Being new in town and having never utilized self storage before, I was completely clueless in all aspects of the whole process…. I was expecting to have to spend all day pricing and finding the most affordable and best suited storage unit. So relieved I came here first! First of all, the manager on site, Kaela Clement, greeted me much like an old friend. I was instantly put at ease with her personable and knowledgeable skills. She had the answers to questions I didn’t even know I had!!! She is pretty much the main reason I made the decision to choose this place to store my precious belongings. Thank you so much for expediting this process and making me feel so confident that I chose the best storage place!!!

Kaye was amazing! Such a fun and nice personality, a great listener, and was willing to work with me to gain my business! I had to have called her at least 4 times in one day and every time she greeted me like an old friend and talked me through the whole process so I felt confident in choosing Affordable Self Storage. When I arrived at Advanced Self Storage, I was not completely settled on what I needed. After speaking with Kaela for a bit and checking out a couple of units she helped me decide on a 5 x 10 which has worked out perfectly.

This place is clean and customer service is incredible. If its not a brand new location for this company youd never know with the keep up of the grounds. Additionally, Jason is truly reasonable and helpful along with providing you a good cost and the mental security your storage items are safe. Also, the grounds and accessibility ensures your items are safe physically. Would not go anywhere else in San Angelo to store my things (in excess of 10k). They offer a variety of options as far as climate control and unit sizes that are definitely reasonably priced compared to market value. 5/5 hands down.
