Finally pulled the trigger on my first pair of Tecovas boots love my new Zanes they are so comfortable and the quality is impeccable, Ostrich skin is soft and feels amazing on my feet, everything in this store is top notch quality, My Ariat boots felt like concrete blocks compared to these fine quality Zanes.

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Ben took care of me and handled my situation effortlessly. This kind of service is not too common anymore. I’ll be spending more of my money here in the future for sure!-MC

Ive had a pair of Tecova boots for several years. They replaced a pair of Luchesse boots at half the price and equal quality. Friendly service, complimentary boot shines and a Texas company.

I went to Tecovas at La Cantera today which was very busy. I asked one of the associates a quick question and she was more than helpful. The young lady’s name is Ashton. Even while being rudely interrupted by other customers she kept smiling and helping everyone she could.Ashton actually brought out several pair for me to try and also checked the fit of my boots. I was very pleased with my experience and ended up with a nice pair of Caiman Boots.I will be purchasing more boots soon!Thank you

Great experience at the La Cantera location. Super helpful staff, let me try on multiple types and sizes, didnt feel pressured or rushed. The customer service was outstanding overall, they do boot shines for free and serve up some great libations! It makes the men happy, lolThe womens boot selection is small, but I went there knowing that and knowing exactly what I was looking for, which they provided. Love my new boots, and would recommend them 100%. Mens selection is larger, which is a bonus for the guys.

Nice place. I havent purchased or worn a pair of cowboy boots in forever. But, Im tough to buy gifts for so my wife and I stopped in for gift ideas for me. Carl spent a good amount of time with me. I liked two pair so much I asked my wife to surprise me with a pair and I bought myself a pair on the spot. Go figure.

I was on the fence about these boots for a while and finally made the jump, no regrets since then! I have also gotten two pairs of their jeans, very comfortable and sharp looking. This storefront is great (in my opinion) for two reasons: 1-trying on the actual boot versus ordering blind online and 2-the great staff; friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Glad I got to attend the grand opening, will definitely be stopping in from time to time to browse.

First time shopping at Tecovas and a bit uncertain as I am used to usual brands when it comes to my boots and leather goods. However, I met Ben l, and he helped, informed, all in a very professional and courteous detail service. I was able to find what I was looking for. His suggestions were great that I needed up with more than one pair of boots.I will return to shop at Tecovas, and the reason is because of great people like Ben to make you feel comfortable shopping for leather goods!! If everyone who works at Tecovas is like Ben - then you are in great hands !!!!

Love the store, love the product. However, I was not impressed with the lack of customer service. I waited for quite a long time before anyone even asked if I had been helped. I had researched what I wanted before I came in so I knew what I was in search for.. Could have been a easy process but instead it was quite displeasing. 4 stars for store appearance and product quality.

I own two pairs of boots from Tecovas. Their not as expensive as Luchesse but, they look as good and feel even better. My ostrich quill boots in pecan are my new daily boots

I was approached by a gentleman by the name of Jeremy Smith who helped me select a pair of ostrich boots The Wyatt he and his manager were very professional and made you feel welcome!!! Plus, while looking they had an open bar and I had a couple of cold ones 🍺🍺🍺while shopping!!!! I found my favorite boot!!!!

I have owned a pair of Earls for a year, and I really love them. Then bought a belt and like it too. I attended the opening of that San Antonio store, and the store employees gave us a warm welcome, a tour of the store, a free refreshment, and a free shine on my Earls from the store manager. The hide decoration on the back wall is a front view of the Alamo, and you have to see it and get in your pic in front of it. Location is great too, right next to Neiman Marcus. Ill be back !

So excited to have a Tecovas store in San Antonio! My wife and I visited the grand opening and purchased an awesome pair of lizzard boots. I am in Austin today for a conference. Wore my new boots, they look great and were so comfortable all day. While I am here, I visited the Austin Tecovas store and bought a matching belt.

We visited for my husband to try the Tecovas boots. We traveled from East Texas & happened to pass through San Antonio so we had to stop & we were glad we did. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. My husband did buy boots made from ostrich.

My wife and I, who now live in Colorado, purchased our boots on-line. We were visiting our son and family in San Antonio last week so we’re able to visit the new store at La Contera. We were pleasantly surprised with the attractiveness of the store, enthusiasm of the team and good advice we were given regarding questions we had about our boots. Well done Tecovas!

Its great that a brick and mortar store has opened in San Antonio. I have purchased boots and other items from TECOVAS for well over a year, and have been completely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and friendly customer service. The boots are the most comfortable that I have ever worn!

If Tecovas was a “premium brand” as they claim, they would offer their boots in narrow sizes like the true premium brands do. These are junk boots posing as premium.
