Needed living room furniture and Nino helped us. Good selection and pricing. When he originally approached us we said we didn’t need help but he just gave his own opinion on the pieces we were looking at and just started conversation. Before we knew it we were buying a sofa, rug, floor lamp, side table, mattress and base! We needed all but didn’t plan to get it all at once. he was such a pleasure to work with. We ordered an adorable car bed for our son and paid over 100 dollars extra for express delivery and assembly. The delivery team was set to arrive between 2pm-6pm and they did not come until after 7pm and informed us the bed was damaged. It is now sitting in our garage until they can send a truck to pick it up. The quality of the bed seems awful and it was clearly poorly assembled. I called the phone number provided to the store and was never connected to an associate. I ended up driving to the store to request a refund. I was informed by customer service that they would send someone out to pick up the damaged bed and then we would receive our refund, but now we will be stuck waiting for a ridiculous window of time for another day.The sales associates and delivery team themselves were not rude or disrespectful, but we are very disappointed in the fact that we spent nearly 1000 dollars on the bed, mattress, and warranty for such poor quality furniture. And that it was impossible to contact customer service or the store via telephone.I would strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere. We will certainly not be returning to Rooms to Go for any future purchases.

Let me start by saying the furniture looks great and the sales staff were very nice while we were in the show room.Every piece of furniture we loved was unavailable for the unforeseeable future, so we settled on almost everything we ended up purchasing (a bit more than $12k worth of furniture). The things we did end up getting were still weeks or a month plus lead time, but R2G had so many recommendations, we thought we would just deal with it and wait.The first delivery we received is the only on we havent had major issues with. The delivery staff is wonderful; the product on the other hand, not so much. Our second delivery was our biggest. It included our dining room table and chairs, a recling couch,, a reclining love seat, an entertainment center, and an entire king bedroom set- bed frame, head and foot board, dresser, two night stands, and two lamps.Our bed frame, head board and foot board came without any of the hardware needed to assemble it, our dining room tables base broken, and the entertainment center not properly assembled. The delivery staff told us to call our salesperson and ask for the hardware to be sent and once it arrived, they would send someone to assemble the bed, and also to order a new base for our table to do an exchange.The hardware arrived within two days and when I called to schedule someone to come put, they told me it would be another 3 weeks before someone could make it. They also informed me it would be around the same time frame for the table base.Our third and final delivery date came, this time a children storage table and 4 chairs and the delivery showed up on time, ready to go.... besides the fact that the table was completely broken. Now we have 4 chairs and no table to go with it. We were told to wait for someone to call and talk about next steps.Our dealings with Rooms to Go have just gone downhill further with every interaction.I would not recommend anyone I know to do business with them ever if they value their time and money.Our table is being held stable with cardboard from our move and our bed is in pieces in our room.

Had a poor experience at Ashley Furniture earlier in the week. So yesterday, I decided to try my luck with RoomsToGo. J. Scott was prompt in greeting us and quickly assisted us in looking for a piece we had in mind. Although this item was not on the floor he listened to our preferences and continued to identify items would best suit us. Scott later proceeded explaining how furniture is built (extremely knowledgeable) and we concluded what I had ordered from Living Spaces spaces was not the best option. So I called ON THE SPOT to cancel that order. He was able to inform and educate us on proper builds and ensured our items would be with us for the long haul. Ive never felt so comfortable and at peace with my furniture purchase knowing it would last for years to come. A HUGE thank you to J. Scott for having the customers best interest!

My wife and I went in knowing exactly what we wanted. Peggy helped us out our order together and even found a way to put half the order through financing and the other half through layaway (since we knew the couches were on backorder and not due in for 60 days). We left the store feeling very excited for our new furniture. Peggy was great.Our first piece was to be delivered 30 days after we ordered it. I took the day off from work the delivery day (lost $$$). The day came and went and I (nor my loud barking dog) never heard the door bell 10 minutes into my delivery window (8a-12). I was later told he knocked and waited in his truck for 10 minutes before leaving. Apparently doesnt know what a door bell is. No big deal or so I thought. Trying to reschedule delivery, I was told the couch would now not be available until March, 5 months from now! We thought surely we would cancel and try another furniture store. Not so fast! Since it has been more than 48 hours since we purchased out of stock furniture, we would only get 80% of our money back. This is extortion. We will never go back to Room To Go. Buyer beware. Delivery dates continue to be pushed back since we first inquired about the set. If your item is not in stock, you are better off going somewhere else or choosing something that is in stock so you can get a full refund within 48 hours. What a racket this place turned out to be.

