I brought my 2021 Lexus LC 500 to Mission because I researched several collision shops and this one got great reviews. Johnny was excellent and fast he answered all my questions from the beginning and throughout the process of my car being repaired. I had a cracked bumper that needed replaced and repainted plus I had to have a new wrap put on the bumper. Johnny went out of his way to make sure all my repairs were covered by my insurance and even reduced my deductible. I am very impressed and happy with the work and repairs my car looks like it did off the show room floor before I picked it up at Lexus -they matched the paint perfectly SUPER HAPPY!!!! They also detail the car so it’s clean when you pick it up. I highly recommend Mission to anyone who wants their car fixed correctly and done in a short time. Johnny was awesome and professional!

A person hit me in the rear left quarter panel in August. I researched body shops in San Antonio where I wanted to get it repaired. I noticed Mission Collision Center had a 4.9 rating so I decided that was the place to go. My vehicle is a 2020 Ford Ranger Lariat FX4 and the paint is a pearl white which is a premium paint costing extra from the factory. It took a while to get back, but this was due to my insurance company dragging its feet, not the shop. When I picked it up today, I was thrilled. The quality of workmanship, customer service provided by Gregg, and attention to detail was outstanding!!! I couldnt be happier. It looks as though I just drove it off the sales floor. I kid you not! Thank you Mission Collision. You lived up to the rating I chose you for to begin with and then some.

This company received our vehicle at the suggestion of a tow company dispatched to the scene of our incident by the officer on scene. After realizing they werent a preferred facility for USAA to conduct the repairs, I indicated verbally, THAT SAME DAY, that I would be contacting my insurance to have them collect, and tow the vehicle to a preferred facility. They have now cause 3 weeks worth of delays in the repairs to my vehicle, by essentially holding it hostage, and charging my insurance over 1,000 merely for storage of the vehicle. I was attempted to be contacted ONCE, with regard to VERBAL CONSENT TO RELEASE THE VEHICLE, and when trying to get ahold of the person responsible for documentation, I was told they were in a meeting and would call me back, to which they never did. So I called the next day, and was told the same thing, however this time, I decided to hold until he was available. It was then, and only then, was I informed that the turned away my Tow from my insurance company, because they hadnt received my VERBAL CONSENT TO HAVE THE VEHICLE BE RELEASED. They are crooks, who stall, and delay you repairs all so they can collect ungodly storage fees from your insurance company. Would not recommend.

Worst place I have ever went to. I went their to get a price on how much will it cost to get it fix so I can send it to my lawyer and the person that was working at the collision center did not send me the price or bother calling me about it. Lazy people seriously.

Mission Collision was very helpful during a stressful time dealing with my vehicle accident. Johnny checked me in, offered a ride to Enterprise rental, and called me with updates through out the whole process. Their work was quality and I couldnt even tell the door had damage. I’ve been wanting to replace the old deteriorated headlights for some time now and found it difficult to locate a vendor that would do so in the local area. I drove by and stopped to merely inquired about the possibility they could perform the replacement. JUSTIN immediately greeted me and provided a preliminary estimate. It was an incredible price with support for a military discount. With zero delays I was able to drop-off and given a ride home. Then amazingly and have never experienced such care for customer service the vehicle was dropped off to my doorstep within a few hours 😳🤯👏🏽.Highly recommend their company and can’t thank Justin and their team enough for the outstanding work and exemplary customer concierge experience they provided‼️

I had run over a large tire tread from a semi and tore the bottom plastic shielding off the bottom and I dragged it for 10 miles going to work. After 7 1/2 hours later my car is ready and it looks better than it was before.

My front bumper was smashed but it didnt do anything to the vehicle I hit so the replacement was out of pocket for me and I did some shopping around. Not only did Culebra Collision get the job done cheaper than the dealership, but they went above and beyond by completely detailing my truck after they replaced the bumper. I spent 3 hours washing it 2 days prior and it left cleaner than it went in. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The gentleman behind the counter came out and helped me change a tire so I could make it home. He was even dressed in a suit and tie and didn’t care about getting dirty. My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Cadillac ATS and she noticed damage under the front bumper. Since it was a cadillac, we expected repairs and painting to be in the thousands, but much to our surprise it was well under that! When we arrived, Justin took less than 10 minutes to give us a spot on, honest estimate with NO SURPRISES. The next day, I dropped the car off and Justin himself gave me a courtesy ride home, and when we arrived I asked him to look at my other car to see what would be involved in repairing it. When he popped the hood, he noticed the air intake was dislodged and even popped it back into place for me. Later in the process I was pleased to learn that they dont just do the repair, but they perform a test drive and do a quality control inspection to make sure everything is up to par. and re-assembled correctly. Lastly, they gave me a military discount. The car looks brand new and we were very pleased. Call them now!

In the past I’ve seemed to have the worst luck with body shops. My luck has now turned a corner because the team at Mission is 5 star. From the owner driving me to the rental car place to the weekly updates from Greg combined with the flawless body work and you have a customer for life!
