Called for an estimated time of completion and an appointment. The service department took me right in and I was out in an hour and a half. Oil change, fluids topped off, car wash and tire rotation
Had appointment on June 15 @ 0730 to check engine light indicator. Was told I would receive call on diagnostic test. I called later in afternoon to find out status of test. Was told it might be one to two days before ny vehicle will be looked at. I was told there are other cars ahead of me as they are behind. Then why make my appointment, or at least be truthful upfront. I could have contacted Boerne or Austin to see what there schedule was like. I expected, since I had a 0730 appointment, my car would have been checked that day. Top it off, I had to call on Thursday afternoon after receiving text that afternoon, 2 days later, to see estimated date when vehicle will be ready. Was told parts are on order and they dont have a date when they will be shipped or arrive. Why didnt Infiniti call me and explain the situation, I had to make all calls. Bottom line, I had an appointment on Tuesday at 0730 and infiniti dropped the ball and wasted 2 days in checking my vehicle. Now I dont have an estimated date when it will be ready. Very unprofessional.
They need to work more on customer service
Tanner is awesome! I lost my key and he got me in same day! It was a stressful day and he made it better with his customer service! Plus they washed my car what a great surprise on what was a bad day for me!!

I love the updated service area. It’s so fancy. Complementary hot and cold beverages. Spacious waiting area. Clean restroom.Saturday’s are very busy 2-3 hr wait (even with appointment).Either wait in the nice area or have someone pick you up.You will receive a text when your vehicle is ready.Kudos to Rio A!!! He made me feel very welcomed and explained the process because it was my first time here
