Great service at a good price. I went to 5 different body shops before picking here. Most places were to expensive or had trashy shops that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my truck at. Southwest was friendly, organized, and had my dent fixed and painted in just two days. Would definitely use them again.

Definitely takes care of the customer and puts them first. After having some work done last October, someone bumped my car just a couple months later and caused some of the paint to peel. These guys took care of it for me at no charge. They truly believe in making sure their customers are happy. Recommend 100%

My husband and I called about 7 different body and paint shops getting quotes to get a new & primed bumper painted white. This place was significantly cheaper than all of the other places, so we chose them. We dropped off the bumper and after 2 days they called and let us know it was ready. It looked great & 6 months later, it still looks great!! Im so glad we chose them & if we ever need any more work done we will definitely go there!

Nov. 2019 I had my 2014 Toyota Tacoma hood & roof painted by this awesome company due to large chemical etching stains on both of them. Competitive pricing & really great paint job. Fast forward 11 mos. & I noticed what appeared to ME to be rough sanding strokes with minimal paint coat underneath the clear coat on the hood. I was assured by Jake at SWBody that this was in the clear coat.. He said that after re-buffing & waxing if I didnt like the results he would re-paint the hood. He then drove me to a nearby Mexican restaurant & bought me breakfast. Shortly after I returned my truck was ready & I couldnt believe my eyes. The paint on the hood looked like it had come right off the manufacturers assembly line! Jake was right..Point is that I was not ignored nor belittled for my perception of the problem. Instead I was treated as a valued customer & they happily not only buffed & waxed the hood but buffed out a few scratches I had on a rear door & washed & waxed my entire truck! My experience has been that MOST companies dont offer this type of customer service but instead try to absolve themselves of any responsibility after the sell. I highly recommend this company. With service like this they most likely will be in business for a long time. Thanks Jake & Crew!!!

I have had two incidents that led me to this great establishment. The prices are fair and please trust my reciew that it is all very much well worth it. I recommend this Paint & Body Center to everyone. The people there are so nice and caring. They take the time out to explain things and in the process you see how the safety of their customer is a great priority to them. Ill soon be taking my truck there to get a few previous owner damages fixed up, and to be honest Im already excited for the pick up day.

Took my 2019 Tundra to have a scratch removed. After they repaired and repainted the front fender I noticed an error stating Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit your Dealer right then I called Southwest P&B and was told to drive it 50 miles which would clear the error, it didnt so I took it to Toyota and was told its an error you get when the front bumper is removed but because its out of warranty it would be a diagnostic charge of $137, I then returned to Southwest P&B and talked to John Booker.At 1st John questioned weather or not they even removed the front bumper but then realized they had. John goes on to tell me he cant approve paying for the error they caused and would need to talk to Southwest P&B GM Jeff Collins.I waited for Jeff to show up after lunch and his 1st words after me telling him they caused the error was what do you want me to do about that I replied pay for the diagnostic charge and refused because he didnt think they were responsible, we ended up splitting it 50/50 but will NEVER take my vehicles there because Southwest P&B doesnt stand behind their workmanship. Its sad this type of company exists.

In the end I am satisfied with the work they did on my car. I would have given it a 5 rating, but I had to take my car back because a bumper clip had not been replaced and it did not stay in place. I felt like they should have replaced it without my complaint. However, once I mentioned the poor fit of the bumper cover, they fixed it without complaint.

This is not my first visit and I returned because they always treat everyone with the same courtesy and look out for your safety. Their prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent! Everyone I come in contact with has the same courteous ways.

Just had a bumper replaced after an accident. The service was great and the repair is very good. I was very pleased with the help Bob gave me from interpreting my insurance, making connections with insurance for me and just being so pleasant and polite.

I’ve never had to deal with body work or insurance or any of the stressful things that come along with getting into a car accident but these guys made it so easy. From the estimate to the body work I was so happy with the results. They really care about their customers they even detailed my car for me I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know that needs body work.

This place was absolutely wonderful. They were kind and polite and they did a great job. They told me 3 to 4 days from when they would get the parts delivered and I dropped it off Monday afternoon and got it back on Thursday evening. They even dropped the car off for me because I had transportation issues (after it was paid for). Overall great experience.

I went to Southwest Paint & Body for the repair of two holes in a rear passenger side door. I got estimates from 4 other shops, ranging from $650 - $1,500. I happened to pass by Southwest after leaving a franshised body shop near Southwest. I pulled in and Jeff gave me a no fuss, no muss appraisal. I was sold!On the third day, I picked up my truck and it looked fabulous! No evidence of the holes, whatsoever! And the paint? It matched beautifully! This great work for about 1/4 of what the big boys wanted to charge me!I hope to never again need the services of Jeff and his crew, but, if that time ever does come, Ill need only make one stop...Southwest Paint and Body!

