The guy that helped us with our storage unit was so friendly and helpful! I cannot remember his name but he looks like Anthony Mackey! Lol. This is the second time we have rented from them and we’ve never had any issues.

We needed a really big storage unit in a pinch and we’re able to secure one, over the phone from a different city. They made it nice and accommodating and all the information we needed when we finally got to see it (full to the brim might I add) in person it was better than anticipated. They have a storage unit size for any need… and we ended up needing 2! Will use them again.

I wish I had a picture of the size of the storage unit because what I do have, doesn’t do it justice. Very large, very secure and a very clean place to store your stuff. We had a 4bed/3bath of large household items loaded into their biggest unit. Justin was who we mainly spoke with and he is extremely accommodating and does what he says he will do.

The manager Justin is a very professional man. He’s also very good with talking to people and even answered all my questions with ease. Worked with me and i couldnt be happier with the customer service and customer care.

Very secure but not very affordable very clean also if you want a very secure place to store your goods this is it but if your looking for cheep this is not the place . not to mention they auto draft from your card i dont like that at all .Justin was awesome and does a great job taking care of business if the price was lower i would give this place 5 stars . then again i am just cheep lol .

Maneuvering a 16 foot trailer and truck through their aisles is tricky. The month should be prorated, when you are emptying your storage, instead of having to pay the whole month.

Your drive at the storage units are horrible. They are uneven and due to that fact while I was walking around helping my husband tuck the tarp around the trailer that we had my nieces stuff loaded up on I fell and it caused me too be injured. I have spent all day in bed. Plus my niece had to pay the whole month for the storage unit even though it was only the 3rd of February. The pass code had been locked down and yall had already put one of your own locks 🔐 on. Had not been behind on payment either. I dont believe that is the way to treat your customers . I have learned something from this experience yesterday and that is I myself wont use yall if the need should arise for me to need a storage place in the future and I will be sure and tell all of my many many family and friends not to use yall either.

I asked these guys for a few extra hours after renting their trailer for the last several days and sank $350 into a trailer (8 days) and they would not do it. Greedy perhaps? Not a good business characteristic if you ask me. I will probably cancel my storage and go elsewhere very soon. The trailers are not really free if you rent. I’m down several hundred dollars, BUYER BEWARE!!Two days free is no big deal if you have a big move and $40/day is actually the standard for an occupant (has a storage unit). I asked just for a few extra hours and the manager wasn’t flexible. I wonder why he hasn’t learned that customer service skill yet? Working with customers goes a long way and encourages repeat business.Charging another 24 hours wasn’t really necessary, there were plenty of trailers “not out” sitting in their parking lot. They’ll say anything to defend theirselves but admitting wrongdoing takes a real professional.

The units are clean, safe (the last storage facility I used in Odessa was broke into but these are videotaped, have nice tall fences, and require key code to get in), and reasonably priced.
