Rack Room shoes are excellent, but the curbside service was false advertisement the company employees said they havent changed it online, so I dont know if that was a lie, but my girlfriend had a problem when she called one of the girls gave her attitude, but the young man that helped me at the register was really nice it was just that woman that answered the phone and she was being rude about the curbside, the shoes were great though, the two women that were standing and not working seemed to me like they were managers, in my eyes the only ones that were working hard were the ones on the cash register those two women were just standing around while they had a open register not being used there was a long line, because of the free tax, so go figure need new management and this was like last week and they still havent changed the curbside online, so there still should be curbside for that store and theyre not giving that curbside, if you call they will tell you no curbside, so now who changes the false advertisement of curbside online... Its all who you hire to make you the best, flip the tables and make the cash registers the managers and the ones that dont help put them as cashiers, if no like too bad go find a new job, we need good customer service where we shop...

Cute shoes and great selection on Crocs but the service was not there. No greeting, no check in, no one seemed happy to be there. No smiles, just going about their tasks. No friendly welcome at the checkout.

Many Crocs selection. Not many Clarks. Just one style of Clarkes. The evening 3 young men provided great, fantastic, and awesome customer service. Helped in locating products. Explained deals and above all, provided service with a smile. Store atmosphere was so positive. Recommend this store based on customer service experience.

I went to shop for an Angel tree family.I was getting shoes for the kiddos.6 total. I ask the associate (Victoria) for assistance. Let me tell you. She was worldwide. She helped me get the right shoes. Suggested the best deal and even shared what shoes were in for the respective age of the kiddos. It took about 30 minutes from start to ringing up. Generally good selection at this store. Being in the Alamo Ranch shopping center, they get hit pretty hard on the weekends, but I can always find what I need there.

I ordered two pairs of shoes online that were quickly delivered. That was about the only positive part. One pair of shoes still had the security tag attached and the other pair was damaged. It’s obvious no one bothered to inspect these shoes before shipping. When I reached out to customer service it took 3 days to hear from them so I took them back to the store. They removed the tag and replaced the damaged shoe with no problem. I only wish the store associate or the customer service agent that called would have at least offered an apology.

They finally had size 12 in boys shoes. My son was able to try on a few.

Disappointed in this store this time I went in. Not one person said hello or welcome in. No one offered assistance, or checked in on me. They were not busy. Only once I got to the register I asked if they had a size. Then the girl looked for me and had to call another store. I always tell my friends to shop at Rack Room, but I dont think Ill be saying this one.

They give you $10 off for $ 75 spending..they have lots of sales 40%, buy one get 1 50% n they have sale on socks..great shoes for the whole family. Y ou just cant go wrong...very friendly, helpful customer service..very clean, nicely stocked

Not well stocked. Make sure if you buy one and get half off the another pair of shoes and have to take one back know youll now have to pay full price on the half off (even if it was a manufacturer defect) and none of the managers were nice when I pointed out I was overcharged $10. Wont be back.

July 2 2016 .. First let me say that I have a family of 6 and have shopped at the Room Rack store on 410 at 151 and have had great experiences and because of theses experiences I continued to bring my family back to the that store every year till present day but I will no longer contribute any part of my finances to any Room Rack store based on the experience I had at the Alamo Ranch location.I believe in a store owner right to protect their property, but when you target a person for no reason base on their skin tone then you and your employees in that store are dead wrong. So lets get to it .. My wife and I enter the Room Rack located in Alamo Ranch off 1604 and 151 to buy some shoes because we are heading to Las Vegas on a get away right, good reason to buy shoes. We are casually dressed in our late 30s early 40s. We enter the store and greeted by a old gray hired white man, everything fine so far, right .. Wrong, I started looking for shoes and being to noticed that this gray haired white man keeps showing up in the area of the store that I happen to be in right. I didnt really pay any mind to it, I was just thinking to myself that this sale person really want to make a sale right .. but the gray white haired man never ask me if he could help me with anything, he just keeps showing up in the area that I happen to be in, strange.But never the less I continue to shop with my wife whom is Hispanic, looking for shoes and I keep seeing this guy following me around the store. As we are about to pay for the shoes we selected, the gray haired white man passes by again in front of us while we are standing at the cashier station and I notice a red blinking light from the gray haired white man belt area. I immediately focus in on the area and see that its a camera.Then the light clicks on and I realizes that the gray haired white man has been following me around the store, not asking me if I needed anything, because he has been filming for no good reason that I could think of other than my skin tone.Now for all you people out that say Im pulling the race card ... your just wrong. Im a successful black man that has served my community and my nation. The race card is not in my vocabulary but the way this gray haired white man followed me around the store for 25 minutes of the 30 minute that my wife and I where in the store was just crazy.Folks that have experienced this, this, took me back to when I was a child growing up on the poor side of town shopping in stores where the store owners and employees didnt want me or anyone that look like me in their stores. Wow I havent told that anyone in a long time.So I tell my wife hey that gray haired white guy has got a camera on his belt as where standing at the cashier station and the cashier a white female give us a funny look like dam they saw the camera that was design to look like a walkie talkie, awkward.Right after making my wife aware to the gray haired white man, he leaves the cashier station and stand directly behind my wife and I and continues to film us as we pay for the 150.00 in shoes, like we are using a stolen credit cards to pay for the shoes, until I make eye contact with him causing him to moves to a different place in the store until we leave the store end of store right, wrong again.As Im sitting in my car processing these emotions trying to keep calm, I decided to take all the stuff back and as I walked toward the door I see that the store has closed. I look at the store hours and its 9:21pm and the store just closed at 9:00pm. Dont worry, Ill be at Room Rack bright and early to return all there merchandise and will boycott all of their stores and urge everyone I know throughout social media to do the same, period. Room Rack shopping in your store is suppose to be a good experience. I can afford to shop somewhere else and urge anyone else to do the same regardless of their skin tone until your staff is property trained on how not to target people base on color, thought we came further than this.