This place is just a S*** show Im astonished they are still in business.. I had taken my hummer h3 to get fixed and I provided the materials and door so they just do the labor they told me a week that it will be ready. I waited about a week never once got a call on status of my vehicle i had to call numerous times and to find out the status to find out they never started the work after having my vehicle for one week. Jake is rude and unprofessional I recommend that you go somewhere else.. dont go here!!! Save yourself the pain and headaches.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I took my car to Southwest paint and body in 2016 to get hail storm damages repaired. After way longer than quoted i received a call my car was ready. When i arrived to get my car i noticed there was still damage, after pointing out the damage i was asked to leave car another week. A little over a week later i received a call that my car was ready. I get to the shop to look at my car, it looked worse than the first time when i went to pick it up. There was paint chips everywhere, the inside of my doors looked like they just slide them around their shop, yellow markings all over my silver car, moldings not being replaced and or repaired correctly, and you guessed it a ton of hail damaged that was NOT repaired. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

It was a bad experience, 2015 white highlander first wasnt fixed right, second, I got charged $300 from my rental because they kept the car for a week more since it wasnt fixed right. I had to point out that they didnt get it right. It still looks shabby. Sucks for me, but you should try a better shop which takes responsibility and makes things right.

I took my 1995 Pontiac Firebird to them with what I felt like was major damage to the front end. Jeff assured me it wasnt as bad as I thought and gave me a very reasonable price. When I picked it up I was more than impressed! Great job Southwest Paint and body!

I wasnt pleased with the service I received for several reasons.* I received the wrong paint color on my vehicle and they was trying to tell me that was the original paint code on the vehicle.* They informed me that it will take approximately three weeks but it took them 3 months and IM STILL NOT PLEASED with the outcome.Please if you looking for a nice paint job Southwest Paint and Body is not the place.

Went in for a paint quote, told them I only wanted a paint job for the scratches and I didnt care about the dents (its just 2 small dents I could care less about). I was given a quote to repair my dents. Told them again I only wanted paint. Guy says Ive never heard of that. I said, youve never heard of painting a car?? He said no. I dont give money to rude people. Also, their quote was the same price as Northside Ford (18 dollar difference), and their body labor price was 50 dollars higher than Ford. These guys said they cant fix my trim, and yet Ford can and their quote was the same price. Ford is obviously higher quality than this shop, so why is the price the same?

Brought my vehicle in from the recent hail storm here in SATX. I was originally told when I signed the paper, that I was bringing my car to them for repairs, that they would order the parts. I took my car in about a week and a half after that. Was then told it would take 8-10 days for the repairs. Ok awesome. Called the 10th day after I hadnt heard anything, they told me that my insurance company had to come out and write a supplement because there was extensive damage then quoted. I called my insurance, and that was not the case. They hadnt sent anyone out or been called about more damage. I left it another 5 days, Called again, after not hearing anything, I was then told my car was having PDR work done..ok,so now what? We will give you a call mam..... A few more days pass, NO CALL. (I understand they are busy with all the hail storm damage but it is nice to at least keep your word and return my call!!) I then called a few days later, the new excuse was that the wrong parts came in...OK? So first I was LIED to and told USAA had to come out but they never did? Now Im being told the wrong parts came in? Remind you its been in the shop coming on 3 weeks. Not 8-10 days. Tried to keep my cool but was constantly given the run around about my vehicle. Not to mention I had to pay out of pocket for my rental since they took so long! Asked them kindly if they would take care of my rental portion. Got basically a big fat NO. But its not the customers fault? So why should the customer who was Recommended to come to you have to be given such a big run around? I was sick and tired of being told next week, next Friday, next Wednesday, so I had my mother go in. She was then told (After they told me the car would be ready Wednesday) That it was ready today (Friday). What a dam coincidence. Went to pick my car up and IMMEDIATELY noticed hail dents, chipped paint and a few other parts that they noted me before hand they were waiting for. (Triming of some sort) I told Jeff, and calmly claimed what damage was done knowingly by my dog or myself. There was other stuff that I know for a FACT were not on my vehicle when I dropped it off! They painted in the scratches and chipped paint but honestly, it looks terrible! It looks as if I went and bought black paint and colored it in. What a shame. I understand they have to match the color as close as possible but it made it look worse. The morning after I picked up my vehicle I was able to notice all the other damage still present. My Roof ( Which was supposed to be completely changed out for a new one; As long with my hood) Still has dents....Hmm.. Guessing they tried to do it the cheaper way and put more $$ in their pocket but who knows?! They wont return my call. I am filing a complaint with the BBB to try and get this fixed.Long story short, I was NOT pleased with the work, the quality, nor the communication with myself. Everyone seems nice and helpful like they care when your drop your vehicle off, but thats not the case.When I confronted them on the phone about the lying, they got very rude and ugly with me. I just wanted ANSWERS and to be told the TRUTH.If this gets resolved I will change my review. But for now I warn everyone to STAY AWAY from this Auto Shop!
