I had hail damage on my 2019 Lincoln. Not only did they do a horrible job, but took 2 months. They also left plastic on the roof and it trained and then the sun magnified and burned the leather seats and carpet. They tried to get my insurance to pay for that! They had already charged my insurance $17,000!! The worst part was the manager kept lying to me, and according to a former employee, he also had his service people lie to me. It was so bad that after I picked it up I drove straight to dealership and said either fix it or give me trade in value as of it were perfect. He did, and gave me a 2020 very discounted. I will NEVER take my Lincoln to that body shop!
After north park collision’s estimate, my vehicle was declared a total loss. Which is fine, however my insurance sent them $10,000 from the initial estimate. NPC cashed that check before they even came up with their own estimate. After countless calls to NPC, it’s been a month and we still have yet to receive the $10,000 back, despite them saying that they have sent the money… DO NOT GO HERE unless you’re looking for a business to ignore your calls, lie to you when you’re actually able to get a hold of someone, and then try their very hardest to steal from you.

North Park did a masterful job of rebuilding the undercarriage (oil pans, transmission pan, steering gears etc) after a mishap in west Texas. We are very pleased with the work they did for us.
My car was towed to the shop on a tuesday afternoon and the following monday when i called for a follow up they did not even know they had it. they found it that afternoon and proceeded to tear it apart and quadrupled the estimate that the insurance gave us. at that point another week went by when the insurance rep. went and gave a review and agreed on a middle ground estimate and 4 days later they havent even assigned anyone to start or even ordered any parts. bad communication and the person in charge is upset that they said some parts are reuseable not to be replaced. $$$$$$$ from 3400 to 19000 really????? rental about to go out and i will be on foot till they decide to fix my Rav4 never again will i use this company. i made a bad decision....
Had my car towed there after an accident. Took me a week to find my car. They did not know if my car was there or not. I asked plenty of times on updates to my car. The uh never got back to me. I had to go to their building and find the mechanic. And ask them for updates. Worse experience ever.
My car was badly damaged from a rear end collision, so I took it to North Park Collision Center, the best in San Antonio. They were superb, and finished three days ahead of schedule! I give them my strongest recommendation!

This place is never open dont even know if they are accepting new vehicles to fix. I have never seen a business so un organized. You have to go to 3 different locations to finally figure out something.... and when you do its oh were sorry we arent accepting any new cars to fix or theyre not open. Yet the hours clearly say they are supposed to be open and there isnt a hand written sign saying otherwise. Definitely 2 thumbs down!

Our car had significant hail damage so on the recommendation of the service manager we took ourLincoln to their repair center. Erica their adviser was very nice and helpful but that is where the good service ended. The service included paintless dent repair and replacement of the hood and window trim. It took over 3 weeks to perform the repairs. The window trim took 5 months to replace. During the repair process our seats were stained with what looked like paint overspray. They reluctantly agreed to clean the seats even though they said they did not believe it was their fault. The seats are better but not perfect like they were before the staining. It’s too bad that our 1 year old car has permanent damage.
Our car was not washed up or detailed upon pick upI guess we should have check the reviews on this place, they did a horrible job on our car one week ago, first I was skeptical about the turn around time being so fast, well when we pick up the car they had it super dusty and not cleaned, I get home wipe down the bumper and was horrified to find so much imperfections on the front bumper, so we called they said we have life time warranty, well this morning before I make my review I decided to wipe down the hood and back bumper, turns out they did a half spray of clear on the back bumper and more imperfections on the clear coat on the hood, this paint guy should be fired after so many complains, now well see what happens but hopefully my reviews will go long way, stay away from this place 3875.00 for back bumper and hood front bumper re painted,
Marshal gave incredible customer service. His motto is they would rather have a satisfied customer instead of haggling over any small problem. He went above and beyond in helping me get my issue resolved. He is a true asset to this company.
I was t-boned on 6/12/20 and my car was towed to this shop. I was quoted 9 days as the length of time for repair. Exactly 2 months later, they called to say my car was ready a second time; they scratched it the first time, so they extended my time without a car by 2 weeks...for a scratch.Anyways, when I went to get my car, there was a bolt missing from my tire, some new dents and two large sections of my hood were peeling but had clear coat added over them. I pointed this out to an employee, who promptly pulled up photos taken of my car following the accident. They had marked every nic, dent and scratch, including chipped paint on the very front of my hood. However, after several minutes of trying to find any indication the damage on my hood existed prior to going to this shop, I was sent home in the rental and told someone would call me.I got a very unprofessional call later that afternoon stating that the damage had been there and they just forgot to mark it...ya. Except in the dozens of photos that north park sent me, the damage is not present. Erica then stated that she went and took a picture of my vehicle now and the spots didnt show up in the new pictures either...except they do...and I had taken them in front of the shop. She demanded I return the courtesy vehicle that they had lent me following them wrecking my car and that the shop would fix the new damage if I paid them.to recap: the shop took dozens of photos of my car from all angles and circled dozens of dents, etc. In these photos, the damage not only does not appear, but is also not indicated with the neon marker that all other damage is indicated by. However, they insist the damage was there, albeit invisible, and I can pay them to fix it. this after taking 2 months to fix a 9 day job (time was also extended when they ordered the wrong headlight)I thought this couldnt be how a business operated, so I asked to speak with a manager. Marshall listened to me explain and then repeated what Erica said- though they only have proof that the damage was not there and this is confirmed by ALL of their own photos, they wouldnt be fixing what they either directly did or allowed to happen while my car was in their care. Unfortunately, they never even allowed the adjuster to view the vehicle, citing covid...because that makes sense. So the only pictures we have are the ones Erica took...who works for the shop who damaged the car and claims it was already there.. Even funnier, Marshall the fact that they wrecked my car and fixed that damage...as if they wouldnt have to do that anyways(??) as proof that they wouldnt damage a car and then not fix it..Had I not had a concussion and been able to think more clearly, I wouldve read the reviews before allowing my car to be towed to this place.

