I recently had a bad experience at Bavarian Auto Repair. I took my 2013 BMW in on Thursday, Sept. 16 for a valve cover gasket replacement. I also asked them to investigate a drive train malfunction warning that appeared a few days before I took it in. They informed me that my timing chain was loose and needed to be replaced. We viewed the video that they sent showing the loose chain and we authorized the repair. My car was supposed to be ready on Friday, but they didnt complete the job until late afternoon on Monday. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the itemized invoices for both jobs were higher than previously quoted, so they corrected it. Check your invoices if you decide to use them!Monday evening, my drive train malfunction warning appeared again. On Tuesday morning, a second malfunction appeared and I called them and took my car in. Now, they are telling me that my turbo is failing and quoted me $4600! I will be taking my car to another mechanic for a second opinion on the turbo and also to verify that the repairs that were agreed upon were done and that they were necessary repairs.I will not be taking my car here again, and I suggest that you check the Yelp reviews as well.**UPDATE to the previous review. Here are the discrepancies in the post from Bavarian Auto Repair in response to my review.1. They stated that I didnt pay for the engine mounts. That is false as I did pay for them. In addition, the engine mounts were never discussed and because of that omission, they comped the labor.2. They stated that I didnt pay for for the labor for the valve cover which is false. I requested that they delay the job for an hour so that I could get some competitive phone quotes for the timing chain repair. They decided to proceed and installed the valve cover without waiting for my decision regarding the timing chain. When I decided to move forward with the timing chain job, they had to remove the valve cover, reinstall it, and then attempted to charge me twice.I recommend doing your due diligence before choosing Bavarian Auto Repair.
Took my BMW X5 to get the transfer case replaced. They found a good, low mileage transfer case in Cali and had it delivered and replaced with no issues. They also replaced my Valve cover and gasket. Price was reasonable considering the work and communication was great. It took longer than expected, but I knew given the whole Covid issue this might have happened. Overall, happy with the results and will go back.
I work for Ruiz Ranch Motors of Spring Branch and entrusted Bavarian Auto Repair to take care of a clients vehicle. Couldnt be happier with the service and professionalism of this shop. Fast turn around, transparent, and affordable. I will be recommending clients, family, and friends alike to this shop. Their front desk person Carlos helped me through the process and is awesome to deal with. A huge thank you from the whole Ruiz Ranch team, Bavarian Auto Repair!
Best MINI service in San Antonio. Weve used Bavarian Auto Repair for each of our MINI Coopers for the past 5 years. The staff at Bavarian knows how to take care of cars and people. We drive with confidence knowing that our rides are being cared for by the best MINI service in San Antonio.
Staff was very friendly and professional. The shop is very accommodating and transparent with their customers. I went in for a brake fluid flush, but they found some other issues that were requiring repair. Instead of trying to make a quick buck and convincing me all the repairs needed to be done right then and there, I was told which issues were more urgent and which could wait and was in no way pressured to get any of them done that day. I was also provided with quotes for said repairs with part numbers listed. This establishment truly has their customer’s best interest in mind. They provide outstanding quality work at an affordable price. A trusted dealer alternative for any BMW owner. 10/10 recommend.
Trying to find a repair facility is a daunting task. One just never knows the quality of work they will receive. From the time I walked in, I had high hopes. Ralf and Carlos were very down to earth. Answered every question with a detailed response.I had quite a few things done, some items ( a coolant leak, motor mounts) were major. When all was completed, it was the day before I had out of town family visiting. Did a lot of driving during their stay. Not a single issue reared its head. This is without question, the best driving experience Ive had with this car.My 06 325ci is a joy to drive again. My search is over.
I asked Bavarian Auto Repair to adjust the ride height on my coilover suspension and then perform an alignment. Adjusting ride height is tricky; moving one corner up adds weight to the other three. But this shop had the experience and patience to get it exactly to my requested specs. I highly recommend them for their knowledge, experience, and attention to detail.
I didnt even have an appointment but they changed the oil in my Mini Cooper and checked the battery in 45 minutes. They also gave me recommendations on what needed to be done to keep my vehicle running smoothly. There is a pleasant waiting room with refreshments and Netflix. Overall you couldnt ask for better service.
