I had passed by this auto shop a few times and I had been shopping around for a shop that could handle my coolant leak. I called them and got a quick response and after telling them a few details about my issue they said to bring it in. They were able to test and show me the issues and were able to give me a price there and then. After only 1 day they call me back saying it was done. They were able to help me out of a tight fit and their prices are great. Excellent work and they explained the repairs that were done. I would recommend these guys and plan to make them my regular shop.

We take our Toyota Tacoma here whenever it needs work. It’s an older Tacoma, so maintenance is essential. They always fix the problem at a fair price. Our daughter took her older Honda Civic here to fix her air conditioner. They fixed it and it works like new again. This was not cheap to fix, but it was priced fair for parts and labor. It was still way less expensive than going to the dealership. I will continue to bring my trucks and car here. They do a great job!

Quick and easy oil change.

Had to get new brake pads and rotors. Emergency type thing. Stopped by here and Lalo and Jorge literally went out of their way to help. Had been awhile since I came over here since I moved awhile back. Only two visits. Last time probably a year ago. They still remembered me this time around so that was cool. Theyll be my go to guys moving forward. The reasonable prices aint bad either.

In my third visit the fuel pump went bad, i had already diagnosed the vehicle, i am a car audio installer so im no stranger to 12v automotive electrical systems. The fuel pump relay was not bad, the harness and wiring was intact and upon further research i found out the fuel pump primes the fuel system and makes a noticeable noise when the key is initially turned into accesory mode. It was not doing it and i remember that sound. So i called to get a quote since i have no acccess to the fuel pump from inside the cabin and knew the job required lifting the car and removing the gas tank. He tells me he will replace but if it still doesnt start it will not be his responsability. So i ask him how much to diagnose and he tells me $65 and that if i decide to have them repair the money will be credited towards the repair. At this point i realized this guy is playing games with me so I agree to pai the $65 and sure enough, it was the fuel pump. He tells me i should replace the fuel filter which i agree to possibly avoid having warranty issues in the future and being told by the owner i didnt listen to him or his recommendations. So i payed the premium which included using his parts so i have warranty on the job and fuel pump this time. This time they tell me the fuel ventilation valve is cracked and it needs to be replaced which i suspect they broke while taking the gas tank from the bottom. They charged me for that also. They had quoted me $25 for the fuel pump filter and $25 in labor for the fuel filter in particular, when i arrive they tell me they could not get to the fuel pump cause it would require taking off other things that im sure they could have taken off, im guessing they misquoted me and werent willing to spend the time required repalcing the component instead they used that money towards one of my side skirts that needed a few screws on the bottom. $50 for a few screws, I get it they have the resources to lift the car and do properly, 4 screws less than 5 minutes repair $50 and $50 more to repair a hairline crack on with jb weld glue. So i pay for it, theres nothing i can do about this guy chopping my head off and to top it off they didnt even line it up before screwing it down so it looks bad. It was past their closing time when they called me to tell me the car was ready. So i finally get there pick up the car and on my was home i notice the amplifier for my door speakers was switching off and on repeatedly when it went past 50% on my radios volume potentiometer. Once I got to my house I isolated the problem by process of the elimination and the issue was my rf200.2 amplifier. My sound system was working perfect before it hit their shop. So I txt the owner right away and his response was we are closed at this time. I didn’t hear from him for 4 days.The day before yesterday 10-27-20 my alternator belt broke again so I called him yesterday morning and told him. He was very rude and short, he mentioned that he told me 10 times if I don’t get the part from them it would have no warranty. So I asked him if I pay $65 would he do it again and his response was we will not longer service your car.At NO point did i use profanity or raised my voice at him over the phone, i acted as i would in person, my car is 25 years old, im having to slowly replace a lot of things, i dont like taking my vehicles to different shops and chose this one hoping they would get to know my vehicle and do these things right without many complications. Im not sure why he would choose to turn his back on me voiding my fuel pump warranty and pretty much screwing me over. It would have cost him nothing to put my car on a lift and replace the belt, I have done it at a family members house that has jack stands and know the time it takes and what it takes to repair. This Lalo guy doesn’t like to hold himself accountable when his employees break things while fixing others. I didn’t even get to the conversation about the amp before he hung up.

Cant beat their prices for the quality. They fixed the a/c a few weeks back, still works and the price was great. Staff is always friendly. Theyre good about time management. Other places say it will be ready in an hour but it takes 3. Here, they are straightforward, if they need 4 hours they tell you upfront.
