I have had a unit there since September and the place is cleaner and Jennifer is such a great and friendly property manager. I switched from a small unit to a bigger one and the transition was easy and communication was amazing. Paperwork was done quickly and anytime I have a question or need help she always answers even if its after hours.

Ive been renting a unit from them for almost 18 mths,couldnt be happier. You have 24 hr access 7 days a week. A phone call is all it takes to get after hrs help,great customer service.

I placed my goods in storage here during a military move/training absence and they were more than willing to accomodate my situation. The prices were reasonable and the facilities were excellent. They provided security and I had no issues with leaks or any similar issues here. I have used a few different storage places in the past and this one ranks among the best outdoor units and companies.

Booked a storage unit via 3rd party on a Saturday evening for Sunday move in. Upon arriving nothing was the same as proposed by customer service. Was not a secured premise, and storage unit had a lock instead of a removable tag. Im glad I arrived prior to check out the unit, because I had rented a UHaul and was on a tight time constraint. When contacted customer service they reached out to the mgr only to leave a message. I could not wait for a return call and requested my money to be refunded. Which was done with ease. All in all, it was bad timing, and misinformation.

Great Prices Great Customer Service

My unit was broken into twice within three months. This is not a secure facility. There is are no cameras throughout most of the property. I would not recommend this company.

This is half of what I would like to rate the elderly woman that acted, disgrassfully, like she were in charge. I stepped out of my cat and was automatically ignored, because I was there with another man. The woman just told me youre kind isnt liked around here, so you can go. I know the SecurCare company and have rented from them before. But I can guarantee it will not be from woman at this facility! She never introduced herself to me and I never had the chance to say my name. This Woman is the worst representative you could have on a SecurCare Property.