Called in a.m for water pump job, I was told to leave a part deposit. I said I would have call back in a few hours and I did. Someone else answered and quoted me Double what the part IS. MIND YOU THAT I CALLED EARLIER AND WAS QUOTED A PRICE. now that being said I CAN NOT TRUST MY BMW WITH THEM. I wonder HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE GOT WALLETS TAKEN FROM THESE GUYS. BY THE WAY I OWN 3 BMWS.2nd, my vehicle is an electronic water pump idiots bmw x5 2012 35i is not nor did not BMW make any mechanical water pumps for my year.3 rd. I called several places for estimate. All 3 places I called were on price for bmw water pump.4th and foremost because I spent a lot of money bimmers and they take for granted that customers can go get another opinion. My vehicle is being fix as we speak for 450$ less and with a warranty.
They were very friendly and got me in for service quickly. Were thorough and gave me options with a hard sale on what they recommended. Very happy with service and will go back.
It has already been over 1 month since I had my engine replaced on my BMW at Bavarian. My car is driving AMAZINGLY smooth and I am very pleased with the work Bavarian provided. They received my new replacement engine and had my old engine removed and new engine replaced within 4 days!!! Also, I really like to give a big compliment to Ralf whom always kept me posted frequently either by a phone call, text, or email of any new problems or concerns that they identified on my car and there was no surprises. My BMW is running great and I am very pleased with Bavarian. I strongly recommend Bavarian.
This is my go to shop for my BMW. The staff is knowledgeable and values the customer. I took my car to the dealership and they diagnosed it as a bad engine. I brought my car to Bavarian for a second opinion and an engine replacement was not the case. So do not take your vehicle to the dealership!Maintenance and repairs are not cheap so why take it to the dealership and them tell you it’s easier to replace the engine. The skills and technical knowledge of the staff at Bavarian is top notch. They give you details about what’s going on with your vehicle and will get you back on the road again.
Prices are too high comparing to other shops of similar expertise. Update: The owner of the shop called and explained the situation even thought we didnt come to an agreement the customer service is fantastic. Having that kind of dedication to help customer is great and he was more than keen enough to help out.
Very friendly and professional, and we’re excellent at diagnosing and fixing an issue on my BMW X5. Honest, and fair, which can be hard to find these days. Highly recommended.
Great company and extremely happy! We have been using Bavarian Auto to service our Mini Cooper since we moved to San Antonio 6 years ago. We have always had a great experience with the extremely knowledgeable staff who have taken the time to explain in detail any issues and cover all options available to us. Their pricing is very reasonable and we will continue to use them for all our servicing needs.
I was in San Antonio on business & a wayward piece of metal on the freeway punctured my transmission fluid pan. Ralph and his team had me fixed up and back on the road inside of 6 hours. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and their service. Highly recommend !!
Big ‘Thank You’ to the team at Bavarian Auto Repair! Everyone I interacted with was professional and attentive. I received multiple updates on the status of the work order. The waiting room was comfortable. I would not hesitate to return.
Bavarian auto has done a great job keeping my e63s in shape. They are very honest, and provide honest feedback to help me make the best decision. The mechanics are very thorough and do an excellent job explaining the necessity of the various types of repairs. Bavarian auto did a great job keeping me in the loop and were very prompt with the repairs. Thank you!
Audio on 08 335i went out... even BMW told me no solution.found parts myself online and they knocked it out, fair prices.Miracle!!
They have done work on my non-Bavarian vehicle a few times and i trust their workmanship and expertise. Customer service is second to none and now with locations in San Antonio and Boerne, they are very convenient. I won’t go anywhere else for maintenance on my vehicle.
I had my BMW 740li lowered with H&R springs. Im very particular about who I have working on my car in any capacity. I must say that the customer service was outstanding and the quality of the work done to my car. I honestly Highly recommend to anyone looking for a shop to perform work on their European vehicle, this is the place. They inform you every step of the way whether good or bad news, and they work hard to overcome any issues that may arise. I will not go anywhere else when needing any repairs or modifications done to my car.
Ralph is your guy. I have been going to this business for several years now, and have always been satisfied with their vehicle and customer service. Thank you Bavarian Auto Repair and Ralph!
I will be a customer for a long time if the mechanics and host keep performing the way they do, amazing service. comfortable atmosphere, and are always friendly. I will be back soon
The people at Bavarian were very knowledgeable and thorough with my daughters vehicle. I’ve been there a few times and don’t plan on going to anyone else for the Mini’s needs. CJ was honest and went out of his way to service the vehicle and didn’t try to sell me on doing work that didn’t really need to be done and to me that goes a long way.
