The staff is always smiling and very professional. This is the only auto shop I go to for my vehicle needs. They are always on time, reasonably priced and quality is superior to other auto shops. Theyre honest and explain everything that they do, so that you as the consumer understand what you are paying for. I highly recommend them.

Nobody came up for at least 25 minutes. Still had to wait for a mechanic after wasnt on site

Charged for diagnostic test they had my car for 2.5 days, said they changed the thermostat, they didnt.Told me the car was good to go. Left the shop, thermostat still doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it in. Check engine light came on within 5 minutes of driving from the shop. No one answers my calls. Very unhappy with the service.

I run a pest control company in San Antonio. One of my technicians vehicles got a flat tire right next to Gonzalez Automotive so I had him take it there to get a quick tire change. This happens to my techs somewhat often and I always am able to get it fixed pretty fast at other places. They took the tire off pretty quickly and got quoted a reasonable price, BUT THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN SITTING AT THEIR SHOP WITH NO TIRE FOR 3 HOURS AND THEY STILL ARENT FIXING IT. There has been multiple other people come in after us and they keep working on those cars while my vehicle is just sitting there. This is absolutely unacceptable. My technician still has 8 appointments on his route to finish when hes been stuck here for over 3 hours. I have never received this bad of service in the years Ive been in this field. These guys have no regard for their customers. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
