Helpful staff, took the time to help me find non standard parts

The only store that sells BG products. However These are very friendly guys, super helpful. They always make me feel like i can ask for help or questions and get real answers. I highly recommend this auto parts store.

They had the window regulator I needed, in stock, quick and friendly service, they thanked me for coming in and shopping local! Will definitely visit again!

Like most auto parts store some employees dont know what its like when you know your stuff and they dont, theyre there just to make a buck. No knowledge what a shame.

This location is lazy. I never find what I needed this place. Counter employees arent wearing masks.

Michael and Robert go the extra mile to help you out! Definitely know what they are doing and are super nice and friendly! Come here to NAPA instead of those other competitors down the street that don’t know what they are talking about, are rude and helpless.

Had to have a part ordered...and it took about a week longer to get in than they told us. Then when we finally got it. Was the wrong size. Tried to bring it back and the hours on the website says open till 7PM...drove from Boerne about 45 minutes..only to find the temporary hours on the door that they closed at 6. Extremely disappointed.

Manager was very helpful and went out of his way for all the customers!!!

Typical NAPA. They replaced a battery and then extended the warranty.

Napa is a quality source for parts.However this particular location is kind of sparse when it comes to your everyday Auto Essentials. Ive been here a couple of times because of the ad that they sent me in the mail get down there right away and they dont have it.They can get a part ordered for you and have it in pretty quick instead of driving all the way down to Rittiman.

NAPA was always the place you went when you needed experienced, knowledgeable staff-- NAPA know how is their advertising slogan. Thats NOT this place. I stopped in to find a relatively common, but not model-specific part for an application that doesnt show up in most books... any decent counter parts person would have known where to start the search (eg, mid-1980s GM passenger car)... Ive been to plenty of NAPAs over the years where something like this was no challenge at all. On my visit to this location, however, all I got were blank stares and dumb looks, and the repetitious drone of I cant help. Good to know. Ill scratch NAPA from my list of places to go for knowledgeable staff.

Friendly staff. They have individual nuts and bolts for sale. Carries the more quality brand products that are hard to find.

As I was talking to the cahier waiting for my change, I said, I bought some wire stripper a year ago and lasted two weeks and he says get another one, no charge .now thats customer service.

Very good place for the DIY person. Only drawback is that theyre 5 quart container of motor oils is a very small selection

Higher prices than other auto parts. Best bet, if you are looking for automotive tools. Never busy.

TotAl jerks. Man told me I had a second car battery under my driver seat. Do I look that dumb? Drove to another parts place brought the battery and put it in myself. Will not go back.

I usually go to Napa for all my parts. But this one location is the worst. They have idiots working there. They dont deserve a star. They owe stars.
