Advanced Auto Parts is great. They always have everything you need at very reasonable prices. Edward is very knowledgeable and courteous. He makes you feel welcomed by taking time to understand all car issues. Definitely coming back to this Advanced Auto Parts location.

In a time where customer service is at an all time low I was pleasantly surprised to have received the help that I did when I visited this auto parts store. I was thoroughly expecting to be ignored and talked down to because I didn’t exactly know what I needed, but Jonathan took the time to help me and went above and beyond and discovered that what I thought was the problem wasn’t even really the problem and we got the correct part for my car. His extensive knowledge, patience, and empathy for me was evident and I thank him for it. I’ll be returning to this location for this gold star service, will refer my friends and family.

David and his entire staff are extremely helpful in finding the right part and if they don’t have, theyll recommend another option for you 💯 I’ve been going these past several and haven’t been disappointed! Very helpful staff !!If it weren’t for him and his staff, I’d be visiting another store.

I purchased an item online and knowing how difficult of an item it is to get was surprised they had it. Of course after the staff who both men looked high and low for the item were unable to find it and gave me a refund. Now I understood the situation and was not terribly upset. But one of the gentleman did something unexpected and gave me a card from his wallet asked if I was not busy that I could go to a nearby restaurant and receive a free dinner. The coupon was for no purchase neccessary and it was a coincidence that I had not eaten yet. He apologized for not having the product that was not even listed as an item in the database. But that type of kindness and care of service. I dont even care if I have to drive 30min away when I have a location 5min in the opposite direction. For that service I would drive an hour. Thanks for the chicken guys.

Came here twice after work 5 to 10 minutes before closing which is 9pm and they are always closed so if you want to stop by this place come an hour before closing you might get lucky...

My go to for all my car needs.

Went in for an idler arm 1 person in front of me waited a solid 15 min for one guy to ask what I needed then got sent out for a delivery mid way. Other employee kept answering phones instead of helping the peope right in front of them.

So...guys very nice assisting me with a battery. Very knowledgeable...not like the one thug at Culebra OReillys who had no knowledge of auto batteries. The thug was telling me that H6 was the date stamp on the battery. The thug followed me outside when i told him he needed a bit more knowledge on batteries.So...as for that incident on July 10. 2020...i will take it up with corporate.Advance...does mean Advance. I feel Advance trains there people in product knowledge and better yet...on good courteous service.

Didnt have what we needed and not very smart when it came to some batteries. Well we understand because of pandemic everyone is in a hurry to go in and out of a store. Any store but we dont need to be dismissed so quickly.

Buying stuff for my car

Battery was questionable. Hector checked battery while still mounted in mini van. Battery is good just needed 45 minutes to charge or 4 hours on a charger to fully charge. Hector even printed out test report with all the results of test. Awesome customer service!! Tomo

Not very knowledgeable. Wound up spending over a hundred dollars that was totally unnecessary.

All auto parts places are about the same. The difference is the people behind the counter. Went around 8:30 close to closing time. Wanted to have my electrical system checked cause I thought I had a bad alternator. Guy comes out to check it and Im guessing he is the manager cause he was telling everyone else what to do. So checks my battery and its pushing low amps but the voltage is there. Guy tells me battery is shot. Wont charge. I need a new one. Again, I came in knowing my alternator is bad. Doesnt wanna charge my battery overnight so we can see what it says. Went across the street and purchased a cheap battery at Wal-Mart for $50. Changed it out and went home. Went to work the next morning and went to oriellys since I work right next door. Had them put my old battery on the charger and had them run my alternator to see if it was bad. Wouldnt ya know it? Bad alternator. Ordered one in and swapped it out. When I took my core in to oriellys my battery was done charging. Good battery. Had I not known and just listened to this guy he woulda sold me a battery and tried for all the little extras. And then when the battery didnt fix my issue he woulda wanted to sell me an alternator. Smh. More training is need or policy needs to be updated so people arent being told to purchase something that isnt needed.

I wish I remember the employees name but he was very kind to help me out with tools and information on my truck my phone died but Ive never met anybody like that to be so helpful and that was my first time being in Advance Auto Parts I always go to AutoZone I dont know why when they have the crappiest customer service there