This place is great. The new Boerne location is the only location I’ve been to but it’s beautiful. Top notch service, too! Thanks Ralf! Congrats on the new location. Happy to be a new customer.
Technicians are well versed and are very accommodating and ensured all my car requirements are exceeded. I have recommended this shop to friends and acquaintances. Thank you
Derrick was a very professional and kind young man. The folks at this garage we’re all very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable on Mini Coopers. They delivered my Mini when they said they would and it is running great!!! I highly recommend Bavarian Auto RepairSteve Phipps
I would not recommend nor ever go back to this place again. I took my vehicle to get diagnosed because my engine light came on and they charged me $110. Then they proceeded on giving me a quote of over $1800.00 for labor and parts, just in labor over $1000. So I purchased parts from them and changed them myself at home. But when I returned to purchase other parts there mechanic Jason told me that the part that needed to be changed was going to be a problem for me due to the whole front end needed to be removed to have it changed. Well I went home and did a bit of research and found out that the part is on top and the front end DID NOT need to be removed. So I decided to get a second opinion from a different mechanic, because I felt like I was being lied to. So no charge to diagnose the issue and got my car fixed under $200. I rarely review places but after this dilemma I kinda had to. I just dont want this to happen anyone else. I have attached the statement from Bavarian and from the shop I did get it fixed so you can judge for yourself. The numbers dont lie.Oh then I received a phone call from the mechanic Jason stating there is something still wrong with my vehicle and that he would refund $110 for diagnosing my vehicle but ONLY if I removed my above statement. WAIT WHAT? What type of business... Needless to say I will not get my money back because I will not take my review down.
As always...professional, accurate & reasonably priced! Thanks to Carlos & of course Ralph for providing the service that me & my family have come to expect.
Absolutely great repair shop for my BMW!! Ill always use this shop for repairs on my BMW. Ive used them for over 6 years! Quality work and reasonable pricing !!
Met Ralf the new owner, great service at a very reasonable price.
Another amazing visit at Bav Auto. Ty & Luis tackled my timing chain replacement along with a few other things with ease; in a very timely manner and at a very good price. Pair that with amazing customer service and you won’t need to go anywhere else. Thank you again for always taking care of me.
Derek and the crew at Bavarian Auto are the embodiment of professionalism. These guys know EXACTLY what they’re talking about, they’ve made a lifetime customer out of me! Thanks y’all 🙏🏼
Real good customer service had me in and out within a couple of hours on my 328i also taught me a lot about my vehicle would highly recommend these guys then taking your car to bmw
We’ve used them for two of our cars and they’ve been great with fair prices.
Great guys. Honest and professional. Strongly recommend.
Awesome group of gentlemen. Lucas was super helpfully and maintained constant updates. I highly recommend them to anyone with vehicle issues. 🤘🏼
Charged me $113 to clear a maintenance code, something that takes all of 30 seconds. And $585 for an OFHG, $200 more than what some other shops in the area charge for the same job.Rip off. Never went back.
Recently, BA serviced my 325i. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and fair. They identified some additional work that was needed. It was unexpected so I hesitated, but they did not pressure me at all. I thought about it, and it was best to proceed. They got it done same day.About a week later, my coolant indicator came on. They had checked the levels when they serviced my car. They gladly and quickly checked the system, and it was okay. The guys at BA are so helpful. I joked that it is my home away from home with two older BMW’s that I cherish, but they really help me keep my cars in tip top condition! Thanks guys!
My BMW x1 needed to get a rear end and turbo charger replacement and the passenger airbag sensor had gone off. These guys were very professional and great customer service. I dealt directly with Tyler and he gave me estimates for both new and used parts. Obviously the used parts were cheaper, which I opted for but they made sure the used parts were in good condition and didnt have too much wear and tear. He kept me updated through the entire process letting me know when he had ordered the parts and when he received them. One of the parts they ordered actually arrived damaged and he promptly let me know and quickly ordered another one that was even slightly cheaper than the first one! Once he got all the parts in, he called me and told me that the car should be ready shortly after and that he would give me a call and sure enough, within less than a week that all the parts came in he called me and told me my car was ready to go! Tyler also took care of communicating with my extended warranty company so that they could get the money for the repairs that my warranty would cover and I paid the difference, which was MUCH cheaper than the dealer! The car now runs great and very happy with their work and customer service. I have already recommended this shop to others that have BMW. All in all my car was in the shop for about half a month, but they kept me informed through the entire process, they were transparent with their costs (he even worked with me with the labor since there was some overlap in the labor when replacing these parts), and I didnt feel they were giving me the run around like can sometimes happen with independent repair shops.
