The layout of this place can be confusing but it makes sense. Mechanics operate independently and can set prices that are fair. However, it is a family business, if you dont have a specific mechanic... They will give you one. Always a great experience when you bring your own parts. In and out usually within the same day. Lalo has always taken care of me and is dedicated to his customers. He doesnt stand around, he takes on any labors himself to get the work done.

I have taken my car here for over a year now. This last time was the last time. Never again. I took my car to them because something was wrong and I couldnt figure out what. I took it there but this time they acted like I was bothering them. I left it there on a Monday morning but no one would look at it by Saturday afternoon I took it back. I then took it to A Flores in Universal City. They replaced the fuel pump and fixed my problem. The fuel pump had been replaced just 9 months ago at Cordova. I paid them $300 to fix it at that time. I guess, they didnt want to fix it again and that is why it sat there for a week without being looked at. I will never go back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Take your car elsewhere. My family was without a car for a week and they STILL hadn’t looked at it!!!! So my husband went to go pick it up and our van was FULL of ANTS!!!!! IM LIVID! They’re super unprofessional they never answer any questions, they say they’re gonna look at your car soon every time you call and never do! It’s all bs! They try to comment on reviews and act like they care.. THEY DONT! Don’t waste your time commenting on my review, I’m not interested in making the experience better.

Ive been going here for years for tire mounting and balancing. Theyve always done excellent work and never given me an issue. I used to go to expensive places like NTB or discount tire and honestly theyve broken parts and stripped my lug nuts in the past. Ill go to cordova anytime over the big chains.

I went it to get my AC fixed. The mechanic said he couldn’t find the fault, but also charged me 120 something USD because the mentioned service was also “needed”. I was left with AC that did not work and the over a hundred dollars charge. Definitely not happy, and is border like skimming and fraud.

I believe his name was Audi, but he went above and beyond for me in finding the right tire(s) for me. He was awesome and I will be back!

Bought a used tire from this place back in 2015 and it literally blew out on me within a week. don’t bother coming here and spending your money, go to the other tire shops in the area. or if you feel like wasting $45, just take your money and set it on fire because that’s what doing business here is: a colossal waste of time and money.

DONT STOP HERE .5 MILE AHEAD. MARTINEZ TIRESHOP They fixed a low tire when my wife went by itself. They charged her 20 dollars. Then i go and check the tire at night and they fixed a tire that was perfectly normal. Intook in again today and the guy said that the tire he fixed had a nail too. It 2 years it never leaked any air but the one that was flat he didnt see. I go to main office and it turns out that all mecanics and tires guys in this shop work by commission. So they fill out the the paper that you take to the front to pay and they put their price on the paper. All of them make their own price.. Now i have payed 40 dollars to fix 1 flat. I recommend to drive north aboit 1/2 a mile there is martinez tire shop. Way better than these as****es.

It was terrible. I have extended warranty. They were the shop I was referred to. The person who was supposed to call for authorization was on vacation so no one else would do it until numerous calls and carmax had to call them. The gentleman answering the phone only spoke Spanish and wouldnt get someone else to the phone. Wanted me to wait a week for a simple repair.

It was okay. But I went in there to have a muffler and a piece of pipe welded on a charge me $180 to do so and then he put the muffler on backwards that doesnt build too much confidence.

This is the best shop in San Antonio. Their prices are very reasonable and they do a great job. This shop has saved me so many times. I love it here and will never go anywhere else.

Dropped my car off at the Neck doaches location and just for an alignment not only did they say it would be done within a couple hours when I dropped it off at 8 that morning but coming to closing time it still wasnt ready and they wanted to keep it Southern next day later to find out I had a huge Dent and a broken front bumper when I went to go pick up my car as waiting the next day was unacceptable for me I would never recommend anybody to go here for anything besides possibly attire absolute horrible customer service and they are not willing to release the video they Told me they had to my insurance company and are trying to say that they did not have a part taken it shady company shady business

Been there 2 days in a row already and very poor service I had to leave after standing there for 30 minutes with no one coming out to ask what I needed. They would just stare and walk away. Also in 1 occasion tire tech scratched my aftermarket rim it’s black in color so it looks real bad

I dont recommend this place, every time you go it seems like mechanics dont want to help you out, you try to talk to them and they hide, but most importantly they try to sell you things you dont need and charge you whatever they want and sometimes they even change their prices within minutes. I went to fix my car because it was making a clicking noise on the front passenger side and the guy started telling me that those kind of problems are hard to find and that he was going to check the car but it was going to take extra time and at the end he said it was the brake pads and the rotors, i suspected he was lying because i had spoked to other mechanics about the problem and they told something different but he said it was dangerous to drive like that and convinced me that was the problem so he charged me $ 262.38, once i picked up my car and started driving it the noise was still there and he knew but didnt even care, at the end it was my fault for not saying anything right then and there but i just want to alert people not go to that shop, they are really sketchy, dishonest and they take advantage of people, they do whatever it takes to sell. I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO SPREAD THE WORD WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY, IM NEVER GOING BACK!

I brought my car in for a broken CV axle its actually the axle of your car and I brought it in late last night and they had it ready for me before noon today they are very professional and Im not going to say what a great price I got because I dont know if that standard or not but I could not believe the difference between pep boys said it was going to be $672and I could not stop grinning and happy and everything for what they charge me I save hundreds of dollars I will never take my car anywhere else

Always have had good experiences with the people and staff. Good used tires no pressure to buy new instead of used. Prices are very competitive and staff is very Friendly.

Ive been looking around for a performance muffler. These guys came in over $100 cheaper and it was fully welded. The welds looked good and they were done in 30 minutes. Will be coming back for rims and tires soon.

There service suxs and the people were very rude. I would NOT recommend this tire shop to anybody.

I have been coming here for years and have always been very pleased with them. They do great work and their prices are very reasonable. This place does stay very busy though, which to me is good because it means they are going to be in business for many years to come. The is a family run business and I prefer them over discount tire or NTB anyway. Cordova auto center will go the extra mile for you where the other big franchise shops dont and just want to sell you something. Choose local family run businesses. Definitely the better choice.

Very excellent place for your car/truck repair. And they even have credit with Acima. Would recommend them to anyone who needs vehicles repaired. Dropped my 2013 Dodge Ram Quad Cab yesterday at 7pm and had 5 tires, battery and alternator replaced and they called me at 2pm that truck was ready. Pic kik ed up truck at 7pm next day and truck was perfect.

BE CAREFUL! I was quoted extremely high for work to be done, I called them out on it and they did make it right and discounted to a reasonable price, or so I thought. I was told I was getting factory OEM replacement parts. I was lied too and universal fit type items were installed. When I asked to see the old parts I noticed that they had been cut up, I asked why? Without missing a beat the new parts did not come with mounting hardware. Seriously! I was born at night but not last night. The long and short is the truck is fixed using universal type item items, when I was specifically told that direct factory fit items were to be used.NEVER AGAIN, you have lost my repeat business plus that of the fleet vehicles I would service there time to time. When I spoke to Rogelio the owner, he was just as useless as the hired help used to hook and bait.

Took my van last year before Thanksgiving with an engine problem.After months of several calls and the mechanic either sick or out to lunchTook the van for a test drive and broke down 3 blocks away.After an over $2000 bill on the wrong repairs i was told i needed a new engine and that it would be another another $4500.Now i get a mechanics lien for $3500 and the van still has the same problem.
