I can always find that one thing no one else has for instance and egg poacher pan, been for one forever. Curtains for the right price. Accessories for the kitchen and bath that no one else has, instead of 2 choices for dishware styles they have half a dozen or more. Really nice throw blankets I could go on but its fun just to go walk around and look at what they have then you usually find that one thing that no one else has....

Got what I needed, and some.. staff helpful to look in back for more varieties. To my surprise, the item I purchased ended up being most impressive & I was happy that it ended up as the best birthday gift.

I was here to assist someone buying a gift of a registry. They were very accommodating and helpful. My companion was able to sit there entire time she was deciding what to purchase and having it retrieved. The prices are a bit high, but they have a good selection and the service was good.

Absolutely disgusting store!, Ive never even seen a store this bad let alone a BB&B. It looked like it was ransacked with dirty floors, bare shelves, items thrown all over the place, you name it. Its the last time Ill shop there thats for sure.

They did great at getting me a refund from my online order, but did have trouble finding my order number. Overall it took a little longer than I thought it would.

Extremely low inventory and disorganized. Appeared only 2 people were working and they didnt seem to like what they were doing, take that with a grain of salt. Only went there because I was hoping to get something at a brick and mortar store rather than search online.... I think I will have to stick to online

I sure wish the option was given to give this absolutely zero stars or a negative. You can stand inside the store you can try and catch the attention of a store employee and nothing is as joyful as the experience of being in the store and getting ignored while employees just walk around pursuing their own interests, going and retrieving a drink and then coming back to the front counter and just shuffling items on the countertop. Making eye contact with you and not acknowledging you or asking you if you can be helped in any way. I probably could have found a job quicker than I could have found help here. You guys will never see a dime of my money here because I actually expect some customer service for my business. And rest assured I will also let you suffer the consequences when I go ahead and recommend to all the people I know that they stay away from this place as well.

Completely disorganized. Looks like the stocking crew had a party the night before. Not only disorganized, but a lot of the items didnt even have price tags. I ended up paying a $500 ticket in a very disorganized store for low quality items... Most would take the time to deny the price, but I simply wanted to finish my shopping and get out of there as soon as possible. WILL NOT RETURN

I dont think Ive ever been in a store this disorganized and dirty. Shelves looked like there was an earthquake shortly before we arrived.We were told that an item was out of stock. Yet lo and behold, I found the item with four more in stock. Guess its hard to locate items when you have zero care.

Thousands of items... Usually in stock and much cheaper than big box dept. stores... We receive coupons in the mail but not online because they inundate you with ads. We only go 3 to 6 times a year but we save these coupons so almost everything is discounted. Sorry to be so cheap but we hardly shop anywhere else for home items.

Its a fine store. Often feels messy, like they are in transition of some kind. Overall not bad tho.

They dont know much and dont stock much. Their checkout lady is nice but takes about an hour to check you out and doesnt get any help from anyone else working there apparently. And their checkout lane is absurd and causes people to have to come in close proximity to eachother no matter what they do, in the midst of a deathly international pandemic nonetheless.In short, youre better off going to Target for the things you need.

I am a fan of BB&B generally, but I’m giving one star to this store as it is the worst kept/managed BB&B I’ve ever been in. They can’t seem to keep items properly stocked (although COVID can certainly be a factor here), but the pandemic is certainly no excuse for how messy this store is. There are items strewn about the floor and misplaced on the wrong shelves, as well as trash lying around floors and shelves. I have also come across a couple of items that appeared to have been returned from a previous customer due to defect that were simply placed back on the shelves. I opened a drink ware set today before purchasing as it had obviously already been opened, and there was a broken glass right on top. This store really needs some oversight and attention.

Horrible customer service. 8 piece bathroom set, 240.00 dollars later and three employees treated me like I was bothering them when I asked about kitchen towels as well. if they were servers in a restaurant, no tip would have been given and then I have 10 items total and the register guy seemed put out that I wanted my items in a bag or two.

The place is a mess. Nothing is organized. Displayed items didnt match any of the boxed items so you have to tear open boxes to be sure. Junk and boxes sprewn everywhere. Also at checkout you pay and have to walk back through the checkout line to exit the store.

Absolutely love this store and between end of November early January is the best deals of the whole year!

I got what I was looking for for half the cost of what Walmart wanted for the exact same item.

Cant return without a receipt at all. Not even for store credit. Its a brand only carried by them so theres no other possibility as to where it was purchased. When no card used and lost receipt they just said there is nothing we can do. Not even a sorry, or an attempt to make the situation better. I typically avoid this place and will continue to.

We went in to buy massage oil. We found the one we wanted but it was the sample one so we walked around trying to find someone that worked there. We never did until we decided to leave. She was at the door greeting people. So we decided to but elsewhere.

Customer service was great but Diane insisted that I couldn’t have 2 separate orders on checkout and that was pretty frustrating

My first time in this store; its A LOT to take in! We went in for a specific item, but ended up grabbing a few extra things (is it possible not to?) We had a need to ask questions from a few different employees. One was completely put out to even acknowledge us, another just pointed and went on about her business but one gentleman actually stopped what he was doing to walk us over to the section of the store where our needed item could be found. After looking around a bit we decided to go check out. We were a bit shocked as we had our items wrung up. We had a coupon that was for the total bill, but the cashier only used it on one item. There was no explanation, just a rush to move us along and go to the next customer.

