They always have what I’m looking for and if they don’t most times they can get it. Only place I go to get my hats fixed and shaped up, most of the times they take care of it while I shop.

Had an amazing experience here. Ranch is an expert at reviving and cleaning my cowboy hats and I highly recommend that you take in your hat to get a cleaning or to shape it up!

Was excellent customer service. I came here after going to another Western wear clothing store that just didnt have many options for a plus size woman like myself. Im glad my husband brought me here to the South side. The associate named Lucy was awesome. I told her I was going to an event this month and she gave me excellent choices. I came out with two outfits, and some jewelery, and small hand purse. Feels good to be spoiled once in a while.. Thanks for your help Ms.Lucy.

Best selection from boots to hats. They have really amazing hat shapers that just amaze you with thier work. They also have a very friendly crew, that help you with any questions you may have. I was amazed that i could find my size in jeans which is usually hard to find. Overall if i could rate them higher i would.

Super great stock of things. Everything from boots, jeans, shirts, hats, belts and buckles. Theyve got everything! The employees were very helpful but knew when to stand back as well. I could tell they really knew their stock and wanted to help.

Very uncomfortable to shop, felt like I was being treated as if I were going to steal 3 employees on my back. One folding the jeans just watching me. There’s a difference between making sure your customers are being properly help. First time there never again I’ll stick to cavenders .

Never again will I shop at this place, my partner and I would go often, I am very unsatisfied with the service they give to their customers. I was gifted a Ariat jacket for Christmas, yes since Christmas, took it for an exchange they didnt have it in stock ok thats fine, now I have to pay a shipping and a difference for the jacket that will be in stock on march 4th ok screw it ill wait and pay the cost, Ive yet to get a call, I have to call to get an update and still till this day Im waiting for my jacket to come in. Spoke with Lucy the manager who did say there is still a *pending* on my shipping, Lucy, did tell me I can either wait if I like what Ariat says or I can get a refund. Now Im being told its expected to come on April the 14th but no telling when jacket will arrive in store, and Im being told I will only be able to get store credit or wait because the manager Lucy did not access my account to know whats going so why even say certain words if you are not even sure smh..., makes no sense theres a difference between store credit and a refund, I have no choice but to wait for the jacket to come in, why would I want store credit, ill never shop here again, hopefully before the year ends I get my jacket!!

Rushed in for the first time, but certainly not the last. My husband was looking for a good deal on new boots. It just a half before closing. He wandered through looking at the huge selection. The young lady asked a few questions and came back with a pair that was a perfect fit, and a perfect match for his style and personality AND right on budget. Walked out of the store in 20 minutes. With new boots and a bottle of conditioner under budget.

Bought some very nice Ariat boots for me and my son, the staff was excellent even cleaned and conditioned our boots without us asking! Definitely will be recommending this place

They didnt have my size but its understandable because its a double E and alot of places dont carry those sizes.

I was in town for a work trip and was going to the Tejas Rodeo on Saturday. I went to multiple western wear establishments and did not find anything I liked that would not have cost and arm and a leg. I live in South Carolina so I cant justify boots for $400. This was the last place I went and it was awesome. The Staff was Friendly from the time we walked in. I found a pair of boots for a great price and ended up getting a hat, shirt, pants, belt and socks all for under my budget. The staff helped pick out everything and were honest about it. I will definitely go back if I am there again.

My experience good pruduct nice hats, belts good prices. There was two girls and two men there at the time. The two girls talking about getting drunk and fighting. The person that shapes the hats instead of trying to sell a hat telling me all sales are final. How good he is at shaping hats he has done thousands of them. Guess what i did i walk away spend seventy dollars there went across the street another western store spend three hundred

They are described as the best offer in boots and hats (they call themselves an outlet), but this is NOT the case, the store maintains the prices of any other store, they only have 1 boot per shelf on offer and a side of 500 in 400. I recommend visiting stores most common that always have better offers.
