We checked 2 other big box stores before coming to Anvil. They were recommended by the contractors doing our kitchen remodel because theyre known for being on time with delivery and knowing the products.Chef Vaughn gave us valuable information about the appliances we were interested in and show us around for several hours. He even did some demos of them.For example, The GE Cafe microwave with Advantium tech is amazing. He put a frozen sandwich inside and in 4 minutes it was as if it was in a panini grill. Crisp, toasted, delicious.We like that you can see the appliances and various kitchen designs. So you could check out different cabinets, countertops, backsplash and pulls.In the end, we picked differently than we were planning because of the education we got. Like I never wanted an electric cooktop. I wasnt even open to it. Until I saw another demo where you can literally cook on top of a kitchen towel to absorb splatters. And its way faster and easier to clean than a gas cook top.I went home and looked up recipes to cook in my new appliances. The air fryer/convection oven and even sous vide add-on are new to me. Everything cooks faster and is more energy efficient too, like a baked potato in 9 minutes. Wow. I cant wait!The prices are right in line with everyone else but the service is way better! Theres nothing like talking to someone who knows the products well and uses them.My only complaint is the bathrooms. I had to take photos to prove it. They look bad. Lots of miscellaneous stuff inside like an ironing board in the womens and a saw in the mens. I hope theyre remodeling because that was my first impression and even if theyre clean, look dingy and very outdated. A big contrast from the rest of the store.

Our cabinets turned out amazing. I had to check the dimensions a lot to make sure everything was done correctly but the cost and quality were perfect.

We recently remodeled our home and we used Anvil Companies for all of our high end kitchen appliances. I own my own company so I am very particular about customer service - Anvil did not disappoint! They were very helpful on the front end of our project - helping us find appliances that were best suited for our needs. They were patient, knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions in person. Once the appliances were installed I had a few questions. Anvil responded quickly and offered to come to my home to assist in making sure we knew all the feature options for each appliance and how to use them. I do not know of another company that would do that. They told me to call them anytime (down the road) I needed anything for the appliances and they would take care of ordering what was needed and making sure I received the items. I recommend Anvil to anyone looking for quality products, professional and warm staff, a personal experience, and exceptional customer service.

Anvil, we love them! They have been a super joy to work with as we have designed, selected, and planned for the home we are building. The project is bigger than most, and they have handled it with care and professionalism. On top of that, we have become good friends with them, and would recommend them to anyone.

(compared to the weber genesis)I would have paid even more if I knew the service would be this good after the sale!Ask for Vaughn. I have purchased over $20,000 of high-end appliances over the past few months for a remodel. I purchased from:AnvilPlessers (out of New York/New Jersey)CostcoHome DepotAll appliances were purchased well in advance of delivery/installation service.Anvil was far and away the best in every area. They never missed or rescheduled an appointment. They were flexible when I had to change delivery/installation twice.Their delivery team was professional and thorough, I really cant say enough about how good they were - especially when compared to the others. If I were to rate experiences relatively on a scale of 1-10 I would say:Anvil - Easy 10 - per aboveCostco 7.5 - everything was installed as I would expect, all packaging was removed, no damage to home and so on.Plessers 7 - Basically same as Costco, but relatively simple install so .5 stars less.Home Depot 2 - I am going to write a home depot review, but this rating is on Home Depot installation policy, not on the people who did the install. I will just say, if you buy appliances from Home Depot, do not expect Installation to really mean Installed, read the fine print carefully as they will look for every reason to NOT do the installation.In the future, if I need appliances, I will try to get them from Anvil, the only reason I would not is if I cant get the specific item I need from Anvil. I could rant further, but I wont other than to reiterate that I cant imagine how Anvil could have done a better job than they did in my case.

The staff, service and quality at Anvil is bar none the best in town. Vaughn and Susan were very responsive and top-notch.I priced the appliances at local competitors but Anvil was cheaper, even after the install fee, than the others.I highly recommend this establishment.

Anvil Appliances was beyond wonderful to work with! Anvil worked diligently to repair our existing Viking cook top but upon learning it was far beyond repair, we ordered a new unit. The new cook top has exceeded all expectations and was a very easy order and delivery. The installation proved a little difficult but the technician worked happily to make it work. Our experience with Anvil and specifically Chef Vaughn was seamless! I would recommend Anvil to anyone needing quality products!

Quality construction and beautiful cabinetry. The design service was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the process. When there was an adjustment to be made in the stain color, the team was very responsive to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. Design expert had many good suggestions for things I hadnt thought about. I am so very pleased with the product. I love my new kitchen!!!! You will not be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Travis and Alan. Travis emailed me the instructions to my new dishwasher. I had gone into the store and spoke with Alan who had gone over the instructions to help me understand. It worked. I actually made it out harder than what is was. Viking is top of the line, beautiful and I am so lucky to own one. Thank you Anvil for making me feel special!

The quality of the cabinets in the store was very good. I spoke to several people there and explained that I had and issue with previous company not paying attention to details. My project is big and I want it to be done right the first time. Missed measuring appointment by over 4 hours. Didnt call to reschedule. When Joy was here, she didnt remember what we discussed about materials in the store. I wouldnt trust them with an important project.

This place has great appliances and top-notch customer service! Chef Vaughn Hobbs is so knowledgeable and pleasant. He actually opened the store just for us and gave us a private tour of the showroom and let my wife cook in a few of the ovens we were considering. This is a live showroom so the appliances actually work and you can test them out. Very cool! He helped us find the perfect professional Viking oven we were looking for and saved us a couple thousand dollars by offering us a perfectly good showroom model that still had warranty.There was trouble with our install and the oven got damaged by the installer. Chef Vaughn actually came out to our home 45 minutes away in Herriman to look at it first hand and is now having our oven replaced with an even better one at no additional charge! We are blown away by this level of customer service and I highly recommend visiting with Chef Vaughn on Highland Drive for your next quality appliance purchase!

We built a new home last year and was looking for someone to build quality cabinets.We went with Anvil Companies and were so impressed we purchased all our cabinets and our appliance package. We couldnt be happier with the quality and the customer service was awesome. We feel like we have made lifelong friends. We would definitely recommend them in fact we have.

We were flipping a higher end home and big box store cabinets wouldn’t do. The cabinets we had them do for us make the home. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We had several delays on the project and they accommodated every time.We would use them again.

When we built our home I was clueless on what would fit in our smaller format kitchen. I knew I wanted white. After meeting with multiple cabinet companies and having no success in them helping me see what our options were, I went to Anvil, and they were awesome! I love my cabinets and the look of our kitchen.

Nice people when they are selling you stuff. They put in our appliances and the ice/water dispenser never worked. When we called them they told us they would call Mr Appliance to have them come repair it.When something is broken when you get it calling a repair company is not okay. They were paid to install it. Installing a broken refrigerator and making us wait a month to get it fixed is not okay.

Vaughn Hobbs is the best! He worked hard to accommodate the many changes to the appliances we wanted to purchase and has been a joy to work with. Highly recommended

I purchased one of their Napoleon grills. I realy enjoy the versatility it afforda me. Their customer service has been outstanding with any problem I encountered. They even moved and set up the grill two times when I had to move my home for free!

Anvil makes a great cabinet. They care about quality and customer service.

After several months of working with Anvil on a project they backed out of their price, said they missed a lot of scope and couldnt work to the agreed upon schedule. There seems to be no integrity in their commitments.
