They did it again. I have taken my vehicles to Cornerstone Automotive over the years. They have always provided great value and wonderful customer service. Today they did it again. I took my car in because my car was having multiple warning lights. They promptly saw me, ran a quick test, did a quick visual inspection and determined that it may be an electrical or vehicle computer issue. Unfortunately they couldnt help with the vehicles computer problem but they went out of their way to eliminate some of the common issues. Thank you again and though I do not look forward to car issues it is nice to know I have a place I can trust.

Was having issues with my car not starting(raspberry ants ate away at my relay) and they were so friendly and professional. They had everything fixed and ready to go in under two hours for a very reasonable price. They also answered any questions I had and recommended follow up steps I should take. This was my first time with this shop and was very pleased with the care my vehicle received. I had a mechanic that I trusted, but he retired and sold the shop to one of his lead mechanics, and with several ethical and quality of repairs issues it was time for a new mechanic. I read the reviews of Cornerstone Automotive and decided to give them a try.From the start I was greeted with excellent customer service and the young man at the front desk showed genuine care for getting all the details correct with the problems my vehicle was presenting. They were very informative of the repairs that were necessary, provided a triaged list of what repairs were priority and what could be put off for a later time. I appreciated the repair options they offered, the service was fast and the repairs were completed and backed up by their 24 month/24,000 mile warranty. They will be my repair shop should I need them again in the future.

Great mechanics, won’t find a more honest group than Cornerstone. I trust all my cars here because I know they’ll only recommend a repair if they’d do the same to their own vehicle. Even if I have to leave my car all day for an oil change, it’s worth it to not have any worries about it.

The guys at Cornerstone are always honest, straightforward, and willing to help. They have worked on our cars several times for everything from state inspections and oil changes to oil leaks, differential seal leaks, and complete brake jobs. Making an appointment is easy, and everyone is always friendly. They understand how to work on cars and also how to treat a customer. They make recommendations but dont try to up-sell you if its not in your best interest. They have also taken us back into the garage to show us the problem under the hood or under the car so we understand exactly what is going on and what needs to be done. A good mechanic is hard to find, but these guys are worth their weight in gold.

Treated coldly and rudely by McCain and was sent to Autozone. Apparently he didn’t want to be bothered with checking out our car battery. Very weird experience, not sure how they are in business treating potential customers rudely for no reason.

Honest, professional and quick

Ive been taking my 2001 infiniti with 200k+ miles in for about a couple of years now. Ive taken my car in for multiple things: blower for the ac, struts, routine checkups, etc. Never had a problem with the staff or the work. If i want something done correctly, I take it to them.

$$78 for them to check my air-conditioning just to tell me it was broken felt scammed never going back.

This is a good operation in my opinion. McCann and Michael communicate very well and explain everything clearly. They are fair and provide a good service. Thanks fellas!

I have been taking my cars here for years and they have always been honest and have done a great job.

I have to admit, I was going to take my car here, but I have not as of this review and Im skeptical. I emailed them using the form on their website. Its been two days and I havent heard back...Seems like if you have an email form thats so detailed and is right there in an obvious place on your website, you intend for people to use it. Well, since that didnt work, I tried calling and asking about bringing my car in. The guy on the phone basically said they were swamped that evening, before I was able to clarify that I didnt even want to bring it in right away. Most places Ive taken my car to have asked me for more information about what the issue is with my car and have arranged a specific time for me to bring my car in. This guy didnt do anything like that. He was really short and obviously irritated. If theyre so swamped they dont even care, I figure they probably dont need my business. I just really didnt have a good feeling about this place. If they cant even spend 5 minutes on the phone with you, why would they put time into doing a good job on your car?

McCain is the real deal, best mechanic in town and a pretty fair dancer.

Ive lived down the street from Cornerstone Automotive for 8 years. why would i take my used cars anywhere else for service? not even for an oil change with a coupon.& now ive moved to Colorado in freezing temps. i took my old pickup to Cornerstone asking them to winterize it & make sure it can pull a loaded UHaul trailer. they fixed things i didnt know was wrong, with my approval. i know that sounds funny, but they also told me about a few fixes i can kick down the road. theyre not about taking you to the cleaners.the best auto repair shop in the world! take your vehicle there with confidence. & enjoy Whataburger next door while you wait.or... take the #2 bus, both directions, just out front. it just doesnt get any better than dropping your car off at Cornerstone.i sound like a paid ad. no. im now in Colorado, likely will never visit Cornerstone again. i just wanted to share how good they took care of me.one more thing. if theyre too busy because theyre swamped, theyll suggest the repair shop 2 doors down. who does that?
