I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Premier1. My experience from start (unexpectedly needing to have my truck towed to them because of engine trouble) to finish (an entirely new engine installed) was the greatest customer service I have ever encountered in dealing with any auto repair shop I have used all over the country.I worked primarily with Wayne who kept me in the loop every step of the way, making sure to communicate with me about what was going on, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I understood it all. He was wonderful, as were all the members of the Premier1 team I spoke with during the time my truck was being repaired.The integrity and honesty of this business is unmatched and they took incredible care of myself and my truck. They provided a vehicle for me to drive while my car was being serviced, which was very much appreciated!I was provided a detailed report of the final status of my car, a clear cost list, and a helpful pamphlet of who to contact if I was traveling and had any future issues. Fantastic services and customer care. Kushan, General Manager, took personal interest as well as his service manger in insuring the wide, low profile tires were mounted with some of the best equipment on the market and no Mars or scuffs to the wheels and the TPMS installed were communicating with the car correctly. Premier 1 went out of their way to secure the new wheels and tires I wanted for my car and did not hesitate to procure them from another resource with no additional mark up. The equipment used, Hunter, and their expertise in mounting large, low profile tires on today’s sport cars is unsurpassed and well worth a phone call or stop by their shop before wasting time elsewhere. I will be doing future business with Premier 1 without hesitation.

My car was having a problem with the air conditioning. I brought it here because my son had a very positive experience here. This place was also a warranty service provider for my plan. Everyone that I’ve spoken with was professional, courteous, and patient. Wayne kept me informed every day regarding the status of my vehicle so I didn’t have to wonder what was going on. Great shop with great service. Always called to keep me informed and saved me money tge dealership was more than eager to take from me on a whim! Took my vehicle on a thousand mike trip an it feels like it runs brand new! Repairs were quick and prices are far better than a dealerships with a better warranty! Great shop with very professional and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful and willing to adapt to better help you. Went in to verify my wheel alignment was good. It was fine and no charges. They then tried other methods to figure out what was wrong. Ultimately came to what was wrong and found some other stuff to keep an eye on. All of this at a very affordable price and very upfront about everything. A pleasure doing business there and will continue to go here. Will was very helpful too. Again, great place with a great first impression.

Took my Toyota Tacoma in for front end rubbing noise and had a great experience for it being my first time. Got an email telling me about the diagnosis, called and spoke to Sam who explained everything to me. They got the parts needed to replace my wheel bearing and it took no time at all. Couldn’t get a ride back to the shop so they set me up with a Lyft no charge to pick me up and take back to the shop. Great first experience and Sam did an outstanding shop making my experience easy and helpful. I will probabaly start taking my second car in because of the professionalism that was shown by Sam and Will.

These folks are crazy good and crazy fast. Booked an appt through a 3rd party so I didn’t show up in their system when I arrived, yet they still were able to squeeze me in and had me out in an hour. I’m a 24 yo female so I’ve had my fair share of other auto shops “mansplaining” things for me but thankfully have never felt that way here. Staff is knowledgeable, honest, and very kind. Will keep coming back here!

It not often that a repair shop comes in under their estimate. They did only the required work and did it well. They went above in cleaning up the engine bay. Completely trust them.

Hands down the best automotive shop Ive ever been to. Not only did they find the issue that carmax couldnt after looking checking 4 times....they texted me a picture of every part that needed to be replaced. And when my car started having issues during the final test drive....they called a Lyft to take me home, while the owner and mechanics stayed late to figure out the issue. Customer service at its finest!! Ask for Wayne! Hes an incredible guy who will definitely take care of you.

Very knowledgeable and did not try to up sell everything wrong with my 25yr old jeep. They took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. They are a little pricy compared to other independent shops but you get what you pay for. I’ll gladly bring my vehicle back to Premier1 anytime I have an issue with my vehicle I cannot repair myself. Remember, cheap work ain’t good and good work ain’t cheap!!

Staff was ver professional and did a great job with my alignment.. The office and waiting area were very clean which I appreciate with the times were going thru currently. Quick, clean, and friendly service. Feels and looks like a dealership service area, but without the dealership price. They go over their services and pricing before they start the work. Free coffee, drinks, and snacks. Plenty of comfortable chairs with USB charging ports in the waiting area. There are also two massage chairs that are real nice to sit on while they work.

