Cooper. Made an appointment online via their website, was able to be seen at my first preference. Left my keys and car with the shop while I went to work. They gave me text updates with prices on the diagnostic process, repairing, and when it was ready. Didn’t have to pay a cent until the job was completed and my Mini baby was back in my possession. Really appreciate the quick turnaround time to do the work and order the parts (only took 1 day) and the only thing out of place was the seat position. Great team here and I would trust them to work on my car again! Thank you!!!!!

I was looking at purchasing a vehicle and the vehicle had some issues that needed to be checked out. I called talked to a really nice lady named Emma and I decided to take it to Autobahn Automotive. When I got there they were swamped but I wasnt in a hurry and told them to keep the car until they can figure out what was wrong with it before I decided to purchase the car. Well they call back in twenty-four hours and said that theyre VW specialist at figure out a few things and come on by and it would explain to me everything and give me the recommendation on purchasing the car. That was really nice to know because they going to give me their honest opinion and they did. So with what they told me I was able to make a good decision on what I wanted to do about the vehicle in question and I really thank them for their honest and professional opinion.

Had a major leak in my 2003 Porsche Boxster. Drove in one morning and had it checked. Needed parts and of course had to order from Porsche. The following Tuesday the parts came in and were installed. Great service, extremely fair pricing and very friendly people. I suggest you give them a try as you would be amazed by their honesty.

We were advised by another repair shop that our BMW needed timing and oil pump chain replacement. Since these would be expensive repairs, we looked online for other companies that could provide a second opinion and bid. We found that Autobahn had very positive reviews for quality work and integrity, so we stopped in and met with Reid. He was very knowledgeable and professional and provided a reasonable bid. After further review and consideration we decided to use Autobahn’s services. Reid was our contact throughout, answered all of our questions and even performed some additional research to assist us with possible BMW follow up. The repairs were performed on time at the bid price. The car has since ran extremely well with no follow up issues.We were extremely pleased with all aspects of Autobahn’s work and intend to continue using their services in the future.

Took my mini cooper to get an oil change and the brakes done. They finished everything so quickly and for a great price.

I only met 2 of the employees when I brought my car in. The receptionist and the mechanic that serviced my car. Both very polite and professional. The shop was super busy yet super clean. But the thing that put my experience over the top was the efficiency at which everyone performs here. The receptionist was helping me before the door closed behind me. The technician that was inside the office area had my car in with the hood up almost as fast. About 1.5 hour later I was picking up my car, air conditioner fixed, and was billed $108. I will be bringing my car here when I need it repaired again.

Let me tell you about Autobahn Automotive. I took my wifes car in forA/C service a couple of weeks ago. Then while she was visiting our grandson in Ft. Worth it stopped cooling. When I returned to Autobahn, they found the smallest pinhole in the condenser and replaced it in a matter of hours the same day. What you should know about this garage is, they did not charge me again for the diagnostic fee. Most other garages would not miss the opportunity to pad the bill. This is an honest establishment and they do expert work. You cant say that about very many automotive service shops these days. They are a first-class shop.

My 2010 Audi was running hot had a broke colent pipe n broke belt they fixed it n 2 days car runs brand new now only 1700 🤷🏾‍♂️But it’s a blessing car rides smooth

Super hot in SA, TX and A/C not working like it should. Autobahn Automotive has a running A/C special so decided to get the system checked out here vs at the dealership. Easy to make an appointment and service was quick and on point. They’ve truly earned my trust with my BMW as a dealership alternative. Highly recommend them.

My car came back to me and worst then when I sent it to themd checks and gm And then they tried to tear up my car after I told them that I would be requesting a refund because they didnt fix the car like they said they did I sent my car to them because it wouldnt start came back with a huge power drain and once they got it started and running all of a sudden I needed a new computer for my theyre from my engine and they told me that the car wouldnt start without the computer for the engine and they cant explain how the computer went out without anyone diving the car or where the drain came from I will be taking them to court

My 35 year old classic Alfa needed a lot of attention to its original BOSCH L-Jetronics fuel injection system and Reed and the team did a great job! The car runs like it did new in 1985! I would highly recommend these guys.

Was broken down in San Antonio while headed back to Austin. The steering coupler on my 79 VW Bus had been damaged and steering was inoperable. I was stuck. Called Autobahn and explained that I was stranded. They got me in the shop THAT day. Found the part (which is not easy for a vintage bus) and then installed it. I was out the door with working steering a few hours later. Super appreciate them and would very much recommend Autobahn. They real pros.

Took my car in to get an estimate on the car to see how much it would cost to get the hood open and i got the slowest moving mechanic ever it took him of course 1.5 hours just to figure out how to get it open. Of course they could not just let me pay for them opening it up for me because now they have to do the work and replace the cables that broke. Apparently they did not have the supplies(got charged for shop supplies 28.62) and had to overcharge me for 2 cables($64.46) when Amazon sells all 3 of them for $25 so of course im been charged by the hour just to wait for the parts they did not have in stock.after 2 hours they get the cables in and then tell me after waiting all day I have to leave the car overnight due to latches now. Next day comes along and I go pick up my car and turn it on a loud squeal comes from the engine and manager said it might be fan belt which never had issues with it. Whatever. We inspect what they did and notice where they went in under by tire wheel hub they did not place the bumper back into place right. We tell the manager about it and he says I would have to leave it another day for him to fix that (hahah).as manager/supervisor you should oversee all the work before you call and charge someone $458.56Horrible waiting experience and I only stayed and watched because they said it would only take a few hours turned into a full day and half i saw how slow the mechanics move and how many breaks and they charging you by the hour. Nope will not return

They had quite a battle with my warranty company, and other companies may have given up...but they got it done, professionally, and with attention to quality.