My biggest fear in buying a 10 year old mini was finding a mechanic and cost of repairs. This place is by far my best mechanic experience in 35 years of driving (other than my mechanic friend that did the work in exchange for beer). Professional, polite, quick, and even ended up billing less than the estimate I was given on the phone. Everything was explained well and there was no pushing stuff that was recommended but not critical.I feel safer in my car after they examined and repaired it. Thats pretty awesome.
Very impressed with how Professional the team was. They were knowledgeable with a Wealth of information. I have found my long term shop for all my cars. Great jobs Gentlemen!
Top notch professionalism and knowledge. Hands down the best shop- incredible and straightforward pricing, extremely knowledgeable mechanics and quick turnaround. Everything that was needed for my vehicle was quoted ahead of time and there were no surprises. They advised potential upcoming maintenance, but did not try to oversell me on services beyond what was needed. They are the best in the business and I will not go anywhere else to maintain or repair my vehicles!
Excellent customer service. All repairs were explained, in depth, so I had an absolute understanding of what my car needed immediately and things that would need to be addressed in the future. All technicians have an abundance of knowledge and treat every vehicle as if it were their own. They have worked on my high end luxury vehicle and kept my daily driver in top notch shape. Pricing was fractional compared to the main dealership.
Fully trust my BMW Z4 with this shop. Always happy with the level of customer service, the quality of work and how they really go the extra mile to find out what’s wrong to make it right. I’ll keep coming back.
This is a certified top notch euro shop and they are trustworthy and will go the distance for your machine. I live in Fredericksburg but if my BMW OR MINI needs work I have them towed to Bavarian if I can’t drive them. They do things right and depending on the scope of the issue this is the only place I will bring my cars.
Love this place. Has to be the best alternative to the dealership. The technicians I have come to know personally now as I have several cars BMW and other make that they work on. I love how they can handle all of my vehicles for me and I trust their work. The price point of service is amazing and I have not had to bring my car back for a single repair repair they have performed. The guy in charge communicates effectively with me and always has my car ready on time. Prices like these, service like that, theres nothing keeping me from coming back again and again!
Gabriel Priest is awesome! He was so helpful and honest. No BS! I would definitely go back again. Amazing customer service!
Fast friendly service, no pressure advice on future repair needs.
Im glad I found this place. Jason the owner will work with you to make sure youre happy with the service. They are out to take care of the customer. Their hourly rate is much lower than the dealer. The work they performed was very professional. They took my BMW on Friday evening ten minutes before they were closing and knocked out the repair with no problems. Most shops would have wanted to schedule you for another time. Im definitely going to return. I know exactly what they had to do to my car to fix it and every other shop I called wanted up to $600 more than what Jason charged me. I wish this place all the luck in the world and hope they continue to provide awesome service because we need good BMW shops in San Antonio. Keep your prices down JASON! You will get rich one car at a time, not on one car
This place is awesome! No pushy upsaling! The technicians know what they are doing and are completely honestand transparent with you from start to finish! Awesome attention to detail, quick service and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will only take my vehicles here.
I have complete trust and appreciation for Bavarian Auto Repair. I have been taking my 335i here for 4-5 years and have had everything from oil changes to new new turbos, brakes, water pump, etc. Their work and service has always been exceptional, trustworthy, educational, and with a price thats right. I have now seen their work under both Jayson (founder and original owner) and now Milan and I feel this is the premiere place for BMW service here in San Antonio. All techs are BMW certified, their parts are OEM and I have seen them delivered from the dealer! and I feel like I have always gotten candid and clear service. Highly recommend!
Extraordinary customer service + attractive pricing + skilled technicians = Bavarian Auto Repair. The details of my experience and the experience of others will all be a little different, but the equation doesnt change. They have a winning, winning formula because they win and so do you.
Very professional and reasonable prices.
I am proud to say that I had a great experience at Bavarian Auto Repair. The technicans were very courteous and the customer service was great. Not to mention that the price was awesome. I would do business with them again. Thank you 😊Ms. R. Dunn
I cant say enough good things about this shop. Ive have a few repairs done here for my 07 525i. They are very honest, and kill the BMW dealer in town on price. Example - starter went out, at the dealer they wanted $1300, Bavarian charged $590 parts and labor. They will take care of you, quality service at a fair price. Thanks for saving my family our hard earned money!