Cindy was completely wonderful, and very patient. She was able to manage multiple customers without making anyone feel like they were left alone. She was so patient and understanding as I would place something in my cart, but remove it to add a different piece of furniture only to add it back later. I never felt pressured to buy, and Cindy was there to assist me with whatever decision I made. The Acceptance representative was very professional and kind & patient as well. She explained everything to me efficiently. Everyone that I interacted with was the model of great customer service. This was my first time purchasing at Rooms To Go,, and I will definitely return for future purchases with great service like I received today.

Ive been shopping for a sofa sectional with chaise everywhere... IKEA, MEGA Furniture, Ashley and of course, everywhere online... My son and I just happened upon a Rooms to Go that Ive driven by for years, but never actually been inside. The lovely Cindy Ramirez helped us find EXACTLY what we wanted. She didnt do that thing... That hungry-for-a-sale-attack-dog thing that furniture sales reps do. You know, when you can tell they dont really care about you or what youre saying, they just want you to shut up and make a decision NOW. She guided us... Pointed us in the right direction... Let my son and I drape ourselves on different furniture pieces and gave us room to talk to each other about each one. Then she showed me the sofa sectional of my dreams!! The Laney Park! Im so happy with my visit and when its time to add to our little home, Rooms to Go and Cindy Ramirez will be our first stop!

Just upset when a salesman tells you if you have any problems contact me. It’s hard to get back to your salesman when the sell has been closed. My order was not correct because the salesman failed to listen. He was more concerned in selling the rug to me. Now Rooms To Go wants me to pay extra for something that should have been on my order. I will not be going back once I fix this mess. So disappointed ☹️

How do you measure disappointment?.My mistake was thinking Years of commercials, slogans and jingles = a great reputation what it meant is ROOMS TO GO is too big to care..Driver canceled the delivery in July ( Memorial Sale purchase ) in August I am offered a September/October delivery or I can fetch it myself are at least half on the 31st of august and the sofa will be delivered end of September..Do you want it or not? do you want it or not? do you want it or not?Last month I delivered a vehicle to Midland the Finance departmentmisspelled their name.. The next day I drove back with the corrected paperwork .. Thats Service.. I am TOO BIG to let My Company fail..I asked for a supervisor to figure out exactly how I would get a sofa and loveseat .. 2 weeks ago and again today!! .......no call so far

Our experience at Rooms To Go was great! The store was clean and all the furniture look lovely and our sales person Naomi was very knowledgeable about the mattresses she was selling us. We feel we received a pretty good deal on our purple mattress and that we were treated fairly throughout the entire experience. My only complaint at all was that it was a little chilly in the store but hey what can I say its a hot Texas day and sometimes its hard to get the AC perfectly coordinated.

Quality of their product its so cheap.i wish they will tell you which product work well for you when you ask for something strong and good product. you better off ordering your stuff from china. I wait 3 month or more to get them. there chair lost their cushain flat already . i would never come back to ROOM TO GO STORE.

Both J Scott and Smiley were very helpful. They have a great selection of furniture and pretty good prices. A word of caution though, newer sets may have a considerably long wait time for manufacturing, and delivery could take a while aswell.

Christian greeted me as I walk through the door asked if I needed help told him I was looking. He proceeded to tell me “if I needed help to let him know and that he would give me my space “ which I love . I don’t like to be crowded. They answered all the questions I had and was able to deliver to my area within a reasonable amount of time. The selection in store was decent & I was pleased with the service I received.