Put new tires and rins on my truck. They quoted me for less than anyone else I could find. Then they came in under that number. This was almost $100 less than anyone else wanted to do it for. Then they notified me that my shocks were leaking. I would not have known otherwise. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism. Great customer service as well. I will be back and Ill recommend to anyone that is looking for a great repair shop.

This business takes things a step further. Had an issue arise that was not of their fault but a part catalog error. When said issue was brought to their attention, they took care of business and went above and beyond to make everything right. Wow. I have a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte SQ4 in outstanding condition. Unfortunately it is exceedingly difficult to find an auto Service facility that works on them outside of dealerships. We all know that dealerships are very expensive. I live in San Antonio and know of only two foreign vehicle repair services that work on Maserati. Premier1 Auto care was one of them and my choice. From the moment I set foot in the facility, I knew it was the right choice. The service technician was very hospital and knowledgeable. The first time, I came in for routine maintenance on the Maserati to include an oil change etc but also to install a battery that I purchased myself. Needless to say they took care of everything in a very timely fashion and with a price that was much less than it would cost at a dealership. Since I bought the battery myself, I did not check to see if it was in running condition when I picked it up from a big box store. The technician at Premier1 picked up an issue with the battery I was able to actually take care of it right there to make certain that it was running properly and giving my car the power it needs for all of the accessories and starting the engine. Although other technicians were busy they also jumped in to look at my Maserati. Thats going above and beyond the call of duty, lol. Meanwhile, while the car was on the lift, we discovered that my protective plate under the car, basically a cover that protects the undercarriage of the vehicle and the engine and electronic systems from dirt rain etc was broken. This part which was expensive as we thought, was ordered. Meanwhile they did what they could to shore up the broken skid plate until the part came in and I could get it installed. Last week, I just happened to be in the area and came over to Premier one. The part had come in. Without an appointment they took me in and within 1 hour the part was installed. Again thats going above and beyond what Ive seen at any other auto repair shop. All in all an absolutely great experience. I strongly encourage anybody who has a foreign vehicle that needs service give Premier1 a try.

Whenever you are in need of some kind of major repair or body work, you wonder how it is your car will *really* be after the repairs. Not here! You are going to be treated well with respect and appreciation for providing the team the opportunity to work on your car. The repairs were timely, a little cheaper than the original estimate, and kept us informed through out. Should the need arise again, wed definitely go again. This was a refreshing feeling to be valued by an automotive center. Great quality, great service. Youd be kidding yourself if you think you are going to find better elsewhere. You wont - this is the best experience for you and your car.

Brought my Maserati Ghibli to them for a irregular performance issues. The staff and the service rep Keshawn went above and beyond to get my car back running in tip top shape. They remained in continued communication with me to include on the weekend. Even with having to travel out of town they were very accommodating. Very pleased with their service & repairs. They are also military/veteran friendly.

We came here for the Texas state Vehicle inspection. Premier 1 was friendly and fast. I had to replace the paperwork due to an unfortunate coffee spill and they quickly replaced it. The owners came out and chatted with me as I was waiting. A very Texas friendly business. I will be coming back here again.

The owners as well as Will really went out of their way to take care of us. They took a good look at my car to try to figure out where some of my concerns were coming from. I felt very comfortable there Being that I really don’t know much about cars. I only post reviews on exceptionally good experiences or very bad ones. Today I had one of the very good ones.I took my 2014 Porsche Boxster S in for the annual checkup and oil change. This was my first visit to Premier 1 and I was very pleased with every aspect of the business. Will and Kushan were great to work with and are both very pleasant people. The techs obviously know their trade and take pride in their work. There were several items which will need attention in the next year or two but they did not try to upsell the work before it was necessary.Regarding pricing, I did not ask about the cost when I authorized the work as it had to be done and from other Google reviews I knew I wanted Premier to do the work. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the invoice. I waited for the work to be done and overheard several phone calls from the service writers talking with customers. It was obvious from listening to these guys that they were searching for the most economical option available to their customers. They obviously understand the value of building a long term relationship as opposed to trying to make a quick buck on overpriced work.They also sell tires at competitive prices and have the best mounting equipment insofar as protecting wheels/rims. So, I ordered a set of Michelins for my Infiniti and will be getting those put on next week. It is worth a lot to have professionals mounting tires. Porsche tire purchase will be coming soon.Give these folks a try, I think you will be very pleased.