Took my 05 325i in due to overheating. Luis and staff did an awesome job pinpointing the issue and providing me options to add to the longevity of my vehicle that fit right within my budget. At his recommendation, I also had 2 more critical repairs done and my vehicle is running fine again. 144K miles and counting. I would definitely come back to this shop for service and highly recommend it to fellow Beemer owners. -Daniel
I took my Mini Cooper to this shop, having multiple problems with the engine. Prior to this I received several estimates from other Mini Cooper mechanics. With each estimate, the problems quoted were more or less the same. So I thought that was pretty straight forward. In the initial approach with Bavarian I met the owner and general manager. Both were likable and seemed experienced enough to do the job. They had my Mini Cooper 2-3 weeks and essentially did what they said they would do- not counting the two add-on repairs that came along the way (found problems that werent detected during the initial inspection). I got my car back and it seemed to run fine for a couple days until warning lights started popping up across my dashboard and worst, was driving very sluggishly (both were issues that prompted my taking in for service to begin with). I called the shop and was advised to bring it back to them. I took my Mini back to Bavarian where they kept it for another few days. After not hearing back from anyone I decided to just stop in for a face to face. In walking through the door I got the Oh, we were just going to call you. I was told by the General Manager that my engine was blown, that metal fragments were found in my oil filter and that means Ill need a new motor. The cost- roughly 13k. Thats roughly 13k on top of the 6k Id already spent. Needless to say, thats an absolute NO. Had a sit down with the Owner where he offered to knock off the 6k from the 13k for a new motor with a take it or leave it caveat. Well, seeing what I was dealing with I took my Mini back to Eurasian Auto Repair (one of the Mini Cooper mechanics that quoted the repair before Bavarian). It was found by Eurasian that the engine was not blown, that there were errors made in the work by Bavarian Auto Repair (wont go into the micro-specifics). Roughly a week later and Eurasian had my Mini Cooper running like a champ! Just think, what if this was your wife or mother in a situation like this, someone that doesnt know better? Oh btw, it was also assessed that some of the work done and charged by Bavarian may not have been performed correctly. To date Ive not had one follow up phone call from Bavarian Auto reference to my situation. No Bueno Bavarian!
Great place to get work done on your bmw, wouldnt bring it anywhere else.
My 428i, was under warranty, but the dealer did everything in their power to not do the repairs they should have done. After weeks of back and forth I decided to find a reputable shop and have the work done myself. I took it Bavarian Auto and even asked about a few other problems. I expected a very large bill, but I got a true picture of everything that was wrong and a great price! They were fast and friendly and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt really need. I highly recommend Bavarian to anyone looking for dealer quality work without the dealer hassles. Great job guys!
These guys are fantastic. They came in on a Saturday to finish up my car before the long holiday weekend. Very professional, courteous, and kept me informed on the status of my car. I will not take my BMW anywhere else in San Antonio.
Great prices, great work, really fast service even when they are super busy. We take our mini here for all its services here and have never had anything but the most pleasant experiences. Once we brought the car in to have it checked out, and there was a very serious problem. Since they are not as comfortable with minis as they are with BMWs, they referred us to another shop, and even paid for the towing themselves since they couldnt do the work there. They went above and beyond and ended up saving me about $3500 by sending it to a shop that was able to save the engine. If you want to pay less and have a better experience than at any dealership then you should bring your car here.
Wealth of experience. Work with you to make only repairs that are necessary. Will help you maintain your vehicle for optimal performance.
They provide excellent customer service and explain exactly what needs to be done and back up their work with a smile and confidence!
Brought my 2017 Ford Raptor to Milan and Gabe to install a new Borla ATAK exhaust system! It was late in the day and they had several cars ahead of me. Both stayed well after shop hours to get it installed! THEY SOUPED IT UP!! Couldnt have asked for better service! Definitely lived up to their reputation for excellence!
