Jason is obviously a Subject Matter Expert and you are lucky to have him on your staff. I don’t like pushy sales people and Jason was not! He answered all of our questions. He made us try out different mattresses, asked the right questions and made recommendations. He explained everything expertly. Great experience and I highly recommend going to see him if you need a mattress!

Jason our sleep expert was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped my 2 teenage sons pick out the perfect mattresses that met their wants and needs. He even provided us with some fun places to visit on the weekend!Jose and Eric delivered the mattresses and it also was a great experience. They wore booties on our stairs which we totally appreciate. They delivered them with care and attention.We could not be happier with our overall experience.

I went into Mattress Firm on Sept. 1 to shop around for a product. Jason was very helpful in selecting a mattress. He used an algorithm to help me select the best product for the way that I sleep and to help alleviate any pain I had while sleeping. He was not just interested in pushing the most expensive product to make a sale, I could tell that there was a genuine care for making sure we purchased the best product for our budget. He does not fall into that sleazy salesman stereotype. If you choose to shop here, you will not leave disappointed.

Went in to the store to just look around at mattresses, but Jason was VERY helpful and kind and was willing to work with me. All I did was tell him what I like and how I sleep and he was able to give me recommendations easily. He let me test out several mattresses and I ended up picking one. He was even able to set me up with fast shipping options. Would definitely recommend you go here for all of your mattress needs!

Robert Castillo was the Mattress Firm representative who assisted us with our mattress purchase. He was very helpful by providing answers to all of our questions and giving us time to think about what we wanted. There was no pressure, just a willingness to provide any information we wanted to make an informed decision. After laying on many mattresses repeatedly, we made our decision. Our mattresses and adjustable bases were delivered a few days later. We are very happy with our Mattress Firm experience and our purchase decision.

Jason was of so much help, that its hard to write a short review for him. He cares for your comfort and sleep, as well as asking questions and really trying to find the best mattress for you. I will definitely refer anyone who needs help with their sleep to Jason.

I went to the Mattress Firm today to purchase mattresses for an elderly loved one who is in the hospital. Jason greeted me and asked how he could help.I explained the situation, that I had a loved one in the hospital who would be coming home in a couple of days and I needed two sets of mattresses before my loved one was home.First off, Jason apologized that I had a loved one in the hospital, he was very empathic. When I say that, I mean he was genuinely sad and concerned for me.He didn’t try to push me to buy more than what I had in my budget. He showed me what was available for my budget. I picked one and told him, that’ll work, let’s do that. He said he didn’t feel right selling it unless I at least sat on it for a minute. He really wanted to be certain I was buying something I would walk away and be happy with.He made sure the option I chose would be available for delivery the next day as it was a requirement on my side.I’ve been purchasing mattresses from this store (The Vineyard Shopping Center) since 2011. I have no need to shop anywhere else because everything I need, they offer.They take the old mattresses away, they set up the new, they have next day delivery available. It was time to buy a new bed and when I entered this store I was immediately greeted by Keenan, the sales associate. He asked me what my budget was and then showed me all the beds in my price range and explained the pros and cons of each. I really like it when a sales associate is not only knowledgeable about the product they are selling, but they also dont try to upsell you to much, a little is understandable. Ended going home with a great bed at a great price thanks to Keenan.

We met with Larry at Mattress Firm to find a new mattress. We are busy parents and needed a quick short-list of mattresses that would meet our needs in a short time-frame. The store was clean and we felt safe practice social distancing. Larry listened to what we had in mind and made suggestions. He was informative and helped us find a mattress using his expertise, given the real time feedback we were giving him. He showed us a variety of mattresses in different price ranges without any pressure. He was quick but the same time took his time to answer questions we had. Buying a mattress seemed like a daunting task, before I walked into the store. But when we left feeling so much better and not overwhelmed. I’m a first time mattress buyer, and went into the store with no knowledge. The store manager was so kind! He thoroughly explained the different types of mattresses and bases, let me try out as many as I wanted, gave me some great advice on bedsheets and protectors, and explained their returns policy. He was never condescending or pushy, which was very important to me. He gave me a great deal on everything! I picked up my new mattress, box springs, and bed frame yesterday, and I had a great first night’s sleep.

With so many options my wife and I didn’t know where to start looking for a new bed. We were in the area and stopped by to look around. Scott was wonderful! We needed the best mattress possible for my husbands mother, moving into assisted living from independent living in new surroundings. Scott immediately put us at ease with his experience and knowledge of people in these situations. Patiently, we discussed her size, needs, even called her and a relative to answer some specific questions. He worked as best a deal as he could, provided documentation of costs for records, and talked us through the workings of the adjustable bed, pads, sheets, mattresses and delivery. As the new room number changed over next couple of days, we were in good hands with bed delivered three days later in the morning as promised in spite of last minute calls. We will definitely do business with this Mattress Firm again and hope others do too!

I was helped by Pete a week ago. The consultation went fine and I was able to settle on a bed for purchase next week. I came in today with the intention of ordering with financing I had been approved of online. I thought it would have been a quick 15 minute order but I feel like the sales associate made the situation harder. He didnt ask the right questions. I ended up leaving because he kept talking about credit score and having financial assistance. I had clearly not asked for his advice and anyway, I had the financing option. It was only when I called back 10 minutes later that he found my account and had me come back to the store. Finally we made some headway, sort of. I asked him to do some homework aka prepare everything for me because the lines were busy when we called the financing office.All in all I wish the process had gone smoother with the right questions asked. Less time wasted=less condescending. I was close to taking my business elsewhere until he called with the loan agreement. Severely disappointed.

We can in looking for a mattress for our first apartment and we were happily greeted by the associate. She did a fantastic job at creating a perfect enviroment to show us beds. we started off by her showing us different types of beds that they have and the softness they can go. It was nice to see the differences in the softness as I felt like goldilocks trying to find the perfect bed. I believe at one point her interests and patience with me started to fade as I was still figuring out our needs and financially what we could afford. both me and my fiancé asked for a second to walk around and talk to one another about this big purchase and she said it was fine but, her face gave off a little shock or concern as to why we needed to speak without her being with us. Overall we did make a purchase and we were able to get everything we needed to our lovely home with the help of this associate.
