I had bought used bikes from people, turns out i had to put some money into. don’t know anything about bikes. but man when i walked into this shop i felt welcomed, educated without feeling dumb, and all in all he was a really cool nice man. 10/10 every time i go there. Mike is such a great guy. I bought my bike on offerup and they sold me a bike that didn’t work, I went in thinking it was one thing and there was multiple things that needed to be done but mike took care of me. He doesn’t over charge and has great customer service. If you need anything repair or looking for a bike I would go to him!

Took a bike I bought on offerup. Thought Id have to leave it there and get another day. He worked on it right then and there. Fixed it in less than 10 minutes. When I asked him how much, he replied, it was nothing I insisted. He said give me whatever. I gave him $5 and was on my way. Hes a very nice and professional man and only asked that I pass along his name to build customer base! He is definitely my go to guy for bike repairs!

Stopped by this little shop on the SE corner of Presa & Hot Wells, nearby are the Mission Park bike paths. I have to say, at first glance it reminded me a lot of Walds Parts Shop in Star Wars. But dont be fooled, they have it all, old and new! (rims, tires, chains, seats, gears, even the small and hard to find parts!)I needed a few parts for a vintage bike I was working on. Luckily Mike was there to help, and he is awesome! Mike will go above and beyond to solve your bike problems, and hes an all-around expert on cycles. Im willing to bet this shop has the best prices in town, never-mind that; the entire sate! If the shop doesnt have what you need in stock, Mike can place an order and have it shipped within the week (like he did for me!). Hell even do minor repairs while youre there. Excellent service!

I was searching for a bicycle repair shop to tune-up my bike for the upcoming Rambler Team Challenge. I must say I received such wonderful service. I dropped it off without an appointment, not certain if it would be ready by the end of the day and sure enough it was. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and so gracious to explain what needed to be repaired so I can easily compete and most importantly be safe and ready to rock n roll for this event. Prices are very reasonable, service was incredible. This place is a hidden gem!

Great price for a complete tune-up. Best in town. $ 55.00 dollars plus tax. The work was more than what I expected. They replaced two sets of bearing and my break line no charge. Small shop but big in friendliness. I highly recommend this place

We brought two bikes in on 4/3/2018. One bike with bad derailleur and the other needed front and back brakes. Price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone looking to have good work done at a reasonable price.

This place straightened my bike rim that was a little on the wobbly side due to a guy hitting me from behind. Lol

My son had a flat on his bike and the owner took care of it in a quick time matter. My son was happy and we were still able to ride by the river before the sun went down. Friendly staff for sure and I even saw a trike there that caught my eye!

For a second rate repair shop that does first rate work, the owner is responsible, respectful, very helpful, does his work safely and with care, if he doesnt have it hell order it. Prices are fair for the work done, however, needs more help and longer work hours since the shop is only open for 2 hours during the week. Closed fridays and Sundays. Open on Saturday from 10:00AM-7:00PM.

Dont let the looks of the shop fool you, as the saying goes DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER! I had gotten a flat on my Bicycle tire and I need to ride my bicycle almost every day, to keep my blood pressure down. All the other bicycle shops always keep my bicycle for at least a week, for any kind of servicing. But when I called the BICYCLE SHOP, Mike told me to bring my bicycle in and hell fix my flat that same day, without having to leave my bicycle, and to top it off, it was on a Saturday!! Im a 60 year old woman, that isnt too savvy in bicycle maintenance and when I kept asking a lot of questions to Mike and Robert, on how to care for my bicycle, they didnt make me feel like a dummy, and with great courtesy answered all of my questions. Robert, even showed me how to pull open my bicycle brakes, so that I can clean them. Yes, I didnt even know how to do that!😲 God bless these guys.

I love it. And location is easy access. Exit vfw blvd from the mission trail and then head right on river side till you cross the tracks. Boom youre there. And then theres the prices. Dayum son. 30 quid to replace my chain and replace my crank. She rides smooth. I love it. And the tyres I bought for it are marvelous. They really grip. I would.. no. Will recommend this place to friends. Guys if youre reading this. Go. Check it out. You wont regret it.
