This NAPA was in Mason Tx. Broke down on the way from San Antonio to Abilene.for a funeral. Walked 3 miles to it and not only did they have the battery but lent is tools to replace and gave us a ride back to our vehicle. I honestly cant remember the guys name but you were a life saver..If you are ever in San Antonio drinks are on me.. thank you again and God bless.

Great! Young lady behind the counter was very courteous, proffessional and took really good care of me. I hope Im not messing her name up but I beleive her name is Ayalia. I wlll be back and hopefully i get her to take care of me again. Thanks Napa Auto!!!!

Wouldve given them more stars if I hadnt felt like I was being treated differently because I was the only female there. The guy at the counter had me wait while letting another customer know he had found what he was needing. The customer mustve forgotten something because he was still shopping. I was lead to a different counter and while I was asking for a part, I was told to wait again because the other customer had found what he was looking for and was ready to check out. So, his stuff was rung up and THEN I was helped. Customer service should be provided for every customer, regardless of gender.

Not the best Napa Ive ever been slow service and didnt have items every parts store should always have but from what I hear this is normal for this Napa. So drove 30 mins to a different Napa way out of my way to grab what I needed.

I ordered a gasket from the dealership and 27 days later I walked in Napa, told James what I needed and thay had it,day later the dealership called, your gaskets in, Ill go to Napa before Ill go to the dealership for parts. should have gone to Napa a month ago.

Much better prices than the competition. They were very helpful also. I bought a set of wiper blades and the employee put them on my car free of charge. Will be buying my automotive parts here in the future.

Fast service considering i had no part info. Took a piece of a radiator hose and the gentleman was able to match it to give me exactly what was needed. Only downside was location bc youll be waiting on the train to pass.

Parts associate was pretty much on helpful. He flipped through a book for a couple minutes looking to see if he could find my part. When he wasn’t able to find it quickly he told me that I needed to go somewhere else.

No public bathroom. Piss poor attitude.This distribution center used to be the best NAPA anywhere. It sucks now. Clerks arent knowledgeable like they used to be.

I needed some light bulbs for my truck brakes the employees were friendly and very helpful and went out of their way to make sure i got the right ones. I will definitely go there again.

Prices seem to be PRICEY but they always seem to have the parts you need!

They had a sale, the day I visted, well I Thought nearly every thing was on sale with a coupon. .Well I figured the $50 off a $100 great deal .No cost me $28 more than regular priced parts at the nearest part store.

Drove out from bulverde texas to this incompetent store to pick up parts that were supposed to be delivered after we PAID IN FUL. Only to get the WRONG PARTS! Thanks a lot for NOTHING NAPA! Still stranded on the busiest part of 281!! Incompetent a-holes! NEVER EVER GO HERE IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION BECAUSE THEY DINT CARE!!!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!