As for a BMW reputable independent repair shop Bavarian auto is the best shop that you can go to in the greater San Antonio area . The repair cost to include labor and parts are extremely reasonable they are attentive and detailed in their work and they exhibit exceptional customer service . Jason and his team have worked on my car numerous times to include when my car has stalled, to include regular maintenance and general overall recommendations . Recently when I went to the wash tub to get my car washed one of the valets engaged the electronic parking brake. The electronic parking brake for the BMW 745 LI is known to be problematic and as a result I was unable to get the car out of park . I consulted the manual but much to my dismay I was unable to get the manual brake to release. I call Jason for guidance and even though he was at lunch he promised that he would come out to me once he was finished eating to take a look at the problem right there on the spot. The gears in the actuator were actually broken so there wouldve been nothing I couldve done by myself without his expertise he was able to get the parking brake released. On top of that he didnt actually charge me anything for coming out to help me so I could get on with my day. I have not seen a better level of customer service want to comes to automotive repair in any of the vehicles that I have driven let alone my BMW .I would highly recommend Jason and Bavarian auto repair!
Jason is an honest man. I appreciate that he checked my AC thoroughly and saved me from spending money that I didnt need to be spending at this time. He has earned my business and I will return to Bavarian Auto Repair for all my BMW needs.
Friendly staff, clean shop, quality work and pricing is very reasonable. Ive taken a couple of my BMW to them and Ive always been 100% satisfied with the work thats been done.
Great customer service and very affordable. Shop backs their work. My 2007 3 series came in no start, replaced the starter for a fraction of what BMW would charge just in parts alone.
Always top notch service at Bavarian Auto Repair. San Antonio is fortunate to have such a leading auto repair shop. From prices to customer service, BAR will take care of you every time!
Only place I go to for my mini cooper. Quick service, fair prices, awesome staff
These guys are awesome and honest. They definitely helped me out when I was in a tight spot and got my car in and out fast.
I have been going here for YEARS!!! High quality work at reasonable prices. Sure beats going to get BMW dealership.
Absolutely fantastic. My water pump failed about 10 minutes away. I was very lucky that they were the closest shop. Great to work with, nothing but good things to say about the whole crew.
I took my BMW X5 into Jason for a diagnostic. His staff and himself were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend his shop.
Take your car here. I trust everyone that works here and they take their time and do an exceptional job. I got tired of being ripped off at BMW and everything wasn’t even fixed. Again. Take Your Car here.
Amazing job shout out to thai and the crew
My wife and I as well as our 3 small children were stranded in San Antonio, were from Houston and were visiting family, in our E70 X5 with a bad generator (alternator) on Sunday. I tried BMW of San Antonio Monday which turned into a complete waste of at 3 hours that Ill never get back. I called the guys at Bavarian while still at the dealer and found they could have the part in about an hour where the dealer couldnt get it for days. I got our X5 towed to Bavarian and arrived around noon. The guys at Bavarian diagnosed the car and confirmed the issue, had the part in about an hour and we were able to get back on the road later that afternoon and head home. They helped work with our extended warranty company to get the job done with minimal out of cost expense. I highly recommend Bavarian Auto Repair and will use them again for both our BMWs while we are in San Antonio visiting. Thanks guys, I owe you some beers.
Awesome service! Would never go anywhere else, they know what they are doing and do it quickly and well.
Jason and his team did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend his shop for any BMW owner.
Great guys very decent pricing took care of my 7 series and its running better than ever will definitely recommend to everyone
Great experience with these guys. They put customer service ahead of personal profits. Suggested I should check on an potential outstanding OEM recall related to cars current problem, before spending $ on other parts / labor. I did so and sure enough the vin number has the open recall. Best customer service Ive found in auto repair business for a long long time!Update: BMW recall confirmed 3 out of 4 intake camshaft VANOS bolts were broken off and dropped down into the oil pan. Once again...highly recomend Bavarian Auto Repair for honesty and customer service.
I wish, I knew about Jason and his BWM Service Shop sooner, I spent a significant amount of money trying to get some mechanical issues fix with my BMW X5. I found Bavarian Auto Repair in the web and I contacted Jason who fixed the issues not fixed at the local BMW dealer quite quickly at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended!!!!!
Small independent shop with fast friendly service by knowledgeable BMW trained mechanic. Recommended.
Best customer service, workmanship, and pricing. Happy for the overall experience and value.
Knowledgeable and professional. These guys will go out of their way for their customers.
I went to change the vacuum pump at first they said it was $500 then they called me and said it was going to be $950 because they´ll take longer. i went and decided to use a coupon and he said oh no is 950 WITH the coupon. They tricked me with the price
New brakes and Starter
Very helpful fixed me up and were honest
The best service... no more dealer for me
No pressure to sell you repairs you absolutely dont need, honest and fair prices
Friendly people, Ill be back in this place if my BMW needs something to be fixed. Thanks Jason.
Great Service
The 20% discount is fake!!
Good repairs