An update to a previous review...the repairs were performed well and Kain and staff were able to resolve a dispute with GEICO on duration of rental car coverage. Well done! I hope I don’t need their services again in the near future, but the work was done well and they recovered well from some time extensions and angst with GEICO.
I give 3 stars because they took a month and a half to give me back my cars and it was only hail damage!! I think they need to have faster providers and also technicians so they dont hold the cars for such a long time!! Aside from that Joe was great he was very responsive and always provided follow upto my case, got me a loaner which save me from paying a lot of money on rental!! the paint job on the cars was pretty good!
The staff was rude when there was a miscommunication between the shop and the insurance company regarding hail damage. I understood the issue and didnt have a problem with a remaining balance, but they were pushy and aggressive about it. Additionally, our car was was returned to us with brand new, sizeable scratches on it.

Very attentive staff, and very quick service for the repairs needed. When I received my car they had washed the outside and cleaned the inside too! They kept me up to date on what repairs would be done and they ended up being finished ahead of schedule. They even went out of their way to give me a lift after dropping off my vehicle. Definitely would recommend to others.
Horrible Experience w Minor Collision, job that should have taken 9 days took 30 simply because the shop procrastinate and didnt take my request seriously. I advised of the status when i first took my car in and was assured that it would be done only to come back 2 weeks later to see that it wasnt done. Then when they were suppose to fix the mistake they gave me my car back with 3 shades of color and position my car under a garage with limited lighting with the hopes of me not seeing the mismatched paint. This was HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I took my vehicle for minor repairs for someone that had backed up into my backseat door panel. It was very minor damage that should have been taken care of quickly. After multiple delays my insurance company stopped paying for my rental because they said that they havent been able to reach the garage for an update. I took my vehicle there on the 14-JAN and it was not finished up until 31-JAN. The work was not bad but the lack of communication and turnaround time really left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this collision center for anyone that wants repairs done in a timely fashion.

When I went to pick up my car I noticed there was 70 extra miles on my car and a quarter tank of gas missing! Now I understand they have to test drive my car but 70 miles is excessive! As for the gas... who ever took my car home or for a joy ride probably put gas in it while they were driving it, but wait...it gets better, while they were driving my car Im so glad they were thinking safety because they linked their Samsung Galaxy 9 to my bluetooth!!! Needless to say I would not recommend North Park Collision Center to anyone.