Had the best experience with RTG online. Jeannette, the Sales Associate, helped me navigate the website to choose all my furniture eligible for Express Delivery in 3 days for my daughter’s college apartment. She was truly a life saver....Edit because delivery and shipping was a complete nightmare. They were two hours late from the eight hour window they had initially given us. Then they arrived without several items including the frame for the bed, the feet to the sofa, a knob to our dresser and I am still waiting on a patio table.

We ordered a couch in July. It is now late august. They told us the couch would be delivered on august 23. Then they changed it to August 26. They texted and emailed numerous times for us to confirm the delivery. Each time, we confirmed it. Then the morning of delivery they emailed again with a different time, totally outside the window of the delivery time scheduled and confirmed MULTIPLE times before. When we called to try to rectify this, the woman at the call center said there was nothing they could do, it was an internal system…blah blah, and when we asked to speak to a supervisor to complain about this incoherent process, said that there was no complaint department. So no matter who we speak with: store, call center, driver, each one says there’s nothing they can do. And I would just like to know: If I pay for a product, and they’re just going to drop it off at our door, why do they all act like they’re doing us a favor yet they’re not helpful at all.

First time buyers here. My husband and I were impressed with the quality of pieces they had in store compared to other furniture stores. What made the experience more enjoyable was our sales person, Curtis. He was extremely helpful and patient when it came to selecting the best couch for our needs. I’ve shopped at Rooms to Go in the past at different locations and never had this experience. My table was delivered but was broken which is perfectly acceptable. However, the delivery was 12 hours after the schedule time window. Furthermore, it took three separate tries on the phone to have rooms to go staff to finally send out a team to replace the broken table. The final appointment was scheduled without my knowledge and without any accommodation to my personal schedule. I simply requested a refund on numerous occasions but that is not within rooms to go policy. I will never shop at rooms to go again. They were happy to take my money and very accommodating in the sales room, but it was pulling teeth to get them to rectify their mistakes

I walked in looking for a bedroom set and Martha was the most helpful in putting my new bedroom together. I will definitely be coming back to see Martha. She really took the time to show me options and she has a real good eye.

Rooms to go is by far the worst to get through to customer service. I purchased my living room set 3 months ago and the first two times the love seat came damaged. All though you call and speak to someone at the store directly doesn’t fix the problem. All they say is their sorry and tell you to call corporate. I literally have tried calling several times but the wait time to be on hold is ridiculous. In the future I will take my business elsewhere.

Today, I bought a new mattress from the Rooms to Go showroom at 14434 Interstate Hwy 10 W. I am very pleased with the experience. David Hunt led me to everything I was interested in seeing and nothing else. This was a refreshing change from the way I have been treated by many salespeople in the past. In addition to listening carefully to what I was looking for and leading me to it, David was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. What I had anticipated was going to be a tiresome chore, turned into a pleasant and productive experience.

The delivery team tried to deliver BEFORE the scheduled delivery window while I was still at work. I was unable to get ahold of anyone from central customer service. I was able to get in contact with a service member from this specific store. He was very polite, I would give him 5 stars for that, but I was very aggravated to find out that if you are not home when the delivery attempt is made, they LOCK your account for 48 hours. So I have to call back in 2 days to try to schedule another delivery time. Overall, very inconvenient.

Sorriest furniture store. Takes a month to get your delivery and wont take away old furniture the delivery men were unprofessional and while one was working the other decided it was a good time to perform maintenance on his truck as well as stealing money off of my dresser

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been trying to file a warranty claim for 2 weeks and can’t seem to get a single person from their “customer service team” to call me back to even get the ball rolling. I’ve called the 800 number multiple times to sit on hold for 20+ minutes and then leave my phone number for a “call back” when my spot in line comes up and NEVER received a call back. Also called the store I bought it from to get the run around from them as well and told they would have customer service call me. Still no call 6 calls and 2 weeks later. And what am I warrantying you ask? A less than 2 year old mattress that is literally falling apart…. 0/10 will not recommend this company to anyone. Do better Rooms To Go!!