Pitiful! Obviously going out of business.

They are very customer oriented. I bought a set of glasses from them and one broke. I should have brought the whole set back to exchange but I brought just the one. They were totally willing to trade the one. No annoyance with me at all.

The staff was less than helpful and extremely scarce. Had to track someone down for help and ended up circling the store twice before I found them. The shelves are messy and not well stocked. Not a great selection of bedding items either.Vastly disappointed in this location and will not be returning.Wish I didnt even have to give one star on this store.

They always accept expired coupons and you can use multiple coupons on one visit.I just bought 6 items with 6 coupons. Great selection and prices are good with coupns.Nice staff, very helpful!

Always a great place to go for many many things! But especially when my onion chopper breaks & I need another one, because I believe I am now incapable of chopping onions without one! So glad we can zip over to Bed, Bath, & Beyond to pick one up!! :)

Slow customer service cashiers and to call back up to help other customers behind me took at least five Additional minutes. I came straight in to do one simple return that took at least 10 minutes and the item was broken but she had to look it up and write notes on it all while customers wanting to check out were waiting. This has happened before in similar situations at this bed bath beyond. Time to find new associates because the older cashier with the thinned out pony tail is very slow and rude. Not someone you want at the end of your checkout experience. This is not just a one time experience either.

I left the store unsatisfied and unhappy. I am very concerned because the manager didn’t treat me or my girlfriend to the same extent as her other costumers. She was not nice and not friendly but proceeded to be friendly to another WHITE couple in front of us all throughout the store. Not just her but the whole staff, even as we exited we were excluded out on the polite goodbye. We also missed out on being asked if we needed help, which I did. I don’t know if this is a race thing or whatever, but I am not happy. Would recommend RC Willy instead the staff is much friendlier especially to other skin tones.

Trying to find out if an item was available in local store rather than online. Waited on hold for 6 minutes (had to hang up) then I called back and was told to get tech support for my app that was not allowing me to look it up! No offer to even ask what I was looking for in their store. Really poor customer service. Used to be a favorite store of mine. Guess online is the way to go these days.

We have been mostly very happy with our experiences at this location (one of the employees is wonderful, another is rude, and the rest have been pleasant). Bed Bath and Beyond always has a huge selection of products, but this location is smaller than others (the one in Provo is much larger). We registered here for our wedding and although it was a nice one stop shop, we now have $1,000 in store credit that will take us years to use.

I went in here with my dog. The young lady that helped me out carried my bag and helped me pick out some gifts. Very professional. Good place.

If you trying to renovate your home this is the place to go from bedroom to kitchen and bath they have it all to make your new homes cozy or just spunk up your old home great selection of products to choose from from name brands to something that wont hurt your wallet

The manager (I think her name was Kathy) is an unprofessional and openly racist person. I wish she would learn from the rest of the staff on how to behave with long time customers. I will soon cancel my card and wont go there for shopping again. :(

My girlfriend told me stay close, she was afraid Id get lost in the beyond section. Theres a ton of cool gadgets here, some gimmicky and some useful. Good place for her to find candles though.

This store seems very crowded. They do have quite the variety of items, but it almost feels claustrophobic and crammed inside. Their prices are exactly what youd expect from a store like this. A but overpriced.The location is decent with quite a but of above ground and below ground parking.

I dont understand some of the bad reviews of this place.... Must be people already having a bad day and taking it out on bb&b employees... My review=Ive been coming here all the time for the past 3 years. One of the largest best stocked bb&b in Utah. Very polite and helpful employees! DONT FORGET YOUR COUPONS!... Especially when there is three very easy ways to sign up for coupons and youre allowed to sign up for all three snail mail, E-mail & text... And if I am polite back to the employees, they are more than happy to overlook the fact that my coupons are expired:-)

They used to be very good. Now they seem to have staffing problems and really, really poor service. Check out clerk first just ignored us standing at her register, then answered the phone with out even a word to me. She started to assist us but kept totally distracted trying to talk on her 2 way radio. Then she tried being nice by making excuses. And we were spending over 600 $ on two items sitting on her counter. Place was also full of junk in the entry way and it was hard to get around the store with all the narrow isles and stocking boxes in the way.

This place is full of wonders for everything you need for the name of the store. Staff is very helpful, eager to help the person seeking advise and knowledge of the products sold there. I would gladly recommend this store to everyone.

Purchased a kitchen aid stand mixer from here about 2 years ago because one of the employees told me that it had a lifetime warranty at their store and to keep the box and if it ever had a problem to just put it back in the box and bring it back for an exchange.Well it ended up breaking and I fully expected to have to fight with their customer service to get an exchange but to my surprise it was the easiest and best customer service experience Ive ever had. They didnt even ask for a receipt!Anything I can purchase for my home Ill buy here and continue telling my friends and family to do the same!
