The most interesting thing about this place was the cats lounging on top of comic boxes. It was basically rows of tables with large comic boxes stacked on top. They had maybe 4 or 5 shelves for people who want to browse. The people manning the store barely looked at us busy and were watching Gordon Ramsey yell at someone on a HUGE TV with movie theater level volume.

The ambiance of the store was comforting and wonderful! The way the comics were organized made it easy to find what youre looking for. They have cool action figures around the store and the owners were so helpful and friendly! Plus theres a cute cat that hides in the boxes where the comics are stored!

Love it. Cant find what youre looking for? The staff is incredible and will epithet order it for you or point you in the right direction. DONT BUY FROM AMAZON. Support your local comic shop!

This place is literally so amazing. they have a wonderful selection of things and the ambiance of the store is so dope. theres two cats that kinda just chill in there and they were so sweet. employees were very nice and helpful. one of my favorite stores in san antonio.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. They have a really nice selection of back issues and they also do pull list. They have 2 cats that are very friendly in the store this may cause some with allergies some issue, but I dont have issue with it. They also had a small selection of collectable figures and other geeky things comic collectors would love. All in all I highly recommend this shop.

Cool place, comic books only go back about 7 to 10 years or so. Im sure they have some older books. I didnt look that hard but Rudy was super super nice and very helpful. Ill be back.

Great store FANTASTIC selection of comics! Didnt check out their selection of other merchandise (figures, statues, shirts, etc) as comics are what i went in for, BUT im coming back for sure for the amazing selection and the ABSOLUTE friendliest cats ive ever encountered, and im bringing people with me

This place had soooo many comics, from the classics to the rare stuff. There was also two nice kitties, super friendly and they let us pet them, they just follow you around the store I loved this place we found many cool coming and the prizes are great from 3.99 and up. Amazing place!

Fantastic comic shop.

They have been running more sales on variants and back issues which put the books at a more reasonable price. So they have improved in that area...However, Im not a fan of cats walking over the comics Im trying to look at, not to mention one clawed me while trying to bite me. (7/9/16, 5pm) The guy at the counter didnt seem to care, I dont think he works there anymore so I found some solace in that.

Great local comic shop. The store is setup to where its easy to navigate and if you have to order anything its made easy. Also if you like cats there are usually a few cats hanging out to keep you company as you browse.

Mark and Rudy are some of my favorite people in the world now. They take good care of us every time we go in. Plus the cats are adorable. Honestly.

Awesome Nerd Fun! My daughter and I LOVE Bazinga! They are very friendly and knowledgeable! They didnt have a few things I wanted but they got online and ordered it for me right away. I cant wait to go back and pick up my items. My 17 year old daughter would spend hours in there if I let her. My little four year old loves to go and play with the kitties. The people there are some of the nicest people ever! I dont think I will be doing any of my comic book or pop vinyl shopping anywhere else but Bazinga! 💜

Absolutely the best comic store ever. It is my favorite one to go to. There are several comics including older ones. They have new shipments each week and have a paper near the register saying what they will get in the future. They also have shirts and collectibles. But get this. How many stores have cats in it? Thats right this place has two cats whose name I cant remember now. They are friendly and theyre cats so they will be either walking around or sleeping. They do no harm to the comics either. The only reason to not go here is if youre allergic to cats. This is the best comic store ever.

Great selection of newer comics. No collectors comics Ive seen but some awesome novelty stuff from statues to bottle openers and blankets. Those items are usually limited supply but staff is good about taking requests! Solid collection sets, kids section is decent but inconsistent at times. Overall very good comic book store

Bazinga has a gigantic selection of comics, both new and old. If I need to find a back issue of something or a some new limited release, there is a good chance I will find it at Bazinga. The customer service is good and the cats are adorable. This is a shop you can lose an hour or two in just browsing around. Sort of wish the back issues didnt have a mark up but it isnt outrageous by any means. Recommend this place highly!

Trying to resolve an issue with a submission to CGC thru this shop 8 months ago. I understand CGC takes time, but no one is returning my calls or answering my emails at Bazinga Comics. CGC seems interested in helping, but the shop will not provide the submission number for me to help myself get answers.

I have a weekly pull list and this place is great. Theyre very customer oriented and am always interested in making sure I get every book Im oooking for. If I happen to miss an issue theyre open to ordering it for me, or if theres a book they dont normally get theyre try and get it. Friendly staff to boot, be easily my first stop for comics in town.

Love this place, it always is up to date on comics. They havel lots of good discounts on their figures, statues and posters, even comics! The owner is very nice and he owns two chants that live there that are also very friendly. I would only advice to be careful if you have allergies to cats because they go everywhere.

Bazinga Comics is a cool store. The focus mainly on superhero and fantasy. They are one of the only stores in town that do this. They do have a small bit of anime. Great selection of figures as well as comics.

Awesome place to go to. The guys there are very helpful and knowledgeable. You can subscribe to a pull list and never be worried about missing a comic if you cant get there when new books release. They also have great sales during some holidays and FCBD.

Let me start by saying I love this store my nieces and I love coming here and it has become a monthly tradition for me to take them to lunch and head to bazinga comics. However I am leaving a less than pleasant review because its a drive for me to get here and the store is not presently open. Its supposed to be. Its posted schedule has it open at noon and it is nearly 1.

Bazinga is one of those perfect little neighborhood comic shops. The store has that cramped book store vibe, with out actually being cramped. Its comfy and welcoming.The walls are adorned in art and comic books with their covers on display. The front area has the new release wall and current trending comic book related materials.The owner is helpful and knowledgeable and easy to start a conversation with.I picked up the two volumes of Umbrella Academy because I had just finished the show on Netflix. The owner pointed out the Deadly Class trades as well noting the show on Syfy was pretty good and I might enjoy those as well considering.

Bazinga has a large collection of comics that is also well organized. If you have any questions on a comic or a heros backstory. Mark or Raul with help you out and explain. Also they have all sorts or collectables and art as well. Dont be shy and stop by, its a great place to visit.

Went in, exclaimed over docile comi-cats and found exactly what I needed (newest episode of Saga heehee). Smallish store with tons to browse through (figurines, random merch, even a kids comic section [WINNER!!]). Surprising amount of customers for such a small place.
