I thought customer service was dead until I called Tyler about a Murphy Bed Cabinet I wanted. He went above and beyond to assist me with getting all of the information I could ever want about the product and its manufacturer. Then, he far exceeded my expectations by helping me to locate someone to pick up the cabinet and deliver it to North Texas. I would totally shop here again! Highly recommended.

Bought a futon from here and love it! Very well made, easy assembly about 45 minutes( one person). Comfortable and priced well. Customer service was fantastic! Im sure we will be back in the future.

I recently bought a royal coil futon with dark brown armed frame and I am very satisfied how easy it was to install and how comfortable the futon is. Sturdy, affordable, and appealing. They literally have a lot variety and variations but Im also satisfied with the hospitality with Tyler and Viola Holmes. Theyre easy going and he didnt feel like salesman, just good people down to earth.

Had a great experience today when shopping for a bed for my daughter. The owner (forgot his name sorry older gentleman) was very funny helpful and knowledgeable about his products. He showed us several options and recommendations with us ultimately making the decision without him pushing us to buy a more expensive product. The mattress set we wanted was in stock we walked in and out with our purchase in about 30 minutes. We went to Billy Bobs beds a few weeks back looked at a similar product and it was $200 more and not as comfortable as what we got today. Thanks again for the great buy and experience I will be back!!

Tyler is great and friendly! Very knowledgeable about all the different mattresses and bed frames. We bought a brand new king size bed and bedroom suite with a mattress recommended by Tyler and slept great last night! Highly recommend this store and especially Tyler!!

I purchased a futon with a coil mattress that we use in our game room and occasional overnight guests. The frame cracked after only 3+ years. I called Tyler and was just hoping to find a way to order replacement parts to repair it. He was able to get me what I needed at no cost to get my futon functional again. On a rainy, soggy day he had everything wrapped up tight in plastic to make sure the wood didnt get wet. We have also purchased bed frames and mattresses from his store and will certainly be back.

Best deal ever, Ive had our Futon bed for more than two years and still in great condition & service is excellent! We went to a different location a year ago and didnt get my bed delivered about week later.

It was a straight forward no bullshit experience. Tyler had what I wanted. The price was better than the local competition (not the internet, its a store with overhead). I even got a free lesson by Tyler and feel That my futon knowledge has grown lol.

Been buying from here for years. NOT ANYMORE! My moms latest purchase, which was the cheapest one ($400), for some drawers to go under a bed previously purchased here, was not a good experience. They have always delivered and put together our past purchases. This time she did state she would pick them up, but was under the impression they would atleast be put together! No such luck! When I questioned the owner he just acted irritated that I even asked. So now Im stuck putting it all together myself. If that was the case I would have gone to ikea instead and paid less than half of what I paid here! I used to go for the convenience, not the pricing! Pick somewhere else to spend your money!

Where do I begin?Tyler and his family have been amazing as long as I can remember. My parents got their first waterbed from Tyler. ..yyyeeaaarsss ago. They went back time after time, for my sisters bed, my brothers bed, and eventually for mine also. As we grew older and bigger, my parents returned to Tyler for advise on beds, options, and new purchases. Time has moved on, and i have one less parent now. I recently decided to upgrade my bed and to make my first bed purchase. Of course my mom suggested that I go and at least meet and talk with Tyler to answer all of my questions. I did just that. I stayed at his store....for at least an hr and a half. Asking questions, sitting and laying on beds. Talking about options and just settling for futon, etc. He was extremely patient and educational. He and his son delivered my new (crazy comfy) King size bed about a week later, and set everything up for me.I will be back for all of my furniture and will recommend to everyone!Mr. Tyler, if you ever read this..I appreciate you being honest, kind, and trustworthy. I love my bed. Thank you.

Went to look at mattress. Jarred said the had a Belfour Plush., but to order on line. So i went on line was 80 less. But called to as about a foundation. Let me check if we have one. Came back on phone, Oh, I dont have one, maybe next week.Told i had rented the u hual. He says, Im sorry. Well on to other place. Lost a sell, due to wrong info

Had a bunk bed ordered and paid for me there. Tried to return it today, before it was delivered to the store tomorrow but the owner downright refused! There is not a sales final posted on the receipt. Terrible customer service!