After reading the reviews I now know the manager was lying to me. She claimed parts always arrive to assemble furniture. I waited almost 3 months with a disassembled bed in my room and the manager threatened me saying well if you return it and go with a competitor you’ll just be waiting again. No compassion at all for their customers. Same thing happened with the sofa. I will never purchase from rooms to go again. Sales consultants are friendly but beware of the order of your furniture.

All I can say is Crystal is awesome! She helped us find the perfect chair for my 90 year old grandmother and made sure that we got it as soon as possible. When I had trouble placing the order online from home, she even helped walk me through it via phone. RTG is great, but Crystal makes it even better! :)

We were greeted by Eli as we entered the Rooms to Go store. He ask if we needed help, not pushy, very casual. I showed Eli the photo of the 60 inch TV console I wanted to purchase. Eli took us straight to the floor model I was interested in and then used my tape measure to verify that each compartment of the tv console would hold my home electronics. All was a perfect fit, we set up a delivery date, I paid for my purchase and I was out the door! A very pleasant experience. Thanks Eli !!!

Let me start with I hate shopping for furniture. You walk into a showroom and are immediately pounced on by hungry sales people. Well, today was different. We walked in, were greeted politely by Crystal who allowed us to walk around testing out sofas and when we found what we liked we found Crystal and she answered all our questions, placed our order and we were done. Crystal made our experience painless.

Naomi was an amazing saleswoman. She greeted us right when we walked in but then gave us our browsing freedom. She would come and check on us every few minutes to see if we had questions. She was very informative and professional. Highly recommended visiting the NW loop 410 store.

We ordered furniture from Rooms To Go from the 707 Northwest Loop 410 San Antonio Texas location. We placed our order back in May of 2021. On August 3rd 2021, we had two delivery men come to deliver and set up the furniture. As one of them went upstairs setting up the furniture, my father had gone there to let them know where to put the furniture and your delivery driver, Dixon Ravon had told my father “I’m not going to steal anything.” Of course my father let him know that he came up there just to let them know which areas to put the furniture. Dixon Ravon then said “Well don’t follow me, I’m not stealing anything.” Mr. Ravon dropped his things and left. He left the furniture on the floor with screws and parts of the furniture scattered everywhere. He also went back to his truck and threw the rest of the furniture by our front door.We went ahead and reached out to managers from where we purchased also reach out to corporate and they had told us “there’s nothing we can do.” We had paid for a service and didn’t receive it. We were discriminated against at our own house and felt very threatened by his words and actions. There are pieces of the furniture scattered all over the floor.

Nino was very helpful, he took his time and answered all of our questions. He was patient and we didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. Thank you Nino.

Curtis was the absolute best to work with. I didn’t feel like I was there to spend money. He made the whole shopping process seem like a friendly conversation. We bought a new couch, love seat, coffee table, dining table, and end table. Thank you so much!

Awesome selection. I like that the sales folks are there if you need them but they aren’t swarming you like chum spilled in the ocean. They aren’t overbearing. Deducted 2 stars as I purchased some leather recliners and paid for the protection plan and the salesperson never gave me the leather conditioner as promised.

We just purchased the Cindy Crawford, Eastside collection. Living room set in Sunflower color. It is a mid-century retro style. Hector was our salesman and he gave us excellent service. He showed us the underside construction & explained the quality features of the frame. He gave us time & room to make our selection. No hard sell or suggestions. He let us choose without his opinion. The financing was also explained . We were treated with respect. I would recommend Hector as the best salesman to work with.

Daryl was the only associate who greeted me and asked me if I needed help. He was courteous, knowledgeable and personable. I would visit again just because of his great customer service.

Always a great place to go. Lots of staff today and got helped at the door. They dont loom over you asking if you need help 20 times and the place is well organized. Clear labels, clean surfaces, air conditioner.

I walked in Rooms To Go in search for a bedroom dresser/chest and Martha Mayorga assisted me with what I was looking for. She made some really great suggestions and helped me visualize the furniture in my room. She was so patient, attentive, very kind and she throughly answered all my questions especially about the warranty, since I was so indecisive whether or not to get it. After she explained the warranty coverage I knew I had to get it. I would highly recommend Martha Mayorga to help you with your next purchase and all your furniture needs.