Although my fiance was worried about my car and gave poor Sam hell, it was a very smooth pleasant experience, prices are very high but my car now operates as it should since carmax picked up the bill😊

Terrific customer service - professional, punctual, transparent. They checked the brakes on my wifes vehicle and performed an alignment which was needed. The brakes did not require work and this saves us money over the cost of another place that recommended brake repair right away.

I was referred to this facility, I was hoping for 100% or above customer service and satisfaction. I was disappointed in the service the management gave me. I initially thought my vehicle would be ready in little time. Turned out to be over a week almost two or more. Granted I know car shops get busy! But don’t beat around the bush. Money wasn’t the problem, but price was insane At check out!! I know I spoke with the owner (not warm hearted). The other lady which appears to be significant other wasn’t any help. I just was dissatisfied with it all.

Everyone is very knowledgeable on all aspects of all vehicles. Ive taken 3 of my vehicles in for them to repair and they have done an exceptional job on all on 3. I feel good knowing the repair is being done right the first time and that I dont have to go back to them for a follow-up after the repair. Premisis very clean - service manager very nice and helpful - the repair seems to have been done properly.While I was happy with the internet based reservation web site, I was not impressed when the service manager told me that I did not have a service reservation logged. It seems that the web service computer does not talk to the Premier work scheduler used by the service managers.

Tried to get my Honda inspected at two oil change/vehicle inspection locations, but it appears that they were more interested in serving oil change customers only.By chance I tried Premier 1 at 281 South and Thousand Oaks, they have a dedicated technical for vehicle inspection. No appointment needed for vehicle inspection.The people are really friendly and very professional. They were fast, now I know where to go for my vehicle inspection.Great 👍 Job!

The place is clean and we had a good auto technician. Wayne our service representative who did the intake was not a good communicator. He talked over me several times while trying to communicate about my car. When I inquired about the high cost of the battery, 186.00, he said he would take off the 49.99 assessment fee and the 30.00 of labor on the battery install. It seemed very fishy to me. I would probably go back but I would not work with Wayne.

I came here as referral from a long time friend . This shop is amazing very clean and the staff are very nice . The best part is the staff was very thorough about my cars issue. Most of all I appreciate their communication and transparency about the repair process and time frame . I have been to so many shops where my car is ready and they never called me or I had to call them for updates but Premier1 kept me up to date on everything. Ask for Will or Monica they are great staff to talk to about your cars issues and they will make sure you are taken care of .

This is a repair facility with the latest and most update software, and technicians that know how to use it. My BMW had an EML light the put it in the limp mode while we were on vacation in San Antonio. This is the ONLY facility that responded on a Sunday, and has more than taken care of us. From the first moment we have work with Bill, he inspired confidence. The Techs are well trained and very knowledgeable. Their attitudes is definitely customer oriented from the moment we left our vehicle to the moment we picked it up, and when we had to bring it back for minor adjustments, they got me in right away, and even offered me a rental / loaner to ensure I was not stranded. Their work bay is clean, they have all they need to perform their job. The lobby is customer friendly with an area we can work on our laptops / tablets with internet. The DID NOT price gouge...their prices are more than reasonable, where the customer is first, and price is second. You dont see this so much anymore...I will continue to utilize this business based on their ability and business ethics.

This place is awesome! I brought my Acura here for a specific issue, but I asked them to also inspect the vehicle and provide overall assessment. They provided me with an evaluation identifying a short list of issues. I really appreciated their honest assessment which included not only a level of urgency for each item, but also alternatives to fit my budget. They weren’t pushy at all with their recommendations. Just factual information that helped me make the decision of what to fix and when. This approach to customer service coupled with their reasonable service rates is a refreshing combination. I came in the day before and had air put in my tires and made an appointment for an oil change the next day. I waited in the office and my car was ready within 1 hour.