From my personal experience; I cant agree with the negative reviews. I highly recommend North Park Collision. Unfortunately, and through no fault of my own, I have had to use them on 2 different occasions; 1st time someone backed into my car, 2nd time someone tried to share a lane with an 18 wheeler and their car was pushed into my car.The work done was top quality. The only way I could tell work had been done is the fact that the paint in the repaired areas looked much better than the factory paint job. My car had also been clean and shined better than the day I bought it.When I went to pick up my car the 2nd time, I did not like the look of the after market wheel well liner (it was what the other persons insurance company put in for)---it looked way different than the factory one---to me, it looked horrible. I told my service advisor I was not happy with it and that I wanted factory; she got in touch with the other persons insurance adjuster, got the supplement needed to pay for the factory part and ordered the part. I got a phone call when the part was in and she made me an appointment to come in and have the new part installed. When I showed up, I was pleasantly greeted and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes.I have recommended North Park Collision to several people, and will continue to do so. They definitely have my business should I ever require body work repair in the future. They are the kind of business you dont like to use, but it is nice to know a really good one when you need their type of service.
Absolutely worst experience ever. It was recommended from the Lexus Dealership AND Satefarm and I was very very disappointed. It was fairly minor front end damage on my IS250 that took over 30 days to repair first of all. I had to return numerous times.....the car was making a noise coming from the exhaust and the low tire light came on. I was told I needed to drop off the vehicle just to have it checked and get a rental. Since it took them 30 days in the first place to repair it, my insurance would not cover the cost, so the rental would have to be paid out of pocket. They call me back to tell me the exhaust pipe was unhinged causing the noise and the front wheel was bent. They never caught this the whole 30 days it was getting repaired. I paid out of pocket for a rental $497 a total of 22 days for them to tell me the wheel is not repairable after sending it off to get fixed and returning in even worse shape than before. Not only that, they put the same bent wheel back on the vehicle! They gave me the runaround on how they cannot get that wheel replaced. So I called a discount tire shop the next day and had it ordered and delivered and put on my vehicle in 2-3 days!!!! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop and I would trust this place again with my Lexus or any vehicle for that matter.

Ok, so estimated time of wait for repairs was slightly longer however, it may be that they need to hire more personnel. I mean, their lot is jam packed of cars to fix! Lisa, our case person was always friendly and kept me informed every time I called, which was a lot!My new car was rear ended and they did an outstanding job making look like it never happened. Yes, would recommend.
I was heartbroken when I was rear-ended at a stop light in my brand new (4 days old) Lexus GX 460. I was being given the run-around by Allstate insurance and was becoming very frustrated. But once I took my vehicle to North Park Collision, everything was smooth sailing. They took care of everything! They even told me that I did not have to accept aftermarket parts which is all that Allstate had approved. The repairs were completed in less than 24 hours and I’m 100% satisfied. I’d highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
Dont make the same mistake I made by bringing your car here. I brought my 2019 Avalon on Feb 20th. Didnt get it done until Apr 9th. By then, I was paying for my own rental because the insurance only coverd 30 days. They make you sign a contract stating that they are not responsible for any rental fees. They were back and forth with the insurance company stating that the insurance company were responsible for paying for the rental. I paid out of pocket for an accident that wasnt even my fault. The only mistake I made was to bring my car to get repaired here. Dont make the same mistake I made.

They called me about 2 weeks after the accident and told me that my Subaru was ready for pick up, only to find out that all of my sensors werent working. Fast forward to about a month, finally picked it up after much time wasted with them, but this time images on my multimedia screen werent displaying properly. I explained to them that I had no issues with my screen whatsoever, prior to dropping it off with them, and they tried saying these things happen as a coincidence. Do not waste your time with these people. Although the body work they did was ok, I do not feel that they know how to handle technical issues properly.
Amazing job! I had an accident right before my big move out of state. My car was scheduled to be shipped about 12 days after my accident and rescheduling would have been a disaster. I spoke to the north park collision center and expressed the need to quickly get repairs finished. Not only did they finish and do a great job they finished 2 days early!!! They really saved me, and I have to say that Allie Searcy was especially helpful; I got multiple updates on each step of the process. Accidents are not fun especially when it’s your new car; I was so upset about the whole thing; but the team made my car look good as New. Thank you!!!

After 2 weeks and no call, I called to check on my car. I politely asked for Kevin Smith and was maliciously told he was on vacation. This woman was actually happy to tell me that he wasnt there. Then she said nothing. So I asked can I talk to whoever is covering him please? And her response was Nope. Were short handed this week. What did you need? I had already told her my car was there for two weeks and I hadnt heard anything, that I was calling to check in.Someone doesnt just treat their customers that way without seeing the rest of the company behave that way. Im really worried about my car now.

Car took way longer than was promised, and kept having quality issues one after another. We finally took the car and traded it in because we were so unhappy with the work. There were runs in the paint, areas were buffed through, and very poor quality work. It was a never ending nightmare! Go anywhere else.

I was highly recommended to this place from the Subaru dealership for a couple of minor paint scratches on my rear bumper- 2013 Crosstrek. $600 to repair with $440 of that being labor? No thank you.

Kept my car a whole month longer than stated and when I picked it up, it had glass in the trunk, the headliner wasn’t even fastened to the roof. They tried to trick me into taking it home hoping I would miss those problems.Update 5/10/18 my car is at the dealership being repaired for work north park did not correctly execute. Glass in my speaker! They just are aweful.
I rather deal with the actual dealership with the problem, it cost the same either way at times.
Took my car to be repaired after collision they did not communicate with me to inform me my car would be ready. They did release information to my insurance company and gave them incorrect information. This caused my rental car to be cancelled leaving me without a car.
Had all kinds of problems there will never go back.
